Asked for a quote on a SV40 and I kept being told they would send me one. Never received quote. I gave up after the last text saying they would get me a quote tomorrow which never came.

Very friendly place to get parts

Place is a joke. Tried to buy a machine through them awhile back filled out a credit app and never heard back from them. Decided to try again about a year later. Same story. They told me it would take 2 or 3 days to run my credit. Bobcat, Caterpillar, and Deere all approved me within a few hours. Nope not Vameer. I had to call days later to find out and then when I got ahold of someone they tell me I haven’t been in business long enough for them to work with me on financing. Get out of here. I would stay away I can only imagine what the customer service would be like if you bought a machine.

In every business you have problems its how the problems are dealt with that separates you from everybody else! Vermeer Midwest is a company you can count on to help you with your problems. Good job guys! Such a good job that I am buying another one... 😁 Everyone here cares about the customer!

I really dont like the parts guy. Not a friendly nor helpfull individual. Always stress myself going there for parts. Not you typical friendly vermeer service. Always say that your equipment is old, but guess what, its my old equipment and many more that allows him to have a job. Dont enjoy going there at all.
