Outstanding sales representative, Kaleb Shaffer! We had been to 2 other mattress stores prior to going to Mattress Firm. We hadnt bought a new mattress in over 20 years. The other 2 stores first question was what are you looking for. We didnt really know as we didnt know what was available. First thing Kaleb did when entered the store was have us lay on an adjustable bed and put us in a comfortable position. While we laid there he asked questions about the position we slept in, did we have any back or hip issues, did we wake up sore in any areas. From there he made some recommendations and spent a good hour or more letting us try mattresses and explaining the differences. We ended up purchasing a mattress and frame that we feel is the best fit for us after being fully educated on mattresses.

She was honest and friendly, which made me trust that she had my best interest in mind. I contacted her multiple times when dealing with my warranty, and each time she was very knowledgeable and made sure the paperwork was completed correctly.I docked a star only for my experience with my first mattress purchase. I purchased online and within a month, the mattress sank in horribly. I would hope that Mattress Firm uses quality products when making their mattresses, but that first purchase made me question that. Because of my warranty I was able to get a refund, however it broke my trust in some of their mattresses.Despite my first experience, Holly in Flint made me feel confident in purchasing another mattress from Mattress Firm, and regained my trust.

Very professional and they took the time to find us the best deal for a bed and base that was perfect for both my needs and my wifes back issues. Definitely recommend checking out their inventory for a starting point but you should stop in. We went in for one type of bed but got recommended on a different one that was not only better quality but met more of our needs at the same price. We wouldnt have known it was there without going in first. I will definitely go back to them if I need to buy another bed for my home.

I purchased a bed yesterday from this company. I was very comfortable when the salesman started talking and showing me around. This man listened to every thing I said I needed and why. He was able to understand the needs of my husband and was not pushy nor did he bully my friend and I around. The purchase I made was exactly what we need. My husband was seriously hurt in an auto accident and spent 6 was in a coma and 7 months in hospitals, he is unable to shop with me or leave the house except for appointments. I told my salesman how much I felt comfortable spending and he stayed in that budget, he didn’t push for more, he heard me when I told him why I put a limit in this purchase. He was absolutely just what I needed, kind, happy, funny, and knew his stuff which allowed me to be relaxed and comfortable in my purchase . Would I shop there again. Absolutely. Didn’t make a purchase, but rather an over the phone inquiry. Very nice woman was helpful and answered all my questions in a kind manner. Only reason we didn’t purchase is we found the mattress a bit cheaper somewhere else.

Was im looking for a new bed and the person who was helping me was very knowledgeable about the beds and more worried about is than just a sale. She was worried about making sure we had the right bed and pillows to comfort what we need in a bed to sleep well and also to have the right pillow to help align the spine while asleep.

If not for the delivery people, this would have been a 5 star review. The sales lady was amazing, we had an idea of what we were looking for and she used her expertise to direct us to the perfect matress. Paid extra to have it delivered and setup. The day it gets delivered, the guys pull the mattress out of the truck and set it on the ground which got the plastic coating muddy. Instead of taking the plastic off at the door, they leave it on which in turn put a big mud streak on the wall going up the stairs which they just left for us to clean up. When they pulled the base out of the truck they cut the banding off and just left that and corner protectors laying in the driveway for us to take care of. Very unprofessional! I will never have matress firm deliver anything again if I do business with them again at all!

I have always had a terrible time with finding a good pillow that I like as a side sleeper with my neck issues but I’m hopefully that this new Purecare Softcell Hybrid Pillow with cooling technology will be what I’m looking for.
