If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Very rude male owner/worker. No one was helpful at all. Male owner had an attitude the whole time. Got mad because my 2 year old picked up 2 candy bars in her hand during check out, which I paid for with no issues. Male owner/worker, gave me a very dirty nasty look. Very bad experience. Terrible customer service. Please let this be your last resort if possible. I have never experienced such bad customer service at a beauty supply.

Its a good beauty supply, everythings not expensive and they have good customer service. The workers there are really nice and helpful. Ive been going there for like 2years now and theyve had everything Ive needed and its never crowded.

They have nice clothes and weave but they hair products are out of date my mom got a perm from there and it took some of her hair out but when we went to go look at another perm like that from there it was out of date.

Staff can seem a bit rude at times but this location has an overall qreat selection of products. Open on Sundays too...

They have some of everything their. This is one of my favorite places to go.

There is so much to look at and so much to choose. Right now they are running a killer sale. Workers are friendly. Cute clothes.

This is the only beauty supply store I shop. I love the prices and the wings and they do lashes too. Ive been coming here for about 7 years now and I have grown to love it. I wont shop anywhere else and the owner even does price matching even with items you find online that is cheaper than his prices.

I dont usually pick this location, and they dont have lots of choices, but the jewelry is amazing and hasnt furnished yet so Im pretty happy.

The store is packed with products but no help. The prices are also not competitive with other stores as they are higher. I would love for them to have better customer service as well.

Parker beauty had a large selection of hair products but you have to know what product you need. Do your homework before buying products.

They did not put my brought items in the bag. I returned to the store with the receipt and they told me that I would have to repurchase the $3.00 set of rollers left at the store. I normally purchase at least $75 to $100 per month with them and they can not replace $3.00? It is my opinion that they do not respect our money. I am now going to Hollywood beauty on New Hall Ferry and I am finding their prices to be cheaper .

Loved it. Stylish clothes, variety of hair products, and lots of nice jewelry.

Placed in a convenient location to attract customers yet employees dont want the race they attract in their store. Male employee ran out yelling at a female customer called her an S.O.B she did not steal but also made no purchases. I wish I had done the same. They are highly disrespectful at this beauty supply. Please try to find other local more friendly supply stores. Our money is helping them thrive while they dislike the people that shop there. 1 Star because 0 isnt an option. New black owned supply store opened on Parker Rd less than 2 mins away. Maybe give them a try.

The staff is always helpful. They have cute fashions and good sales. I love this beauty supply.

It is so unfortunate when businesses won’t update their websites if the closing or opening times change. Drove across town (because I favored this one) after viewing they don’t close until 6:30pm on Sundays and as soon as I pull up at 5:50pm the open sign is off, and the worker is locking the door. I advised them the website states they close at 6:30 and he replied it hasn’t been updated. IT TAKES 60 SECONDS TO UPDATE THE BUSINESS HOURS AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE BUSINESSES WHO FEEL THIS IS NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO DO. I will not be returning to this beauty supply.

The store had just what I was looking for.

Overall have all the products that I have needed. Staff knowledgeable and able to quickly locate items. Store can be cluttered at times hence the 4 star but again may be cluttered due to carrying so many products.

They are some of the rudest people that just followed me around the store.The worker there was very nasty and insinuated black people will still come to their store whether I stop coming or not, that is what the Young Asian man said. Then he spoke in his native language to the lady at the register. When will we as African Americans learn not to depend on these beauty Supply places that has no respect for our culture. Im going natural from now on

I learned of a number of reports of people being treated horribly by the staff and owners of Parker Beauty. There is NO excuse for that! Shame on you!

I went in this location to buy hair products for my daughter and they had an issue with her eating the last of her ice cream it was not dripping or wasting on their floor. They also thought my daughter was stealing when she was looking for a purse in their box of purses. These people can be very rude in my opinion.

I only come here if they are literally the last option the ladies that work here get on my nerves they are so rude. I had to spend atleast $5 to use my card okay no problem but I forgot to grab a pair of latex gloves and she would not let me swipe my card again when I had already just used my card and spent $10 inside the store she wanted me to spend another $5 just to be able to purchase a pair of latex gloves that she could have just gave for free even if she would have just gave me one for free. Normally when u purchase hair dye at any other beauty supply they automatically throw the gloves in for free they have lost my business moving forward she was so rude

I had a few questions and needed a color match. I was helped and it was a difficult color. I did feel pressed to buy other things so thats why they lost a star.

I thought that it was quite a lovely place, it had everything and more as far as hosiery, hair, hair care,beautiful costume jewelry etc., and the owner was cheerful and very helpful. As they say First Impressions are lasting, with that being said I give it an A.

I didnt know they closed at 8:50 on a Saturday. They were still inside turning lights out as I walked up. I knew what I needed. I knocked on the door they looked at me and ignored me. Evsm as they came out to lock the doors. I was going to tell the owner but...they probably wouldnt care too much either. So ill put it here. Attitudes have improved a little overall outside this incident. Maybe its the culture.
