I came here on 2 separate occasions forscheduled vaccination appointments and the term scheduled is a misnomer. I had a 9:00 appointment but was told the appointment times dont mean anything. To whom??? To people who dont have plans or agendas for their days. The purpose of a scheduled appointment is to get your service at the appointed time or at least close to it. Make it make sense!
After waiting on hold for 20 minutes they wouldnt answer my call because the pharmacist went to lunch... Seriously, his stomachs well being is more important than their screw up with my Rx.
Todd, the pharmacy manager is rude, unapologetic, doesn’t even say hello before he hits the hold button several times, and needs to be trained in customer service. Sorry, Todd, but sometimes you have to deal with the public. I suggest you take a course in how to talk to people.
Caution!!! Do not use the pharmacy the pharmacist is rude and has no personality and the pharmacy technicians are rude and don’t know anything it’s the blind leading the blind up there. Just horrible! They all need to be trained on how to talk to people, because they gonna talk crazy to the wrong person one day and it’s not gonna be good. I would NEVER !!! fill a prescription there I wouldn’t be surprised if they give out the wrong medicine. Lol I was there for the COVID-19 vaccine and it was a bad experience. Walgreens needs to shut that location down.. I’m gonna stick to COSTCO from now on.
If I could give this 0 stars I would the worst walgreen ever the workers are literally so slow not because theyre busy but because THEY DONT WANT TO HELP YOU! WHAT A JOKE!
Hold for pharmacy is too long. My prescription number does not work on automated system. Doctor wants me to have pharmacy call for prescription refill.
Pack a lunch before going. Consistently the slowest service in the city.
Was on hold for an hour trying to change a prescription that was sent to this location by mistake. Someone picked up the call and hung it up. Theres a reason I dont use this location.
My doctor sent in a pescription at 1130 am and . it is now 730 pm and I am told they are still working on it. I need his medience NOW it is for an infection. Terrible service
I was trying to get pictures off of my phone to have them printed. The manager said that they ran out of the regular size print paper. The regular prints are under 50 cents. The next size, he said, where $2.49 a print. I asked if he would discount my order since they were out of the right paper - he said no. We left and went to CVS - much nicer.
This is has been the primary store and pharmacy I’ve used for 15 of my 23 years of life and I’m sad to say that with the way service has downgraded within the last year I’ll have to switch to another store. The wait times are longer, there are more frequent prescription mix-ups and the time to get a script filled has grown exponentially.Hopefully this store will one day be able to return to its high standard of quality service.
The staff is atrocious all around. I went in to get some photos and was the only one at the photo counter. A manager and two pharmacy employees saw me standing there and never once acknowledged me or tried to get the photo person. After waiting for quite some time and pressing their buzzer to get someone to photo someone was finally paged to go back to photo. After another almost 5 minutes someone finally walks up and acts lile I am a burden to them. TERRIBLE STAFF, TERRIBLE ETIQUETTE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE=A DOWNRIGHT TERRIBLE STORE. Never will go back to this sorry excuse for a Walgreens.
Everyone was very helpful and nice.
I was kind on the phone. I had all of my information in front of me, including screenshots from the app with instructions on what to do next. They kept telling me I was wrong & treating me like an annoying idiot. No. They need to put my orders in manually just like my old location did every month, supposedly because it’s a controlled substance for epilepsy. I don’t think I can rely on them as my new location despite moving over here. I might switch to CVS. Oh, and this was a day after I was told it was ready.
Rude employees. Management doesn’t address issues with employees as well.
Always have issues with the pharmacy! When asking a question about the price of the prescription over phone they wont tell me until I show up I would like to know and have an idea of how much Im going to be paying for a prescription before I show up that was the whole purpose of calling in the first place!
So angry right now!! Ordered a photo book - same day service - got confirmation email that it would be done by noon today. Just went to pick it up on way to event and found our they were having problems and couldn’t get it to print and guy who was printing it went home and no one else knows how - now I don’t have the gift I ordered!!! This is the second time my order has been delayed at this store - don’t order anything you need on a time frame from this store!!!
We use this pharmacy for 6 to 10 prescriptions each month, plus quick grocery shopping. Close, convenient and courteous. Im in this store 2 to 3 times each week. Much better than any other Walgreens in the Florissant/Hazelwood area.
Last time I ever get my prescription refilled at this place. Horrible customers service, no organization. Called to make sure my prescription was ready, arrived at the pharmacy just to be told I needed to show my insurance card. Went back home to get it, then I was told they ran out. After a few back and forth, come to realize they did have my medication. Long story short, I was in the drive through for about 20 minutes and talk to 3 different people. Who is in charge of this place!?
My husband and I visited this store around 9pm on tonight. To pick up a few things that we needed around our home. The guy at the front counter greeted us and immediately and began following us around the store. We’ve visited multiple Walgreens but have never been followed around like we were in this store. It was obvious that we were being profiled as people who were in there to steal. Disappointing.
Pharmacy works very hard to help our family with 30plus prescriptions a month. Very pleased.
I always print photos here and they always turn out great
Great staff, always willing to go the extra mile...
Service is slow even when there arent many people in the store. The customer service is so-so.
Clean good products lights and staff.
The pharmacy is horrible they tell you that the prescription is ready then you stand around for 10 without anyone helping you then they say it will take another 10 to 15 minutes to fill the order.
Excellent
Friendly staff
Just do
