Bo went far above and beyond to help us today. We thought we would just walk in and pick up an online order, but due to some kind of technical issue, he had to ditch our online stuff and start from scratch. It was a lot of work but he was great! So nice and professional.

Some of the employees are kind and helpful, others come across as snooty and condescending. Rather than engage with you to better understand what youre actually there for, theyll make assumptions and behave as though youre an inconvenience. I was just charged hundreds of dollars for a service/product that I never even received, all because an employee couldnt be bothered to have a conversation.

McKenzie was so kind and helpful. She assisted my grandmother with her new phone and was so patient. So thankful for a positive customer service experience! McKenzie was amazing!

Our associate was great and fast. MThe check-in process could be improved. The associates do not ask enough questions when you check-in. Not enough seating given the amount of customers. Theres room for improvement in the store and/or AT&Ts process.

Had to edit review since we spent three hours in this store on Friday and left with a paperweight. Traded in an iPhone 7 for a 12 Pro, and kept an XS Max, but swapped numbers. After trying to make a call on the XS Max, we realized it had no SIM card! The exact same thing happened to us in Carlsbad, California, 4 years ago! Is this what they train employees to do?
