One of the few decent coffee shops in Fitchburg. Every thing that you expect from the local Starbucks. Currently has heavy road construction nearby and traffic is awful. Will visit again.

This is my go-to Starbucks! Staff has always been friendly and conversational and the drinks have never been wrong. When I’ve come here with family that isn’t familiar with drink types/names, the staff has always been courteous and helpful in directing them in the way to go. Great service, great drinks!

Starbucks is nothing if not consistent. Good quality, fast service, and they have a drive through which is important to me with COVID considerations.

Outdoor seating was perfect for the sunny day we visited. Our breakfast order and cold brews were delicious!

Nice staff, fast service, good lattes. Drive through is great, though the way its set up in the parking lot is somewhat awkward especially during peak hours. But thats nothing they can fix, just a quirk to be aware of.

Great location with very friendly staff. Drinks are made right. Never had an issue. The drive through here is tight because the parking lot is so small. Sometimes cars will back out to McKee so if you want your fix during peak, you’ll want to be patient. Line moves as quickly as possible but usually I just turn around.

Decent drinks/food overall, but a couple of baristas are really difficult (increasing frequency of this lately) and do not have good customer service skills. Parking lot is a challenge with the drive through line also.

The staff was super nice. When I found out that my mobile order was at different Starbucks they offered to make everything for me.

Very good!! A few things! This location is generally very busy through the drive-thru so try to avoid it during expected peak times! Also, theres a lot of things that are not listed drive-thru menu but are available (paninis, loaves).

No matter how busy they are the staff is ALWAYS friendly. The parking lot/drive thru is usually so packed that it’s hard to get in and out of smoothly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff is incredibly rude, and have been on several occasions. My boyfriend went through the drive through tonight to get me and my coworker a couple drinks. He isnt as well versed in the terminology or knowledge of the drinks at Starbucks, as he doesnt drink coffee as much as I do. As he was ordering, he had some trouble explaining what I wanted, so instead of the barista helping to understand, or asking more information to get an accurate drink, he proceeds to be short and rude with him. After he was finished ordering, he pulled up to the window, and could hear the employee laugh and say well that was painful to his coworkers and make a mockery of him. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and plain rude. If this Starbucks employee cant handle adversity, or has difficulty helping their customers order something they would like, maybe they need to pick a different job.

Poor customer service...had a gift card from a friend said it wasnt validated..but they took his money and we got nothing for it...won t buy starbuck gift cards as they dont stand behind it and give some store about third party issues..its their name on the card then fix the problem...call there 800 number they are even worse...lots of other places to take my business too..beware of their gift card scam....

This location is decent. ALWAYS super busy and my drinks never taste as good as they do when I go to my favorite location, but if Im not going that direction this is my other choice. Drive thru is a little irritating when its backed up, people usually block stalls, driveway, and sometimes the road. They do allow in store pick up so its not too bad. Its easiest if you park on the road and walk up.

The drive through line was long, but the drinks were made right and the customer service is safe and friendly.

The staff here is generally pretty rude; I have had multiple encounters with staff members being short or unpleasant. I am not the rude type of customer and I rarely have a good experience here. My boyfriend and I looked up the hours to what we thought was this Starbucks and showed up here. Mistakenly we thought they closed at 9pm however they closed at 7pm. One of the employees kindly let us know and there was a group of other employees standing around outside the business, one girl yelled that they open at 5am tomorrow and then laughed at us. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for an overpriced drink.

