The man that waited on me was very pleasant, very informative and I didnt not feel rushed he was very patient as a explored my options. I havent received my bed yet, but he informed me that I had a 90 day return option. After lying on the bed of choice, I really dont think that is going to happen. I cant wait to get it!

The store experience was excellent. Service and knowledge of the sales associate was just want a corporation/store would want. HOWEVER, DO NOT call Sleep Number 1-800 number. The SERVICE is beyond SLOWWWW I was on the phone today with them for almost 2 hours because every question puts you on hold for at least 10-15 minutes. INSANE.

I was a Sleep Number first timer, and my salesperson (Kevin) provided such a relaxing and insightful visit. He was thorough in explaining the benefits of a Sleep Number mattress. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. I am anxiously awaiting my mattress delivery and highly recommend you visit the Flint, MI store and ask for Kevin!

Was a bit weird laying on all those beds in a dept store fully clothed, but the sales associate made us feel at ease. All in all wed give our guy a 10 for his help, and explaining everything to us... as well as making us fell comfortable trying out all the beds, EACH TIME adjusting the settings so we could compare. Thanx guys

Our salesperson was Charles he was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and above all else he was NOT pushy in any way! He made our shopping experience very relaxed and pressure free! It was like buying from a friend who was advising us and answering questions as we asked them not trying to push us towards one bed or another just supporting us and our needs! Miller road was was well worth the drive. Can’t wait to get a full night of sleep. Kevin was very helpful with all the knowledge on the products to help wife decide on the right bed. Morgan was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We are awaiting the arrival of our new bed.

We owned a sleep number bed years ago & were very much looking forward to having one again. Stopped in to get some pricing...Explained exactly what we wanted & how much we wanted to spend. Morgan ignored me & kept suggesting upgrades. Was also informed it would be 2-3 weeks before a bed would be available. Left to check if we still had our old base. Came back a couple days later & was in process of ordering a bed when I saw the cost ($199!) for delivery. I said I would just pick it up myself. Was told by Morgan that it wasnt possible (against their company policy) and I would HAVE to have it delivered (& pay the $199). I decided to go elsewhere. Got a better price, free delivery & had a new bed within a week. So disappointed with Sleep Number. I told Morgan to call corporate & tell them they just lost several thousand dollars. Unless something changes, we will never go back.

Warm, welcoming sales staff helped us make the right decision on the bed, mattress cover and sheet set. After visiting a few months back, was alerted of a sale for the bed we were hoping to buy by mail.This is the second bet we have purchased from this store and will always be a customer!

I went there on two separate occasions,first time my wife and I went to look and try out the different mattress’s and options,we talked after about what we liked,went back two days later with my daughter and she really liked your mattress and options,we both ordered each a mattress and flex 2 frame and a few other items,the experience was great! The team on both days were really knowledgeable! Can’t wait to have mine set up in about a week and a half!

Tamara and Morgan were outstanding. This is our 2nd Sleep Number Bed. We are passing our 12 yr old current model to our son, still a great bed. I am sure we will love the new the bed, however the customer service was superb.

Wow are they expensive but a good night sleep is important and a company that focuses on just sleeping sold me they know what they are doing... right? Wrong! All you are buying is an air Mattress. No u dont get a full refund and no they will not refund your base. There most expensive version created back pain on my side and my wifes. Save your money and stay away

They go over everything throughly so you do under stand it. They also give you lots of options.
