So incredibly disappointed by the customer service at the Florence location. I have never written a review for any company previously but felt if necessary to do so at this time in the hopes of sparing another person the frustration. My appointment was scheduled online for 11 am. I received two confirmation emails for this appointment- the day before and day of- which I confirmed each time. Upon arriving at 11 am, the building was locked with a note on the door stating the office hours of 12-5 pm. I called twice and left a voicemail. As I sat in my car directly in front of the building, I watched other people with appointments go up and shake the door handle and leave. About a minute before noon, a woman comes up and shakes the handle and stands there when an employee comes up from the building and unlocks the door, I had gotten out of my car and walked in with the other person. I tell the worker that I had an 11 am appointment and have been waiting. He tells me that that is an error on the website and someone should have called- not only had no one called but two confirmation emails had been sent I state. He tells me to wait because the other woman was waiting. I explain that she had just arrived and I had waited over an hour. He helps the other person and then goes back behind the false wall and tells a coworker about me. When he comes back to the counter to continue helping the other person, my phone receives a call from Ubreakifix. The coworker behind the wall has called me to say that they cannot do 11 am appointments and are all booked for today and I need to reschedule to next week. I tell him that I am in their lobby and he says The man at the desk will tell you the same thing. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I was so frustrated- these employees need to understand that fixing cracked screens is only one aspect of their job. If the website has this type of error, compensate by reaching out and letting people know once the appointment is scheduled. Apologize. Please do better when working with people who disserve to be treated kindly and respectfully.

Was looking at 6 weeks and they called me to let me know they had a new service. They were able to send it off to another location and I got my device back in 2 weeks.

I replaced my phone screen here twice and both times it has broken randomly while I was asleep as well as my Face ID no longer working, or it had fallen on carpet and shattered. I paid 200 for it to be fixed and it broke too easily. Do not go here they have very poor quality products.

I dont want to leave this store a bad review, because they were super nice and helpful under the circumstances, but theres an experience issue that needs to be fixed in the system. I was told by two different people on the phone and by the standard appointment confirmation in my email that my repair would be done under 4 hours. However, after driving an hour to get to the store, it turns out that theyre backed up and it would be the end of the next day before my repair would be done. It seems that I talked to people in a call center when I made the appointment, and theres nothing in the system to provide them or me with any info about the extended wait time.However, when I was in the store and I disappointedly mentioned I came from Lexington, they let me know that a new location had coincidentally opened in Lexington THAT DAY. I opted to just drive home and then go to the new location for less driving, and I wound up having a great experience and quick turnaround there (no backup since they just opened).I totally understand that this location is doing what they can with the staff they have, and the employees in the store couldnt have been nicer. Its just that uBreakiFix needs to fix the issue in their system that keeps their appointment takers and customers from knowing about the backup ahead of time and even worse still quoting 2-4 hour turnaround when you make the appointment.

Visited the Florence location and was helped by Greg to fix my Iphone. Greg was professional and courteous. We left there within 10 minutes with our issue corrected. This was so much easier than going to the phone store and waiting forever to be seen. I would highly recommend this store to have any electronic fixed. Greg was so helpful and kind. I will definitely return as needed. Thank you Greg !!!

I scheduled an appointment online 4 days in advance to repair my phone. I drop my phone off for the appointment and after a couple hours I get a call telling me the part they thought they had wasnt for the right phone. They figured this out after taking my phone apart, thus breaking it more than it was, instead of ensuring that the part they had was for my phone. They told me theyd order the part and it would be delivered the next day between 10-1.I went back and dropped it off at 11. I did not hear anything from them and went to pick up my phone at 3 only to find out that they did not know where the part was or when it was going to get there. They offered no apologies and didnt even care that this was a 45 minute drive and they lied to me 2 days in a row.That didnt matter to them at all. I will never give them my business again and will never recommend anyone to go to them as they are super unprofessional and broke my phone more than it was and didnt care.