I went to this location 10/10/20 asked for four beverages and the one I was unsatisfied with was a dragon fruit with lemonade. After a while waiting in line to receive my beverages I grab my two venti pink drinks, venti mocha Frappuccino and as I’m about to grab my last beverage (dragon fruit with lemonade) it didn’t have actual fruit on it it was just the lemonade, I tell the employe that it didn’t have it and I wasn’t informed by the person who got my order on the drive thru and she responded to me very rude telling me that it tastes exactly the same and I repeated that I was informed about that, then she grabs another person who was also very rude to tell me the exact same thing she told me and I repeat that I wasn’t informed and I wanted it with the dragon fruit then they grabbed a third person to tell me it tastes exactly the same and that the “berries” don’t add flavor to it just color, to what I responded that I like the texture of the dragon fruit. In other Starbucks locations that I’ve gone to they inform me if they don’t have lemonade or dragon fruit or whatever comes with the beverage I get which I think it’s being considerate with the costumer, second they where very rude and I don’t see why it was necessary for that location to grab three people to tell me the exact same thing, I understood the first time but like I said I like the texture of the dragon fruit on the drink and I don’t see anything wrong with me wanting that and getting questioned about it from three people. Disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Starbucks is reliable and Im a rewards member there which is nice because they offer perks like 2 for one drinks and free stuff. Theyre accommodating for people with dietary restrictions like myself, too. In terms of food its not that great but the bakery is pretty good, I particularly like the cake pops

Great food and treats! But boy our cashier was rude and had no desire to help us. It was obvious by the fact that she was super nice to the people right after us. My brother is autistic and looks different from others. But I dont appreciate being so obviously looked down by others. We are nice to servers. People with disabilities clearly not welcome at this location.

I love this Starbucks. The staff is always very friendly and professional. They always have what I want, I have never had them tell me they are out of things like other Starbucks. There is generally a line at busy times, especially morning commute, but they get through customers quickly. Weird setup in parking lot for drive-thru but doable.

Great location and great service. Be careful with the drive through. It snakes through the parking lot and can be more interesting than youd like when its busy.

This is my go-to coffee place because I live close :) But the staff here is very friendly and nice. They have a good seating capacity both outside and inside. There is a park across the road from here. So, you can very well buy a coffee and take a stroll in the park. Its kind of a small strip mall. There is an ice-cream shop, a nail salon and Noodles and company here. So, food, ice-cream,coffee and some pampering at the same place. Sounds darn good to me, eh!

Dependable drive-through and just what youd expect from a Starbucks. Good food and drinks. Staff is up and down in terms of friendliness and efficiency.

Its good for a Starbucks. It has outdoor seating (as any cafe should) and doesnt seem too crowded. I take a star off because its next to an ice cream place so there are a lot of noisy children around.Except for the drive through, there seem to be a little of lazy people (ironically and rightfully) stuck in that line.

15 minute wait for 4 drinks.....you can do better

One thing I noticed is that they do not cater to inshoppers what so ever. If there is a long drive thru line and a bunch of online orders you’ll easily wait 30 minutes at the least here. Other than that solid place

The app said it close at 10:30 and we went at 9:30 and the doors were locked. very unhappy. also there was a lady in there and she had a headset on and she was ignoring me. the lights were on in the store and the drive through.

Your drive thru makes it 100% impossible for customers trying to frequent other businesses in the building to use the parking lot. It is EXTREMELY frustrating.

Always a super slow location but last time it was 6 employees working with no one in store. Kept making online orders instead of us the customers waiting 15 min in store. Learn to prioritize people waiting at your counter over whatever online orders youre getting.

The supervisor there I think his name is Jon is super rude to customers and employees. They should fire him. Starbucks suppose to be a great place to work? Not with him!I wonder if the manager of this place knows how he is and if she/he is the same way, then they need to be reported to Upper Managment, which I will do.

I stop by this Starbucks a few times a month. The staff is pretty friendly, and the drinks are fine! The parking lot is poorly designed - I think it’s easier to park on the road and walk in.

First Starbucks in a long time to have trouble with my simple order, and the guy acted like I was lying when I said up to 4 oz of soy milk is free until a girl there corrected him. Was having a good day up until that point. (occurred 12-28-17)

The wait is horrendous and the food over priced

Ive been to this Starbucks a few times, have given the same custom order, no questions asked. I go today with the same order, I get a super condescending response about how I want it customized. I understand making sure that you know what the customer wants but I dont need the sassy attitude.

