Purchased a warranty for my clippers I bought on 6/15/21 I work at great clips my clippers cracked from the heat of doing do many heads a day.. I tried to use my insurance I purchased, I tried to call and file a claim, and was transferred several times, somehow I ended up transfered to cosmopolitan magazine. Smdh

They’re so rude here! They said speak when you come in or help you. When you do ask for help they have a dry attitude. Exchanged a broke blow dryer and got another broke blow dryer.
