Claims there is no bathroom and does not want to let customers use theres when there is a perfectly fine working toilet in there buildings...Especially when the building is sitting by itself and no neighboring stores to use one at..Alot of times Verizons stores are packed full of people and have long wait times and the Customer service rep looked right at me and told me the floor was being remodeled..No __it was not being remodeled...
I have been a long time Verizon customer. I have been in Florence, Alabama a few years now, operating on either one bar of 4 g or two of 3 g. Verizon told me it was the terrain. Funny, I get a better signal at off times. Verizon lied to me. They overload their towers. Promised...5 g they said be patient, 2 years ago.. Empty promises.
I was there for over an hour with my dad wanting to ask about the plans. We ended up waiting over an hour and ended up just walking out because despite there being over 7 people waiting in line there were still multiple workers just checking people in All in all terrible experience.
Was only informed that my 1-hour wait time had doubled into a 2-hour wait time after I explicitly asked an hour and a half in. I understand being busy or short-staffed, however I do have other things to do than wait at the Verizon store for my name to be called. Had I been informed I would have not been upset.
This is the second time Ive been to this Verizon and the same lady helped my husband and I. I remembered halfway through the conversation that she was just as incompetent the last time. She was in such a rush to get out of there when I told her from the very beginning we were not going to be a quick customer. She was very rude rolled her eyes to another customer thinking we do not see her. She did not bother helping us set up a device that we knew nothing about after she sold it to us. She was supposed to help us switch our numbers on our phones and she did not. We ended up calling customer service the next morning and were on the phone for two hours with them because of her mistakes and failure to do her job I dont remember her name or I would post it.

18 years with Verizon. Im a retired farmer/rancher. Believe in work, being polite, keep my pants up on my waist., love my country, veteran kind of guy. I may be wrong. But first visit was a long wait. Two days later even much longer. No reason to wait that long to get a phone problem resolved. It tells me the problems not the phone or customer the problem is the COMPANY. Todays youth are so much smarter on average than my age were. They continue to amaze me on how smart they are. At Verizon today there were employees everywhere. A male employee came out from back with another associate to fix a problem for a customer. He was best trouble shooter in the district they said. And he helped a employee help one customer the whole time I was there then walked and stood around. Look important walking around though. Also present a female associate there with a name tag that said general manager. She too was of mostly like the display of phones. Just to look at I guess.. Lots of employees that mainly just walk around talking to other associates. The G.M. did take some names of new arrivals. Lots of talk. Very slow results with customs problems. My phone was not repairable. But under warranty. My phone had to come from another source. We dont do the warranty replacement here I was told..??? Really!!!! Cant resolve it in the store. Cant give me one from the store??? But no problem. My new one will be overnighted to me. Ill have it tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went no phone. The next day a kind gentleman from about a mile from my home drove up and said FedEx drop off my phone at his house.. Verizon employee reply to me. Those things happen. Oh okay thanks!! I could just see one of my sons say that to me that if the cattle got out because he left a gate open. I sat in Verizon there a long time and watch conversations that got into everything including things were not related to phones. Work has taken on new meaning over years I guess. The manager of this branch a wonderful black lady that wasnt there today is the only person that has ever help me that was concerned and wanted to get things done and be sincere about it. The word work has really taken on new meaning to some over the years I guess. But Im older and probably just dont understand. 🙂

Kayla was phenomenal! She was patient and kind and worked tirelessly to take care of all of my needs before leaving the store. She went above and beyond with her customer service. Times are stressful with COVID restrictions and the holidays coming up, but she not once made me feel rushed or like a bother. Great job Kayla!

Finally he said oh you could come in if you had a masculine but you dont so you cannot. I ask him a simple question he couldnt even give me the answer.

The service in store was good but their fees are too high. I went on to get a new phone for my husband but they have an upgrade fee of $40...so basically they are charging you 40 bucks for the privilege of buying one of their phones...I cancelled my service and went to another carrier instead

Great service and knowledgeable staff. If you need help with your Verizon cell they have all the answers. I needed all my stuff transferred from my old phone to the new one they had me in and out in about ten minutes. I highly recommend the store located by the mall in Florence Alabama.

