Down right nasty. Guy didnt wash his hands after eating his lunch & cleaning food from around his mouth with his hands. He refused to serve me & my children after I asked if he could wash his hands. Got loud after I asked nicely. Nasty & nasty customer service. Thanks for saving me some cash, I will never return.

I work in old navy and i get cookies from you guys alot but Wednesday evening i came to get my usual Large drink and a sugar cookie and a female with glasses was giving her friends free cookies rather than taking my order i had to call someone else from the back to assist me i have a short break. other than that a great establishment just need to work on team work and less socializing especially not infront of customers.

Wonderful employees! Made a cookie cake for me late one night. Would be better if friends of employees were not hanging out taking employees from interacting with customers.
