It’s my favorite because the selection is very nice and there aren’t people following me around the store, but employees are rude asl and act like they don’t want to be there. All they’re doing is sitting on stools and pressing buttons. It’s not that hard. There’s plenty of young girls who would like to work in a beauty supply who would have better customer service. Owners need to be better.

Love this beauty supply. They are so nice there. I love that they have American workers.

They have a lot of stuff....almost too much. And the aisles were really tight. Customer service was not the best, the cashier who checked me put was on her phone the whole time. They did have a few items that other beauty supply stores dont have. So if I didnt want to wait two days for an Amazon delivery Id go back there.

I found that they have a huge inventory of items. Several things to choose from. The pricing was good. The young cashiers need to learn that service to the customer is first before anything else.

I just love this beauty supply. The young ladys are helpful and respectful. They have so many different vary of things and colors hair. If you shop here you will be satisfied with them. I recommend my friends and family to them.

A lot of things in the store. You could find anything in here. Why I gave it one star is due to the lack of customer service from the girls that works here. No customer service what so ever. Please get someone that knows about hair and is happy to be there. You have people serving people who’s head looks worst than the customer that’s coming to purchase hair. Then they look at you as if your on their time. Nope I’ll stick with Hollywood Beauty

I purchased a $35 hair dryer and returned it within hours because the quality of the product was unbelievably poor. The store policy does not allow for refunds of any kind, even credit card purchases. You are forced to accept a store credit. Also, the prices of their products are high! RESIST!!!

I have always shopped here and today I went in the store with my in laws to buy some shea butter and we decided to go look at the wigs. And while I went off by myself to look at a gray wig with curls this lady followed me and she kept following me around the store. I felt very uncomfortable I felt like I wasnt wanted. That store has lost 3 customers today due to this. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

If I could rate no stars I would had a very unpleasant experience will visiting this location being that there are so many beauty supplies you would think they value there customers made a visit this morning to buy hair purchased the wrong hair went in to exchange hair they wouldnt even exchange my perchance even if I was willing to pay the difference for the new bag of hair they are young unprofessional and seem to have no experience with working with hair nor customers they were not familiar with prices nor inchese they refused me a exchange after at first telling me I would be able to exchage my hair and pay the difference. Prices are very high would not recommend no one go there unless you want over priced hair and unprofessional kids trying to sell you hair. Thanks but No Thanks!👎👎👎

**THEY GET A NEGATIVE STAR FROM ME**This place is horrible Because of the Rude workers... Im not gonna say that not everybody there is rude because my 1st experience there was OK but I went in to exchange a wig that I purchased that was detective because when I took it out the package it started shedding immediately like It had a Disease.. I attempted to exchange it not wanting any money back but just a different wig..they told me there was no returns on a defective wigs and that I have to call the manufacturer of the wig to get any exchange or refund. Through all of that I decided to buy another wig which I have purchased this wig before so i knew that it was not defective.. I chose the wig and walked out the store with my purchase when i got to the car in saw that they gave me then wrong color wig that I Chose.. I came back into the store and I was greeted with rudeness and attitude from the young lady (lil girl)with locs ....When I was only trying to get the correct item... Oh yeah they have a sewer problem... BEWARE OF THE RUDE EMPLOYEES AND BAD WIGS !!!!😵😵😵☠☠☠🤔🤔🤔

I bought bundles of hair from this place hair start shedding bad the next day I am so disappointed too much money for nothing do not buy hair from here its a shame you cant get your money back at least half of it. They get no stars

Dont support them or Asian/Arab owned beauty supplies.Their makeup (lip products have been on the shelves for years & have dried out). The owner at this location lied to my face and told me a display wig was the only wig that was in stock & I asked for a discount she said no. Bought the wig & went in the next day; the same but new wig was on display. I hate shady tactics, tired of foreigners making a profit off of us. More black owned shops please!
