I am giving Grogan Jewelers a 2 star rating due to their lack of professionalism. My initial request was resizing a ring my husband bought for me from Grogans. Vernette was the sales representative that I worked with throughout this process. She was nice and tried to accommodate my requests. During that same visit I asked about a specialty piece (earring) that would be worn in my cartilage. She assured me when ordering, I did not have to purchase when the shipment arrived if I was unhappy with the items. This was a miscommunication that she did not take ownership for. When the shipment arrived and I stated this was not going to work for my needs, she stated I must pay in full and there are no returns or exchanges. This was NOT communicated to me upon placing my order, otherwise I would have not proceeded with the special order. Additionally, when my ring was ready to pickup, I noticed a stone missing. This was Vernett and the jewelers oversight and should not have been presented to the customer without a proper check to ensure the ring was in the condition it was received in. Not only was a stone missing upon pickup, the communication throughout this process was minimal. Overall, my entire experience seemed unorganized and was displeased with the service I received. Further, there are other jewelers in the surrounding area that I have had much better experiences with. I would recommend exploring your options before doing business with Grogan Jewelers by Lon.

Did not call and walked in. I was looking for a cheap promise ring with my boyfriend for our one year. We were greeted and the lady sized my finger (because I did not know the size) and directed us to gemstone Pandora rings. I found the perfect one! In, out, 20 minutes, and $100 cheaper than we expected. Thank you! Very polite!

I bought a ring here not too long ago and the service was absolutely lovely and i just enjoy the staff here so much, especially Natalie. She is such a ray of sunshine and so sweet!

I purchased a beautiful diamond ring that was so awesome. My sales person was so great to work with. Jeron is very patient as its not easy to pick from such an amazing collection of beautiful jewelry. I also had my weeding ring that was set in gold set in silver and I am so happy. Love it! Almost the whole staff are jewellers not pressure salesperson. I have found the only jewelry store i like to visit. Next to a craftsman shop i know in hong kong. They can create some great items at Lons

My husband and I went to pick out our wedding bands at Grogan Jewelers. I also was looking to get my grandmothers ring, which I was given as my engagement ring, resized and cleaned up. I was also told it needed to be fixed, as some of the prongs holding the diamond in were coming loose.I was told it could take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for the bands, and the ring, well, the jeweler will be back on Tuesday to give you a quote on a cost. To his credit, the jeweler was wonderful. I got my quote and was told it would probably be ready by Monday.Monday rolls around and its not ready but thats okay. I understand delays happen, and its not like I need the ring right this minute. I say thanks and on goes my day.. The next day I get a similar phonecall, but its still fine, I get it.The third day past due, my husband gets a call that the rings are ready and theyre ready for pick up. He asks if its all three. Three? Um, theres only two. No, there are two bands and an engagement ring. No, I only see two bands here. I dont see any engagement rings here. Let me look for the order Ill call you back.So he looks. And he cant find it. Calls back. Some stern words are had regarding the fact that yes, we dropped of a ring for repairs and it should be there.Keep in mind, this is my grandmothers ring. She is deceased. I have no words for how upset I was during this whole exchange.Eventually they call back. They found it. The order should be complete tomorrowNo phone call that next day.The following day I called back and was told yes, two rings are here for you.I swear, I think I blacked out for a second.Grogan, get your act together before you give someone a heart attack.To the jewelers credit, the ring fits great and looks amazing. The rest of you all can go get some training in how to deliver customer service without taking years off peoples lives.

I purchased rings here and could not be more pleased. I worked with Jeron Tidwell and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was very unsure of what I wanted and Jeron patiently guided me through the process from sizing, selecting the materials to advising on the best delivery methods since I live out of town.If you are looking at any fine jewelry purchases in the near future, I highly recommend this store and Jeron specifically. He definitely went the extra mile for me with my purchase even calling to follow up several weeks later. If I could give this store 6 stars I would! I am very satisfied!

My wife rarely looks at jewelry, so when she does, I pay attention. I now have one less Christmas gift to ponder.

I am rating this business 5 stars. I visited this store to look at engagement rings and I was greeted with smiles. Vernett was the associate that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable of all the items. I tried on several rings and each one she was able to give me a very detailed description of it. I can honestly say this store will definitely be our go to for all of our future purchases, thank you all for great customer service. And thank you Vernett and Mr. Tidwell for such great hospitality and happy attitudes this made my experience even more enjoyable!

I have shopped with Grogans by Lon for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I have bought numerous pieces of jewelry over the years and have always been pleased with the service. My son bought the ring for his fiancé and the personalized service was exceptional. They were very accommodating and flexible since he was driving in from Atlanta and only had an afternoon to select a ring. My daughter-in-law and son still make the trip from Atlanta when purchasing jewelry. If you need jewelry this is the place to go!