All I can say it awesome! My screen was basically shattered, brought it into Greg at the Florence location and he was awesome! Professional, personable and knows what he’s doing! -very comforting. It was done in less than an hour and when I came back Andy greeted me, gave me some info on screen protection and I had my phone back good as new! All around quality experience & service! Thank you Greg and Andy! Great company!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this place is SO IMPRESSIVE. I had an appointment at 2 PM, and Greg repaired my VERY obscenely cracked screen in ONE hour. Yes, you read that right. ONE HOUR. He did such a fantastic job that I felt myself being teleported back when I first bought my phone. Do you know what that feeling is like? Holding the smooth exterior of the phone and gliding your fingers over the reflective screen? Yeah, that’s how I felt when Greg handed me my phone (as I am typing right now, I’m ecstatic to show off to my mom and my friends on how new my phone looks now). This is by far, the BEST purchase I have ever made for myself. Thank you Greg for repairing my screen so that I don’t have to make a switch when I’m not ready yet!! All love for the uBreakiFix team !!Also, everyone (staff + tech) is really welcoming, I didn’t feel pressured or unsure about anything. Honestly, if you have a cracked phone, just bring it here. Don’t go any where else because other places will overcharge for it. I’m so glad I found this place because if I didn’t, I would be typing on cracked glass with my thumbs bleeding. 20/10 experience 🙏🏼

Y’all did a fabulous job repairing my step daughter’s cell phone. But the dude peeled the protective cover off of it right in front of me and didn’t offer me the opportunity. Seriously, don’t do that. I almost took a star away. 😅🤣😂

Company was very informative on how to fix and their inventory on hand. They were also forthright with which stores may be available to help quickly. Because of this I was able to have my sons phone repaired at an alternate location with quick turn around. Very helpful as he is a new driver & needs phone for GPS etc. Extremely comforting to a parent!!!

Saved what I thought was a total lost cause of a phone. Phone flew off my motorcycle mount, and got ran over by 2 cars. They fixed it right up. Not sure if it was a testament to their work, or the sturdiness of my phone (Pixel 3a) or a culmination of both, either way Im happy with the end result. Had my phone fixed the same day I dropped it off.

Very happy with the service and the staff was very helpful. They replaced my iPhone battery quickly and even cleaned my speakers and charging port at no additional cost. Highly recommended!

My daughter took her iPhone 10s to the Eastgate Drive location to get the battery replaced.24 hours after dropping it off, she had heard nothing so she called. They informed that the phone would not boot up with the new battery so they put the old one back in. When she went to pick it up, the phone was dead (they claimed to have no chargers!) and the screen protector was gone. After 45 minutes of waiting, they put a new screen protector on and told her to contact Verizon. I would NEVER use uBreakiFix again.

They wasnt able to solve my problem but I doubt anyone could have. They tried and were very nice and didnt charge a thing. I would go back again if needed.

Needed a new battery for my Pixel 4xl. They let me know it was still under warranty and wouldnt cost me a dime. Phone was repaired quickly. Gregory and Victoria were very helpful and knowledgeable. There was also a young gentlemen who assisted me when I took it in March 1st, that was friendly and helpful. Nice to see that good customer service still exists. Will be back again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Answered any and all of my questions. Price was exactly as quoted and my gear was repaired and returned quicker than original timeline. I will definitely use them again, but I hope I dont have to! ;)

1st time there, told me had to order part and would call when in. Insurance claim expired. Called and was told they had part. Renewed claim. 2nd time (about 2:30) was told wouldnt get back til next morning. 3rd time (about 10:45), was told wouldnt get back til late afternoon the next day. Called Insurance and was told they guarantee 2 hr turn-around. Insurance called and 2as told same thing I was. Going to try 1 more time Tuesday morning at 10 when they open.

Their work is good. I just wish I could give their price for everything 5 stars. I guess these phones arent affordable to fix anymore. If you want to rip the bandaid off and get your phone fixed in one day, this is the place.

I brought a piece of equipment in that I didnt think could get fixed. Well over 30 years old. Greg at the Florence location took his time and experience and fixed it. Even went above and beyond as far as Im concerned. You cant go wrong bringing your items here. Very professional staff!!