I went in to add a line and pick out a new phone. I asked about the Samsung note 10 & 10 plus. I was told there’s no difference, WRONG!!!! There is a big difference. Now they want a $50 restocking. Lesson learned Verizon employees don’t have a clue about what they sale. Do you homework before you go into a Verizon store, it will save you money.
Ive only been a customer of Verizon for less than 24 hours and my service at this Verizon store was a little sub-par. My main complaint is that the associates were rushing and forgot to activate my SIM card in the phone I ordered and picked up from the store. I sat for 2 hours wondering why my phone wasnt working even though my number had been ported over and, after using another persons phone to call Customer Service, the customer service rep discovered that they didnt activate it. Its common sense to activate a SIM before a customer leaves the store, so I dont see how they missed that. Im grateful that Customer Service was more useful than the associates at this store. The only thing keeping me on Verizon is the fact that the coverage (so far) is great and I like my phone. I hope to not have to go into a Verizon store again if theres going to be sloppy mistakes like this.

Was just at the store and no one seemed to want to help. There was no greeting or acknowledgement. There was no place for me to sign in and wait my turn. The two sales people there were talking to customers already so I waited. But then more customers came in and like magic two more sales people showed up... And continued to ignore me. The person before me was helped. The person after me was helped and left. But no one asked me if I needed help or offered to put me on a list to wait for a turn. So I left, Ill try again at a different location and hopefully they understand customer service.
It took two tries to get what I needed. Salesperson didnt have knowledge of what the store had in stock so I got a past employee to direct them. All employees need to be stocking items so they will know whats available to customers . This would be good hands on training.. Finally got what I need, so Im pleased..

Took my father here to switch his unlocked iPhone 6 from another provider because the (franchised) retailer near his home stated that it was impossible to do so, that he would have to purchase a Verizon branded phone instead. I knew this to be incorrect, and explained why to her, she insisted that we were wrong.Jimmy at this location was extremely helpful and had his phone service and number ported in minutes. Great job!

After a unsavory visit at Target with the mobile department I left in tears. I felt hurt and angry. I went into Verizon looking for help. I met sweet sweet Dani. Dani instantly took her under my wing and did everything possible to fix what had happened at target. I ended up with a great deal and ended up finally laughing after being in that Target department and crying in my car. Never. Ever. Go. To. Target. Mobile. I will only be doing business at this Verizon! She genuinely loves her job and loves helping others! Please only go to this store and make sure to ask for Dani! ❤️

Going into the corporate store is usually not a good experience.I went to get a new phone after mine died and Rachel Robinson rudely pushed the most expensive phones and accessories. She wouldnt listen to what I was interested in buying and was rushing me and my sister. She LIED about some features of the phones because she didnt actually know. After we selected our phones she again said we needed to buy the pricey accessories and talked to us like dumb children when we refused, which we had to do sternly to make her stop. She then practically kicked us out of the store after our transaction so she could tell us outside about the return policy because she forgot after she heard the salesman next to us tell his customers comfortably in the store.

I went to store location on cox creek pky. Spoke with young man about setting my grandmas services up via auto pay. Woke up today 1/8/17 a sun and guess what phones been disconnected. I visited 10/16 she is on life alert without phone dont work. I was assured was taken care of yet3 months no bills, calls etc and can not get anything accomplished until tomorrow. Also, the local store does not take calls was transferred to a rude woman from California who talked over me. Would not listen to issue. Ill be checking with different carriers since Verizon does not do what they say not try fix issue. Terribly disappointed if you have loved one on life line or sick and has to have phone. Do not go with them. Touchy service and no customer service

My experience in this store not what I have come to expect from Verizon; however, over the last few years, the quality of service from has seemed to decline overall. My spouse and I were set up with new service and the store associate was very helpful at the time of the transaction (which of course they are when you are buying two lines with $1000 phones). As I was changing from an Apple product to a Samsung, the associate acknowledged the change and told me if I wasnt happy to bring it back during the try it out period and they would swap my device back to an iPhone with no issue, I just would give up the bogo promo.During the 14 day period, I came back to the store twice and made 3 calls to get the device swapped. Like two parents telling their child to go ask the other parent, I was directed back to the store or customer care...neither could make a decision and I was stuck in the middle. A different associate helped me when I returned to the store....conveniently the one that installed our screen protectors and broke them....and he was rather rude in telling me that there is a $50 restock fee, which was not disclosed during the initial discussion when I was told to just bring it back. He refused to speak to customer care to help sort this out, the manager refused to speak with me, so I left as a dissatisfied customer.I will not be back to this store.

