While driving in downtown Indianapolis, my grandmother hit a curb and put a small dent in the door, which prevented it from closing correctly upon opening, and until the door closed the ramp could not come out again. We called the Fishers location as it was close to our destination, and a Johnathan answered the phone, even though the location had closed. He asked us a few questions, and then told us to call back when we were at their shop. When we called after arriving, he came out and started taking a look at the door. He told us it would take about half an hour, and showed us to the lounge indoors while he worked on it. During the whole time, he acted very polite, upbeat, and courteous. He got it done without issues and we were able to go on our way. Very happy with our service.

We just purchased our third van from Superior Van & Mobility. They go out of their way to help their customers. We have specifically dealt with Matt every time. He is very personable and will answer any questions that you have. The whole staff is very professional and accommodating and we would not go anywhere else.

We purchased a side loading wheel chair ramp van here for my mom about 2.5 years ago. We’ve had it back a couple times with some issues on the ramp. They are so nice and always try to help talk you through the issue and try many things before you take the time to drive it in and have them look at it. Yesterday was one of those times! Over the phone I was guided through multiple things to check and then told I could bring it over ANY TIME! Without an appointment! So I did just that. I was pleasantly greeted, they checked it out. I did need some mechanical help and they fixed my issue. The service and even the sale were all reassuring and I have never had anyone be rude or unkind. Thanks Superior!

This place is AWESOME! I worked closely with Jonathan Smith for the installation of hand controls in my vehicle. He was very professional and courteous. I had an appointment scheduled and was not able to drop off my vehicle. Jonathan offered to pick up my vehicle from my home and bring it back once the equipment is installed. I didnt want to inconvenience him and he assured me that its not an inconvenience. I appreciate him for that. He went above and beyond to assist me. Now, I see why Superior is the first word in their companys name. They offer Superior service and look out for their customers.

Excellent customer service. Installing the wire harness for a Bruno lift turned out to be more complicated than they expected but they never gave up and didnt charge more for the additional time. Very pleased with the professional service.

I am so happy with this new location. I recently purchased a wheelchair van for myself from here. The place is very nice and clean. David, the mobility consultant who helped me, is so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of his way to help, and he always responds quickly to any questions I have. He brought the van to my home for me to look at before I bought it, and he helped me find the accommodations that would work best for me. He has kept in contact since I bought the van, making sure that everything is right, and suggesting ways to improve anything that isnt working for my situation.

Jonathan Smith and Superior Van really work hard to help increase the mobility of those with impairments. We converted our van and that process was smooth and seamless. Then after my wife got a power chair we were back at Superior to install a docking system. Instead of having to lock her down with straps she now just drives in and bam, she is safely locked down and we are on the road. Great for her and great for me.
