Beware of hidden charges. My husband and I purchased a mattress from this store in Flower Mound. Because I have lower back issues, we asked the sales person up-front BEFORE making the purchase what the return policy was should the mattress not work out. We were told we needed to wait 30 days and if we returned it there would be a restocking fee of $250. Satisfied with that answer, we made the purchase.Unfortunately the mattress didnt work out. We called to arrange the return expecting to pay the restocking fee. We then learned that in addition to the stocking fee, because we purchased the mattress on sale we would also have to pay back the discount. The cost of returning the mattress ended up being more than 2.5X the quoted restocking fee.Yes, in hindsight we should have asked to review the contract and full terms before making the purchase. We didnt expect a truncated answer to our very specific question/concern. Lesson learned. Before purchasing, ask to see full details just in case the mattress doesnt work out.

Lobos was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were planning to shop at multiple places for comparison, but we ended up purchasing right away. I really appreciated how well my husband’s and my different sleep needs were factored into the mattresses we tried. Better, I felt, than I had experienced at other stores in the past. The pricing seemed really good. I highly recommend this store and specifically his excellent customer service!

Amazing experience from start to finish. We were greeted by Lobos at the door, immediately were accessed to see what mattressses were best for the both of us, tested any and every mattress that we wanted, etc. Once we were all set to talk numbers, everything went more then smooth and we were out the door with smiles on our faces!

So it appears that all mattress places basically have the same prices. After checking about three different stores, I found hardly any differences. This was the last store, so I just went with them. However, getting the mattress and box springs turned out to be a pain. The store didnt have any but he said I could pick them up there in two days (I didnt want to pay extra for shipping). At the end of the transaction he said, oh it looks like these are not able to be shipped to the store, so I had to make a 30 minute drive to their warehouse in Carrollton and wait for 15 minutes for them to pull the mattress. Not the greatest customer experience.

Fantastic customer service and very helpful! Tessa, who was working at the time, was very patient, gave me answers to questions I didn’t know to ask, and she went the extra mile of searching my bed frame online to make sure that the mattress I chose would fit (something I didn’t think to do). Extremely pleasant to deal with. Worked hard to reduce the price to the point where nobody else could come close. The sale which gave us an adjustable base was killer. They then went out of their way to not only find the mattress in stock at another store but change the delivery date to line up perfectly with the bed frame. I cannot recommend these guys enough. The gentlemen who helped us buy our California King mattress set was very helpful & knowledgeable in the different types of mattresses. The mattress set we bought was a top of the line pillow top set. It was about average priced. I thought the sale that took us there was misleading as I didnt see where we saved any money, but this a family owned business & they donate matresses to charity so I was okay with that.

I purchased my beauty rest black hybrid mattress on an adjustable base from Amy at Sleep Experts. She helped me find the perfect mattress for my lower back pain. The adjustable base is amazing! I visited this store yesterday to purchase a new queen mattress and box springs. Mark Bridges was most helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out within an hour and my delivery is scheduled for Sunday and they will take away my old mattress and box to refurbish and donate to charity.

Until we realized this place is grossly overpriced, and HIGH PRESSURE SALES.However after trying a second mattress that they delivered for $80 dollars weve given up on the bed. You get someone else rejected mattress delivered to you as your replacement for the new one you just purchased. The spent most of time trying to sell us on back sleeping which doesnt work for us. They barely would let us trade out first time tried to convince to wait. They didnt have I king option in the store for us to even look at. We decided to chance a queen since king wasnt available to see and is over $6000 with the base and all like we wanted. We now have a $3500 guest bed no one ever sleeps in and have moved back to our over 10 year old 600$ mattress. They are a extremely high priced marked up store for mattress. They didnt have the sleep experts expert watch thing there to measure our pressure points etc??? We screwed up dont make the same mistake as we did.

Recently purchased a queen sized bed for my teenage daughter at this store. This is the 2nd time we have purchased a bed from Sleep Experts and the experience has been great both times. We walked in and were greeted promptly. I told the sales rep. what we were looking for and our budget. He showed us several in our price range. He answered all our questions. My daughter tried 3 different mattresses and decided on one. We wrote the order and paid for it. The whole transaction took no more than 15 minutes.The next day, the bed was delivered by two extremely professional men who took great care getting it up a very difficult stairway. The new bed was set up in a matter of minutes.I highly recommend Sleep Experts. The prices are fair and the service is outstanding.
