I really do love their breakfast. We usually order breakfast from here on Sundays. I love their grits and I love how much food you get for the price they dont try to skimp you. Overall if you havent tried it go try.
Im from Memphis and this was my first Homeside experience. Firs, they have excellent prices on all their food. I ordered the meatloaf special and 3 veggies...it was cooked to perfection and delicious. The waitress and the lady that checked me out were professional and courteous.5 stars

Even at the lunch rush, 12:15, we received polite, prompt service, broad menu choices, and plain good southern style meals. Cant go wrong!

Great place to eat for family and friends. It is like mainly a meat and three and it is only $7 bucks for that and it includes a dessert. The drinks are like $2. So prices arent bad they also had a wings and fries plate for $5 bucks.I recommend the potato wedges. They are homemade and never disappoint. And I love their honey mustard. 😂 I am a heavy critic on honey mustard so if you are more into a honeier taste it does bring it. The servers here are amazing.They have 2 locations but I now prefer the Huntsville Road location. Great chocolate chip cookies and potato wedges, slaw, turnip greens, and fried tenders.

My fiance and I went down to have breakfast with some friends who told us about this place. We have never been until today but we will be going back. Delicious food, very generous portions and friendly waitresses. The bathrooms could be bigger or have a lock on the outside door since theres only one stall in there anyway but we didnt go for the bathrooms. And like I said, we will be going back.

Been here several times, and ALWAYS, there is a problem. Today my bread was like croutons, so I asked for the manager .I ask the manager could she check the bread, and let the cook know that if bread is stale please dont send it out . She got very mad and informed me she was the owners daughter and she didnt like my attudue and walked out. Never appearing again. I own several businesses and if you cant deal with what I said, that place is in trouble.

Great place for some good food that tastes homemade. Parking is kind of a pain even in my F150, if you drive anything larger than that I imagine itll be problematic. But the food and staff are worth it. My wife and I like the corn nuggets, and both times weve been now our sandwiches have been very good. One big plus for us is that neither of us are big breakfast food eaters, and we can get regular menu items in the morning!
It doesnt look like much when you drive past, but I was practically dying of hunger I had to stop in. One of the definitions of hole-in-the-wall. I ordered the fantastic, cooked to order Hamburger Steak and my wife got the hand-breaded in-house chicken tenders. All I got to say is WOW....no words to really describe other than that. A classic Hamburger Steak cooked right and topped with Gravy and Onions. There are a ton of options available between the regular menu and the Daily Specials. Not to mention the daily $5.00, $6.00, $7.00 specials, this can seem overwhelming, but you really cant go wrong. Not much else to say besides go see for yourself! You wont be disappointed.

Homeside restaurant is midsize restaurant with very good breakfast and lunch. On Sunday the lunch crowd shows up for their turkey and dressing. They have great coffee, huge biscuits, and chocolate/white gravy as well. Table service with a smile. Good people.
Im sorry but breakfast was terrible. Also the price points are ridiculous. They said they were training a new cook and she was going to comp my meal, to their defense. But I paid my ticket in full because I wasnt trying to get ANYTHING for free. If I had let her comp my meal it would have discounted my description of the food.
The service was quick and genuine. The waitress was attentive to my tables needs and the food was great. Has a great feel inside like you are at your grandmothers house. I will definitely return.

Weve tried breakfast twice. Neither time was the food hot when it arrived. The bacon is very greasy and undercooked, the hash browns taste like nothing and Id guess they are frozen. The eggs were cooked well but arrived cold. Grits were good, though.The waitresses are great, if youre a regular; if you arent, youll be lucky to get a drink refill.

We frequently go after Sunday church. They always have a great variety of vegetables and a wonderful cobb salad; almost enough for two. Attentive service, too.
Decent country breakfast. Country ham and eggs with biscuits, gravy and grits. The ham was dry. The over medium eggs were perfect. The biscuit was huge but bready. The gravy was better than most. The grits were tasteless and watery. The coffee was fair. The service from Theresa was great. The prices are cheaper than most chain restaurants. They take all credit cards.

The food is decent but nothing amazing. Prices are good. It was nice and quiet even at dinner on Saturday. I think garden gate or mama jeans is better though.

We are absolutely baffled how this restaurant received a 4.6 rating as the food is seriously lacking in quality and flavor. The pancakes had an onion flavor and the 3-egg omelet was square and flat as a pancake, and had no flavor. The biscuit, however, was actually good. The restaurant staff was very friendly and professional, but we came here for the food.

I love cream style corn but not if it comes from a can. I wish the servers would tell the truth when I ask instead of assuring me that the corn is from frozen when I can tell its from a can. If not for the lying, I would have rated this restaurant four stars.

I use to work with some of the people there and I still have friends there they are good people and good food for family and friends to enjoy the family who is over the restaurant is nice people so go by and eat and tell them that crazy willy told you to come by I dont live in Alabama anymore I moved to Colorado I live here now a new start for me
