Better fill up on gas before getting in their drive through. Youll be waiting there forever. Probably because they never have your prescription prepared even when you get a message to pick it up.

I use to get my RX refilled here all the time. Now I have to wait to get verification from my DR each time I try to get a refill. I can drive 15 min to St.Charles and get it refilled no issue/no verification needed. This place has gone downhill and good luck if you can get in and out in under 40 mins at this pharmacy. Also Pharmacist is not friendly.

Waited in drive through for 30 minutes to pick up prescription, only to be told that they are only doing covid testing and if I wanted my prescription I would have to go inside the store.There were no signage stating covid testing only the most unprofessional workers I ever dealt with. Please do not allow CVS New Florissant RD fill your prescriptions, take them to the one off Olive.

It’s a very course head lady there that calls herself a manager and she tell me they no longer fill My Dr prescriptions anymore.Then proceeded to ask when was the last time I got a prescription filled.Last week.Like why lie.I hate this ignorant place it’s so convenient from where my office is but they’re so ghetto in there and rude.

No staff, no one was around and had a sign up to use self checkout. Items did not ring up right and would not accept my rewards or coupons. Left Items on scanner and walked out. Horrible place to do business with and am canceling my rewards membership

Worst customer service experience I have had in my almost 70 years. The young lady who waited on me, Danea who stated she was store mgr, was rude and very nonchalant about customer service. She nor her staff greeted customers upon arrival, allowed customers to shop without mask and ignored my request to put purchased items in a bigger bag. She stated this is all we got. When asked to double the small bag she pushed another bag at me without putting it in my hands.I left the store with no acknowledgement or thank you from her as she moved to another register and ignored me. CVS staff tend to come and go but we the customer are the same. We deserve better from a person in a leadership role who represents your company and sets the tone for her staff.

During this Covid-19 session I went on a diet and decided to buy this fat loss and it has a terrible taste and I looked at the expiration date and it expired in July and it is currently August. I was sent to a urgent care. Thanks a lot CVS!!!

I called the local CVS apparently I didn’t ask specific questions when calling.? I was trying to order face masks for the family and was unable to do so on the site which indicated 50 mask per box. I called the store they indicated they had the mask in store. Upon arrival I asked for the face mask and was then told they were being sold individually $1.99 each and limit of 2 per customer. Not per box as indicated online. I NEVER LIKED CVS. THAT IS WHY I GET MY RX ELSEWHERE!!!!

I just called the store to inquire about a text message I got regarding a medication. This very unprofessional woman talked over me the whole time I was trying to tell her I was not calling about my prescription that is in process. They hire the worst Pharmacy Representatives I had ever had to deal with. Then they DO NOT fully research. Colin is the only person worth a darn. Now I dont have my refill the MDO ordered for me. Why would a doctors approval be necessary when she sent the order????

Go to the CVS at Washington and Lindbergh, this location is a disaster. I have never had a prescription filled timely or accurately at this location and the pharmacy assistants are rude. I watched them humiliate customers. And they make a big deal out of applying GoodRX numbers. I moved my prescriptions to the other Florissant location and the pharmacists there automatically apply discounts so I dont even need to ask, and everyone there is helpful and kind.

They need to have negative stars on here. Poor customer service and very poor communication in the pharmacy. My husbands medicine was called in over two days ago so you would think two days is enough time to get the prescriptions. I pull up to the drive through and the pharmacy tech informs me it will be another 30 minutes. I inform her the scripts should have already been filled. She states, “Well, their not.” And close last the window on me. I push the call button serval times. Another tech comes to the window and states the same thing, ok I can’t come back today for scripts that my husband needs today. She gives me a smirk and walks away. I proceed to push the button AGAIN. No one answers it, sitting in the drive through and they see me. I push again, it shouldn’t have to take for the pharmacist to answer to tell me he’s working on and them as fast as he can and then for the PHARMACIST to come and check k me out. A bunch of lazy young women.

Im choosing a different pharmacy moving forward. I had my doctors office call in a prescription and I gave them over an hour and a half to fill the medicine. When I got there at 450, I was told that the office just called in the prescription. Im at a loss because the doctors office closed at 330 so Im confused of how my prescription was just called in. I waited 30 minutes and of course, still no medicine. I will NEVER have my medicine filled here again. They are extremely slow and obviously will lie to you just to have you wait.

July 20 2019 at 10.00 a.m. Son needs medicine that was a 7 day supply. Only gave me 14 pills the day before. Went to get the rest, the pharmacy assistant was completely rude. Telling me I was wrong. Had to drive all the was back home to get copy of prescription. For her to still tell me I was wrong. The pharmacist came and seen I was right. While she stood over there rolling her eyes.If u dont like ur job quit. Will never fill another prescription there. It was my first time. Just wanted to see if it was better. Worst experience ever.

This one star is specifically for the pharmacy staff. The pharmacists that works there is actually very nice, for the most part. But the pharmacy techs are usually oscillating between being absolutely clueless about their job and being down right rude. When I talked to one of the pharmacists about how a tech hung up on me and was rude to me he laughed and told me he knew which one I was talking about. It’s just not worth it to get my prescriptions from here anymore. I’ll never go back.

I always get great service, but tonight and employee went really above and beyond for me. He saw how expensive is my monthly medication is, and helped me find a coupon that saved me $50. I was so touched!

Pharmacy staff are very slow on filling prescriptions! Ive NEVER had a prescription filled on time, ever! They lie to you by telling you they called your insurance company and I have been told my scripts have been ran but it was denied. Choose another pharmacy to get your meds.