Overall I like this location. Plenty of parking outside and plenty of seating inside. The workers are friendly and the lattes are always well made. One downside is Ive had my breakfast not cook all the way through a few times. However they were quick to make me a new one, and I appreciate that.

The staff is always very friendly, and Ive always had great service here. A special thank you today, as I went through the drive-through, but had misplaced my credit card (realized this after I got to the window), the barista picked up my tab. This was very sweet, I plan to return the favor on my next visit!

This Starbucks is incredibly busy. There generally is a long line of cars waiting to use the drive-in and the parking lot is small and gets easily congested. I generally need to park in the street and ALWAYS use my Starbucks app to place my order in advance to avoid the long waits. The interior is small, but I can usually find a place to sit when I need to.The quality of the beverages served here is better than most other Starbucks locations. So despite all the drawbacks listed above, this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Madison

The logistics of getting in and out of the parking lot are awful. The employees are nice but they seem to have a high staff turn over which unfortunately results in poorly made drinks a lot of the time.

The parking lot sucks, and its one of the slower Starbucks Ive been too so theres always a huge line, which then makes the parking lot extremely inconvenient. Also, on more than one occasion they put sugar in our black iced coffees after we said no cream/sugar. Probably a 10% success rate on your order.

Its a normal Starbucks. The issue is the parking lot. Parking lot is absolutely horrible. The drive-through Lane and people take up the entire thing making it impossible to park or to get out of parking spots. I almost always park on the street because they parking lot is so bad. Theres other businesses in that building I could not imagine trying to get to them.

I used to go to this Starbucks ALL the time for years. They USED to have great customer service and speed. Granted, they are always busy, however, in the past 2 years they have become the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced (on many occasions!). There are also only a couple employees that are actually friendly, the rest are rude and grumpy. I have stopped frequenting this Starbucks and avoid if I can because of the baristas and their lack of speed.

Me and my girlfriend have been going to this Starbucks since we moved to Madison last April. For years we have used Starbucks but I think it is time to move on. For a couple years we were spending ~$11/ order 4/5 days a week, sometimes multiple times a day when we are both off work. Lately the biggest problem is consistency. Ordering a drink that has a triple shot but constantly getting something that tastes like watered down syrup with no coffee flavor, then adding a fourth shot which worked once or twice out of the dozen plus times we have ordered that way. I usually order a Trenta iced coffee with vanilla and cream. Sometimes I can taste vanilla but usually not. Sometimes the cream tastes like they are serving soy milk when I specifically ask for cream.When we both get a day off we like to get coffee at night knowing we can sleep in, but apparently Starbucks employees decide if you should get caffeine or not. Sad that we literally just dumped yet another $11 down the drain for something that should be so simple. I should have bought a ninja coffee bar years ago I would have saved thousands. If you like gambling and don’t mind if you receive something completely opposite of what you paid for then this is your place. On the plus side they have one great employee I believe her name is Kathleen, maybe Kathy, but she has not been there lately. If the owners want to track the legitimacy of this complaint look for the order of a venti iced white mocha with no whip and a trenta iced coffee around 5:20 pm December 26th, Check the gold card number and tell me how many thousands has been spent at your establishment...

This Starbucks is friendly, quick, and has an outdoor patio! The parking lot is crazy, so be careful and pay attention when driving!

The lady who worked closing on 10/25/2019 closed the store and hour and 30 minutes early. Not pleased with her action of taking the closing time into her hands.

Always great coffee and atmosphere

Picked up a Venti Peppermint Mocha and a glass of water. The service was fast and the Barista was friendly. Parking seemed to be an issue. Someone almost backed into me and when I was leaving I noticed someone else getting upset because their car was blocked in by drive-thru traffic. When I’m in the area, I won’t hesitate to return.

Staff is GREAT

No matter what you order, or how many times you complain, your cup will never be full at this location. I only go here when I have early morning travel and the Target starbucks isn’t open yet