I walked into this store with full intentions of purchasing an iPhone X, walked right to what I needed and yet, not a single sales rep approached me. Ive been a Verizon customer with 3 lines on my plan for 4 years now. I can afford anything in this store. Dont judge a book by its cover. Good Job guys, you helped another store gain a new customer. Id give you 0 stars, but unfortunately that is not an option!

Went into the store to purchase 2 watches. Had called ahead and told what we were looking for was in the shipment to be delivered within the hour, 3 hours later the shipment arrives and does not have what we inquired about. So my wife settled for a different watch. The young guy who seemed like we were an inconvenience went and got the watches, scanned them, said sign here, and that was it. Did not make sure they activated correctly or that they even actually worked. Get the watches home, and my wifes watch does not work correctly. It will not activate, can not detect the sim card. Had the lazy guy done his job, this would have been known in store instead of now us having a watch that does not work and trying to find a closer store that has one in stock to exchange because it is not a problem that can be repaired. It is a defective device. Will not be going back into this store because unless you are buying a bunch of accessories, you get short, rushed incomplete, and incompetent service while people buying phone cases get sat at a table and their cases opened, phone cleaned, and placed in their new case. Doesnt seem right there since a case does not mean a monthly payment nor a promised customer for 24 months but 2 new lines means we are customers for 24 months. Cant have lazy incompetent employees in this setting.

Argumentative! Had my account used by this place in 2015 and they say they did not. Got papers and dates that they did last week. And the price keeps being charged to an account I left in 2013, paid off and they said I was done no problem. Now they say I will have to pay. I did not have the company or ok for somebody else to use that account or add the extra phone number to that account.I keep getting a run a round from the same 5 numbers I am told to call. So ticked.

Worst experience at verizion. Employees, when in the front of the store, were loud...singing snd laughing. Left us to figure out how to transfer content to new phone. Left us again and went to back to eat. All six employees I saw all went to the back and left several customers without any help. The girl helping us informed us they just sell phones, they dont help transfer data. Told us an app to use and left us for over 20 mins. She was put out by us needing help. Cant say anything good about this experience. Wasted 2 hours of my time by not having someone by my side helping. If possible, I would give zero stars.

Its your typical Verizon store. Clean, well merchandised, and skilled employees. In this area, if you live in Rogersville, AL you will want Verizon as opposed to AT&T. There is spotty if any AT&T service at ou out here.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at this Verizon store I have bought phones there for years Ive been on Verizon for years I have never had a bad experience of any kind until today there were two customers in the store I was one of them there were four employees working there all I wanted to do was transfer the phone numbers from my old phone to my new phone and I was absolutely refused help I guess they saw how aggravated I was and decided maybe they should help a little and they did but they sure didnt like it and so I got the least amount of help and assistance I could have possibly got and finally had to get up and leave I wont be back

This place NEVER has convenient hours. (In fact neither of the ones in Florence do), you have to hope — HOPE— they can get your issues fixed on THEIR time.And I hope none of you have to deal with Danielle who is a gun-smacking, middle schooler who takes 30 minutes to even understand what your issue is. Then she will throw away your SIM card without your permission and if you don’t have time to spend all day on hold with prepaid. (because all Verizon locations are obselete) you will leave without your issues resolved and with no phone service. WHY DO I EVEN PAY MY BILL?!?!AND I hope none of you even use Verizons prepaid services because I’ve had a “family plan” with my husband for a WHOLE YEAR and for the past FIVE MONTHS I have had a different issue that results in me having to go into the branch just to stay on hold for half of my day. ALL Verizon prepaid employees do whatever they want with your account without your authorization and because they aren’t in an actual branch, they have no accountability for their actions. TRUST ME, PREPAID IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. YOU THINK IT’S GREAT BECAUSE YOU SAVE MONEY, BUT IT IS ALWAYS— ALWAYS— MORE STRESS THAN ITS WORTH.
Verizon is what it is. They usually work with you. Fix problems when they arise best of all.... They are not AT&T