Walked in to have my charging port repaired. Talked with Andy for a little and turns out my charging port didnt need repaired. Just needed a good cleaning! Great to know the staff is honest and not just looking to nickel and dime you. Will go to again if I ever have any other issues.

Went in to see about getting my iPhone fixed. It was becoming hard to charge. I’d have to try plugging it in and unplugging it several times before it would charge and any slight movements after I got it to charge would cause it to stop charging again. Andy was extremely nice and helpful. He explained that it may just need to be cleaned and offered to try that. Within a few minutes, he had my phone working again and it didn’t even cost me anything! Would definitely go back!

It was gonna be a 3 hour fix and I told them I didn’t have time considering I lived 1 hr away. Between Greg and Kyle they had my phone fixed in 20 mins. Very fast and easy to work with.

Fixed my phone and got it covered under the manufacturers warranty! So thankful for Greg and Michael for all their help! Definitely will come back here for any electronic issues.

My Surface Pro broke down (the battery swelled up and the screen bent). Though it seemed almost impossible to be fixed, I visited UBREAKIFX for repair. Greg tackled on it only to find it unrepairable. But he repaired the broken screen for no charge. While he was working on it, he kept me updated of the work. Quick repair! When I walked in, they had a sign on the door stating they were booked for the day. Victoria was very kind and she was able to get me in that day anyway! I was pleased with the price I paid and appreciated that it was the same amount that I was originally quoted for. I was greeted by Gregory when I picked up my phone. Had an appointment to have my screen replaced at 10am and the store wasnt opened, no big deal though Ill just call and theyll meet me outside nope 15 minutes later im leaving with my phone still broken. This is a shame because this is the seceon situation with this same branch of the company that Ive had where I cant get anyone to answer the phone or the door to the shop. Ill shop elsewhere.

Dropped my phone and shattered the screen and thought I was for sure SOL. However I drove past this place and stopped in they were able to fix my phone that day and replace the screen. My son peeled off the broken screen causing the display to go black. Josh assured us they could take of it and also pointed out a new case and screen cover that would prevent this from happening again. In under 2 hours got the repaired phone back- much cheaper than buying a new one and it works great.

Brought my phone in for a vibration issue, was quoted at a certain price.. came to pick my phone up and they straight up told me because it was such a small problem that I wasn’t going to be charged for anything. Could have absolutely ripped me off for a good chunk of change and chose not to out of professionalism. Will definitely use them for all of my repair needs in the future!

Took my note 20 ultra in to be fixed dropped it off at about 11:40am they had a line already and said it would be about 6 hours called me at 3:30 pm to let me know it was done and ready I picked it up just in time to make it home and to work on time I didnt think I was going to get it till next day and they knocked it out yall are awesome and honestly better than the insurance witch I would have had to wait a week to recive a new phone thank you guys big thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve used their services twice and both times my phone has returned in better condition then expected. They are very diligent and great at what they do. They are always extremely friendly and sociable when working with costumers. Additionally, their pricing is very reasonable as well which is hard to find!!

Dropped off my Daughters Nintendo switch to have a charger port replace (129.00) and after there’s didn’t work I brought them one of my own and they said it didn’t work. They want me to pay 700 for a mother board which isn’t bad! It worked great just wouldn’t charge

Greg Kernan was the guy who worked with me when I came in. He was super polite, friendly, and greatly helpful! I have a OnePlus 7 Pro that would not fast charge and had a very loose connection with the USB-C port. He did let me know they do not really work on OnePlus phones, but that he would clean out the USB-C port to see if that was the issue. 5 minutes later, he was all finished up, connection is now tight and absolutely positive, charging just as fast as the day I got it. Absolutely 5 stars for Greg and the business as a whole!

They were extremely helpful. My back camera and flashlight were broken on my iPhone 8 Plus. I went to one store (not a uBreakiFix) and they could not fix it. However I made an appointment on the uBreakiFix website (which was very easy to navigate) and they were able to fix everything the next day. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend.
