Wife and I were Boost Mobile customers for 3 years loved the service and when we signed up the representative that helped us was very friendly and helpful. However, the lady that works there now with her kid in the store is both unhelpful and rude. She told us she would have the manager would call us to assist us and they never did despite having both of our numbers. Friendly staff helps keep lifetime customers.
Absolutely worst company Ive ever been with. If i could give it negative 5 stars i would. Have already paid 2months phones bills in 3 weeks, Just to keep internet. It says unlimited but they cut u off to 2g after a week of service. The brand new phone i bought already quit working after 3 weeks n was told there was nothing they can do, even tho the phone was bought at the store literally 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend NOBODY ever decides to try boost. Straight talk and even Metro PCS are far better companies if yall need somewjere to go.

Could have not even gave that. They dont care about there customers already. Wanna make them pay arm and leg for phones and service only wanna give the good deals to new customers. Need to do better I will definitely be moving on from them.
Why do they let the young woman babysit her daughter at work. Very unprofessional and isnt right.
I love boost Mobile. It has great service unlimited wifi and four lines for 100! Cant beat that. Lol. Go in and see Mrs Tasha. She has always been so great to us!!!
The young lady in the store let her daughter roam around without a mask on and she would consistently touch her face and the phone accessories not a professional environment.
Horrible cell service. Told me my house would have great service by looking at the computer. It doesnt have any service. So even though i got it because of bad info, they still wouldnt refund the activation fee or the first months service fee. So i just lost 140 bucks in less than 24 hours. Metropcs has so much better service in many more places. Trust me. And metro is cheaper
