Very efficient service and high quality product. This was my second time using them for flooring. We finished converting the main floor to wood. They were still able to get the same product 5 years later!

Marburger is terrific to work with. The showroom is simply beautiful and packed with an abundance of quality products, whether youre shopping for carpet, tile, wood or LVP florring. I have mostly worked with Shirley. She is delightful and very knowledgable about the products. Everyone is very attentive and organized helping to select the right products, measuring the space, ordering the products and projecting installation dates. The installers are excellent as well--very hard workers. Marburger cares about the customer, product quality, and quality installation. Even during a time when sourcing materials and finding good labor is challenging, they met all my expectations and still finished our project in a timely manner.

Wonderful family company, and beautiful showroom. My floors were affordable and stunning.

This is the second time I have use Marburger for remodeling projects at my home. The first project was replacing the entire first floor from carpet to wood. I was so pleased with the customer service and result that I wanted to use them again. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out they did bathroom remodeling which is what I needed. Again, the customer service was wonderful. Kelly is so easy to work with (even with me having my own designer). Any problems I had, she tried to resolve as quickly as possible with no defensiveness, only helpfulness. She would answer my questions without hesitation. I considered all of this great customer service, and I have two beautiful and well put together bathrooms. My basement floor is next and Marburger will be my choice again!

I visited several times to choose luxury vinyl and carpeting to re-floor my entire house. The person I worked with was helpful about the selections but the quotes kept leaving out items such as upgraded padding and trim. I had to request new quotes several times, and they were never itemized. Then I didnt hear back, and about a week or so later I received an email from a different employee saying the person I was working with no longer worked for the company. I explained that my quote seemed high, and she said that I have noticed several of (the former employees) quotes have been high. She said shed get back with me, and when she did, she said Id have to come in to discuss options. Id spent hours upon hours finalizing my selections and going to their location a few times already, and now I needed to start over?! Why wouldnt she simply say, We apologize for the inconvenience and well give you an additional discount on your order. Id have a completely re-done house by now. On a quote that was originally $12K, they had room to give- I saw the profit calculations while the original employee was flipping through her papers. I am very disappointed in this business.

I happened upon this place on my way home from work one day. Upon showing me one product, the salesman said that it was so durable that I could take it with me when I foreclosed on my home. I was so shocked that I didnt know how to respond. They clearly dont need my business and obviously wont be getting it.

I wasnt sure what to expect when I came in. I was shocked at all the great things inside the showrooms. i came in looking for a rug, and now we are working on the 3rd project dealing with all the hardwood floors in my home. The service is great and the staff is excellent.

The first time I went into EF Marburger, I was a little worried that everything in there would be out of my price range. I was very wrong.I had all my questions answered about the flooring I was looking for for my bathroom. I ended up getting a great White and glass stone for the entire floor. We are getting ready to redo the rest of the house and there is only one place I am going to go to get it all taken care of.

Was referred to them by Tony Katz Tony and I usually agree on a lot of things so I took his recommendation however the customer service aspect of this business is gone one of the worst customer service sales companies ever I would not recommend this flooring company until they really look at themselves and improve their customer service
