Very disappointed. Carpet cut wrong, multiple seams that show and separate. Installed incorrectly. Multiple visits to repair with zero success. When asked for credit back, was laughed at. Wont do business with them again. Ever.

Great selection and quality work. Vogt installed carpet throughout most of my home and was very professional from beginning to end. Their wide selection and professional sales staff helped us to find a carpet thatmade our home look top notch. Our kitchen will be next and they will be out go to spot. Liked the idea that they are family owned and even Elvis, the owners dog, made things all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We recently decided to replace our 12 year old carpet. I knew the style of carpet I wanted, and knew the texture that I was desiring as well. I wasnt quite ready to make a decision yet on such a big purchase. Jen was great about being welcoming without me feeling pressured to buy since she knew I wasnt ready to buy. When the moment was right, I looked at various carpet companies and the overall value was unbeatable at Vogt. The reassurance of knowing that if the carpet wasnt to my liking that it could be fixed without question made a scary decision much easier! Cassie was great at helping me see that that I knew which carpet I wanted all along (all though I was wishy-washy on the decision). She knew that I wanted a farmhouse look and IT IS PERFECT!!! Our installers were very professional and took the time to ensure that everything was done correctly! We are so in love with our carpet and it definitely completes our home! Thank you Vogt!

Placing carpet throughout your entire home is daunting at best, but the people at Vogt were unbelievably wonderful through the whole process. Our first visit was zero pressure and incredibly kind and informative. The measurement visit, price quote and signing were also very easy and transparent. We always felt like we were being treated as family there. Finally, and certainly the most important, the installation team was kind, clean, timely, and incredibly professional. Our carpet is amazing and we could not be happier. Thank you to Vogt for making something so stressful so very easy.

We have had Vogt Carpet One install carpet in our home twice in the last year.They first carpeted our living room, dining room, and family room. More recently, they installed carpet in our newly remodeled basement rec room.We were very pleased with both installations. The team at Vogt were wonderful to work with. We liked the quality of the carpet they sell and the price was in our budget.The installers were pleasant, worked in a timely manner, and did a great installation and clean-up. All in all, we had a great experience and will go to Vogt again if we need flooring.

Terrible experience for us, this company was recommended by the insurance company after a water leak in our house. The worker they trusted and referred hardly worked through my his days here and took over two and a half weeks for a job that should only have been about a week by other companies estimated time of completion. Currently we are having some pieces replaced in our hardwood floor and when we call in to get more pieces they are out of stock and now two more times they told us false dates that it would be back in stock. Customer satisfaction was not a concern nor was promptness for us as a customer. We are completely dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone else.

Vogt has such a huge selection of both traditional and on trend flooring - it can be a little hard to make a decision! Luckily they have excellent sales people who work with you to find just the right product at the price point you are looking for. I have used them for both carpet and tile and could not be more satisfied with both the flooring/backsplash and the entire process. From selection to measuring and finally installation, they did not disappoint.

BUYERS BEWARE!! This is the most immoral and unprofessional company you could ever do business with.Let me start by saying that initially I was very happy with the service. The sales woman I worked with seemed very friendly and did seem to have my best interest when it came to buying carpet. My husband and I had just purchased a new home that needed to have carpet redone in most rooms. It was about 3400 square feet of carpet just so you can get an idea of how much we were paying this company to have a nice, clean carpet installation. We were told the carpet would be done in three days.Day 1: carpet installation seemed nlike it was going well. The sub contractor had two other helpers, not qualified contractors though, which we thought was odd but let it go. They worked from the morning to night and everything seemed to be going well.Day 2: This is where the real problems began. Only one contractor shows up that day, the whole day working by himself. Hes by himself about 1/2 of the day and I get home from running errands to see his wife and four kids eating dinner on our counters, sitting on our furniture, using our bathrooms, and running around our house as if it were their own. The contractor was so nice I felt bad saying anything but this was so inappropriate and unprofessional when this is our brand new home we hadnt even fully moved into yet! Why should this be excused? I call the company and I am just so appalled by this and they so we are so sorry, this shouldnt happen, we will talk to him. There are already two broken promises so far; lets keep count. 1. Unprofessional behavior 2. Their men working unprofessional hours( he requested to stay until midnight all nights because he knew the reach to finish it was not going to happen. I gave permission for 11 because I wanted this done and over with.Day 3: So its day three and they probably have over two more days of work at the pace this is going. I already had deliveries planned around the carpeting because of what they had stated and promised. I had previously explained I was to have a delivery just in the living room this afternoon so if anything could get done please let it be the living room. Well...it wasnt done. I got there in the morning and at that point had enough. There were scraps, lose ends, areas not tucked and I was just so disgusted at how this company does nothing at all to hold their employees accountableI went over to the store and talked to two sales associates about being so distraught and upset and how terrible of an experience this has been, and one was smug with an extremely rude explanation and the other was heartfelt but she didnt understand. Finally John, the man whos 88 years old who owns this company, comes in the store. Im thinking thank goodness, the owner who will save the day and show remorse for the situation. WRONG! He apologized, said he would send out different guys that day to get the job done, said it would be done by the end of the day. I requested some type of refund in real tears because I was just so appalled and saddened by the lack of empathy, care and concern for their customers this company had. He said I cant do that. I am dumbfounded. I paid such a pricey chunk of change to a family owner business, that this man is in charge of, and you cant give me anything back? He said We are still going to get it done and I said yes, but my family has had to go through this terrible experience and you dont see how its wrong? No response.So they send out two new guys who do finish the job by the end of day 3 so I was happy . As if the situation couldnt get any worse, I have to call them again to have the guys come back a 4th day to redo many areas because it wasnt done right, again! These guys do a nice job fixing what should have been right from the start, and finally all is okay, but all in all, stay away from this company! They are immoral, indecent, people that dont really care about their clients.

So I walk into the store to purchase padding and carpeting, owners wife and sales staff immediately gave the impression of being burdened .Especially the owners wife That had a frown on her face the whole time and seemed indifferent .The owner of this operation is a jerk and not a very nice person.Now I understand why the store environment feels the way it does .The owner literally was yelling at me for disposing old carpeting in his dumpster that I was permitted to do beforehand.I did tell him this but he still didn’t seem to care much,nor apologize for talking to me in the manner that he did .Avoid these Aholes,
