The girl who helped me. Rachel is her name. She is amazing. She is always very sweet, kind, and helpful. I see her in there every day working super hard to keep the store in order. She always makes sure the counter looks nice and neat. She is always there with a smile and a kind word. She is the best employee that you guys have. Treasure her. Give her a bonus or a promotion or a gift or something. =)
Always have an option for me, great staff!!
Customer service is Is terrible waiting in line and line has 5 people in it and a employee is not trying to help the other employee
Ignorant foreigners that dont understand English. Count your change or they will screw you.
Owner is nice person and customer service Imran is a nice person too
Horrible. I have not been going as much to this location as at least half the time you are approached by people begging for money. However, I recently saw they had $1 hot drinks, any size and got onto their reward program, got the little card, signed up, etc and went in to get a coffee. Went in, got my card scanned and....nope. Rung up regular price and the owner/employee gave an attitude and would not honor the price...in return, lost a longtime customer over roughly .80. Would never recommend.
They always seem way to crowded and theyre never short on the drama that Ive seen at this place . Not very much space to even have a gas station all packed into that little corner and for some reason they stop cashing/selling scratch offs at like 9pm.
I try not to leave overly negative reviews, but being kicked out for having a small service dog with me, who was both on a leash and being carried, was the final straw. Because I am not the dogs handler and did not have his ID card (as i understand it service dogs have these to prevent people from claiming their pets as service dogs. Pets cannot be service animals), I left. Aside from rude store clerks, the ATM is often out of order, as well as multiple gas pumps (which are usually out of receipt paper). The store is dirty, and I finally gave up buying their pre-packaged ice cream cones because they were open on several occasions. The fresh hot food is always very, very old (I can only speak on the cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, and pizza). The taquitos and egg rolls were relatively fresh for gas-station fare, in all fairness. I understand gas-station food is never going to be that of resturaunt-qaulity, but this is miles away from any adjusted standard. The condiment bar often has murkey discolored juices for the onions and pickles so Id stick with the packaged condiments. It has the same owner as the 7-Eleven on Lindbergh near McDonnell Blvd, so I cant understand the huge difference between the two locations.
Employee sits on gas pump, smokes, and puts her cigarette out on the gas pump. do not go here if you dont like being blown up. when you try to complain about someone smoking and putting their cigarettes out on gas pumps the people inside just dont say or do anything about it.its all just fine until you blow up a gas station and kill 12 people. there was even infants and elderly people around
Some if the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Not all are rude but for the most part absolutely horrible!
QT is right down the road
We live right up the street and come here almost daily and they are as nice as they can be to us.
