This is one of my favorite department stores!! I am very frugal (or cheap as my daughter puts it) and I have issues with paying full price for pretty much anything. But I never fail to score some amazing clearance deals at any location I go to. And today was outstanding. This was my first time at this particular location and I hit the jackpot. I got an over the door mirror for less than $4, full size, soft, fluffy towels for less that the price of a washcloth at w@!mart!!, And matching hand towels for even cheaper. Not to mention the wall decor and bedding stuff. Everything I bought today was more than 50% off. And even with such a great sale, the store was immaculate. Not cluttered at all, smelled wonderful (like all BB&B stores) and the employees were helpful and friendly. So if you havent checked out this location or if you are looking for great quality items for amazing prices I would suggest going asap. Please check the date of this review before going though. A month from now I dont want somebody commenting that they went up there and there wasnt anything on sale! Thanks for reading. Have a great day!!

Cashiers should be more attentive to customers. There were 3 cashiers speaking to each other, had to ask for a bag because she went right back talking to the others after taking my money. Not even a thank you.

They had exactly what I wanted . . .couldnt find it but a store associate took me right too my items wanted. A great store in flower mound!!

Dont know why I stopped going to BB&B but last weekend I wanted to update my bedding and Walmart and Target just didnt have anything to get excited about. The BB&B in Highland Village had so many choices it was hard to pick just a few things.Due to a clearance sale I got it all and it was a lot for a little $. I. Love. BB&B

Lotsa help in store, actually acted interested in helping. minimum waiting to check out. Manager was in evidence- out on floor, making sure thing were happening. Best experience Ive had in forever, an i absolutely hate shopping. Ill be back...

Customer service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Can order on line & usually within 2 hours the order will be ready to pick up. Someone will bring it to the car. If item is defective it can be returned to the store. Staff is helpful & friendly.

I checked online to make sure a specific product was there. I forgot to see which isle it was on. I asked an employee where it was and she said, we prolly dont have it. They meant you can get it online and she continued to argue with me that they didnt have it. Well I FOUND IT, IN THE LAUNDRY SECTION, SHE WAS IGNORANT AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL, USELESS ACTUALLY. I didnt see her name tag or Id put her on blast, but she looked young, pretty, dark hair and complexion. Completely oblivious to contents of store.

Love BB&B! Like to walk all around and see whats new. On the expensive side but use the 20% of coupon and not so bad on the budget.

This place has a great selection. It couldnt help but spend a couple hundred bucks here! I wish they had more selection of shower curtains when I needed it, that would have made it more convenient, and the hours (possibly Covid related) dont allow me to go after work, but aside from that Im still giving them five stars.

I called to ask about curtains and Kat answered my call by the first ring. I was quickly transferred to Maddie who did everything in her power to find a 6th curtain. She put the 5 she found on hold for me. When we arrived she said she had asked her manager where another curtain may be and she had found it! We were astounded. She had gone out of her way to provide excellent customer service and this store is now our go to.

My wife visited 11/18/2020, 7 minutes before closing to do a last minute return. The doors were locked. While she stood outside the store confused why the doors were locked when it was still operational hours, several employees stared at her. One employee even smiled and waved. Very unprofessional.

Excellent store with excellent merchandise. You can find almost everything here. Please dont go there for window shopping...youll come out with tons of stuff which you never knew you wanted. I always end up having a lot more than I ever needed. Love this store! Staff is good too.

I need to shop here more often. Unbelievably helpful staff. Clean, well lit store great finds and fantastic products. If I cant find a kitchen product at other stores, I know Ill find it here so I always ask myself why I didnt start here. Top brands and no junk. Logically organized stores and did I mention the fabulous staff?

Came in BB&B as a last resort looking for an out-of-season obscure item. Abby at this location was excellent. Professional, helpful, and quick to offer to check the back. She found my item in the back and saved me a lot of time and energy. Kudos to Abby and BB&B!

I was browsing for a few items at the Flower Mound, BB&B store. The floor employee was very helpful and zeroed in on the area for me. She returned and said that the customer service desk would get on line and search for me, if I did not see exactly what I needed.So when did this ever happen to me at the larger stores. Cant remember. This was actually customer service folks! Very much appreciated.

This flower mound BBB is very well laid out, clean and has a lot to look at! Be prepared to spend a lot of time here! My bargin finds on my 2hr excursion a Scorpius constellation mug( even though it says scorpio, Im that too🤗) and stemless wine glass who couldnt use more of those, nubbie clearance rug to go with my soon to be remodeled bathroom and a shower curtain I got from there on a previous occassion✌️😘

Had everything we needed. Plenty of workers willing to help us locate items. Super nice lady at the checkout helped us find a coupon online when I left mine at home.

Went in to buy an umbrella ☔ and found it. As I was sorting thru them an employee asked if I found everything I needed or did I need assistance. Very courteous and polite. You always get a greeting when you walk into this clean store. Keep up the good work. I appreciate you have a store location close to our home. I also shop the Lewisville store when I am on that side of town, however I live North of FM 407 so this store is conveniently near by.

Who doesnt like this place??? Love going here, it always smells so nice. I can literally spend hours here just browsing for all the things I want in my house but may not necessarily need. A definite go to place to find knick knacks that you may not be able to find at target or Walmart.

MANAGEMENT YOU TO NEED TO GET RID OF THE AWFUL CHEMICAL PERFUME SMELL IN THIS STORE!!! You have to wear a gas mask to go in there! I actually like this store despite how super expensive it is. If you decide to brave the fumes be prepare to come out with a migraine. If you have asthma, have 911 on speed dial.

Purchased a $400 zwilling ja henckels knife set from bed bath and beyond in flower mound Texas. When i opened the package after I was home, I found that it had only one of the 6 knives that was suppose to come with the set, and 4 different brand cheapo knives. When I took it back to the store, the manager told me she did not believe me that the items were not in the box, and that she could not exchange or return them. Pretty much, I have to deal with JA henckel now, bed bath and beyond has my $400, and I have no knives. I would not recommend using this location for any major purchases.
