Every time I go to the one in Folsom There’s always a wait to check out. The manager needs to be mindful of how there is always a long line and only 2 cashiers working. It would make the experience so much better.

First visit but I was encouraged by the service we recieved and will definitely be continuing to use their services!

Its not the store it used to be. Inventory was low. Name should be some bedding and beyond. Low on staff. Two people waiting in line left without buying their items because of the line. The young gentleman who helped us check out was very kind.

I literally just picked my clothes rack up from curbside pick up so excited to get home to build it and it’s been used. The rubber bottoms on the legs completely used, and to top it all off there is food splashed on some pieces. I did not buy this as a clearance item, it was full price. This is unacceptable, so disappointed. No wonder I only shop here once every 7 years.

Did not have good assortment of dinnerware. Went in twice nothing or only had one set. Terrible service. Actually the worst one Ive ever been in.

Comfort set plus used discount and was even lower thats how I to shop.

How to return a toaster that my mother bought.. Everybody was considerate and helpful...

Bed Bath & Beyond is always fully stocked, which is nice, but it is if anything over stocked. It is very crammed in the store, making it difficult and admittedly uncomfortable to find what you need. I did purchase some high quality luggage from here, however. The customer service and overall atmosphere is quite bland. Not my favorite store in Folsom, but certainly not the worst.

Such a Fun store to walk through. They have lots of interesting things, and you never know why you’ll find.

Did not get charged correctly

Great customer service! I had an issue with a down comforter I bought over a year ago and the manager let me bring it in and do an exchange for a new one! Most stores probably would have said its been too long and to take it up with the manufacturer, this store made it so easy and I am a happy customer!

Good staff and good selection at this location. I do find the store is often in disarray, but I also see staff trying to keep it merchandised properly. Lots of free parking. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.

I found that our house good night afford anything from this place. There are some sales. But dont expect to walk out of there for less than $200.

Friendly, helpful staff. So many kitchen gadgets. Check out the Garlic-a-Peel: It peels, minces, slices or purees garlic or ginger with ease. Super smart design thats easy to clean. Tons of bedding & kitchen items. Now they have sundries too: Allergy meds, cleaning fluids, deodorant, etc.

Lots of cooking utensils and other home needs like pillows and draperies or blinds. Other things are stocked such as medicines, toiletries, batteries and electronics.Much of the items are over priced but if you pay $30 or so to join the club you can get 20% off all purchases.Given that this store may have an item you havent been able to find elsewhere it might be worth the trip.

The associates in the store are so friendly & helpful to find what you are looking for. If the product isnt in the store they will find it in their on line site & have it shipped to your home. I found everything I was looking for BUT the checkout line was down & around the back corner ! Only 2 checkers on a Sunday afternoon... whats with that ?

Horrible customer service! I do not recommend it. I went earlier today to purchase a toaster oven and they young man said they had no more and sold me the floor model without the box. I then went home and called in and they said they had one boxed and in stock. I asked them to place it on hold. I then went back in this evening to do the exchange for the oven and return another item. They had three cashiers, one of whom was the manager and a pretty long line. No one seemed to care that the line kept growing and people were getting impatient. Finally my turn came and it was the manager (caucasian young woman,short, on the heavier side, reddish brown hair with a nose piercing) she said she couldn’t do my return because she was the only manager. I had to wait to for the other cashier to finish and she started processing my return. The cashier then needed a key turn from the manager. The manager told her to wait because she was finishing up with a customer. The manager then told the cashier to process my exchange for the toaster oven as well. The cashier took the keys from the manager to go to the storage room and the manager was yelling at the cashier in a very rude tone to not leave the keys inside and to keep them in her hand,etc. the cashier returned with the new boxed toaster oven and when she went to do the exchange she could not because the manager still had done the key for my previous return. At this point the manager had already rung up two other customers. The cashier then asked her again and she ignored the cashier and started on a third customer. Finally i asked her to process the return because I needed to go someplace else as well. The manager didnt answer and finished the return and called up a fourth customer. At which point she looked over to us and said “oh i forgot about you guys” and finally did the key so the return could be processed.After this the cashier processed my return and the exchange. The cashier was very nice and apologized for taking so long. None of this was her fault. The manager does the not have any customer service manners. That was my second trip in due to the employee error and selling me a floor model and then I had to deal with the managers horrible attitude. As we were leaving I heard yelling at the third cashier as well. Very dissatisfied with this service. Bed bath and beyond really needs to put more time into training their employees and instilling customer service values.

Went in a few days ago for holiday decor, and was sad to see only a tiny cubicle sized area with anything relative to the coming holidays. It was also hard to find the most basic needs, and not an employee in plain sight to ask for assistance. Ill be buying my items online from now.

Customer Service is good. A little slow at check out when they get busy. This store has a decent inventory. The Roseville.store has a bit more to offer.

Friendly and helpful staff. This store has everything you can think of for inside the house, short of major appliances. Great selection of pillows, curtains, towels, etc. And look in the paper for the 20% off one item! I purchased a Yankee Candle, Christmas sent for the holiday.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a great store with lots of great stuff...I love going there but you have to be careful or you could end up spending an entire patches!

This BBY is very well managed and maintained. Always has tons of selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and plenty of inventory.

We bought a curtain and the staff was very friendly and helpful which made our visit very quick. She helped us pick all the accessories. The cashier was very nice and I was able to use the online coupon.

Great selection but the lines are always time consuming. The main reason being it has become a norm of over use of couponing so it takes much longer per transaction. In fact my wife wont even go unless she has a coupon in her car. The lady in front of me must have had 8 coupons she was stacking. Then the lady behind me was glumbling the whole time about the excessive wait. Personally I didnt have a coupon and am Okay with it but would prefer to have 10 more minutes of my life back from standing in line than a deal. Maybe Target next time for me...

I injoy going to Shopping at the Folsom store . Today was the first time that I bought an item Which was a lint remover that run on batteries when I took it out of the package someone had return it was full of lint. I am handicap so I will not be able to return. I just thought I keep it other than that Ive had nothing but great experience there.

Best ever! I would never let anything so sinful pass my lips if it wasnt absolutely fabulous. Worth every calorie!!!

My mom just had spine surgery and she was released from the hospital with me getting about 4 hours notice. I thought I had another day, at least, to get her room and house ready for her. Armed with a list of must haves I flew to Folsom and this location. I was reached by Sarah - simply cant say enough great things about her! She saw my list (and my utter bewilderment, Im sure) and walked me all over to find the essentials for bringing a patient home. Sarah is a wonderful contributor to this location and should definitely get some recognition for being so great at customer serviceervice rather than just mouthing the banalities. Thanks again, lady, you saved the day for me!!

Our wedding registry is super glitchy. It will randomly add items and is annoying to operate. The store is nice enough.

Always under staffed. Today I waited over 20 minutes to be helped. And that is after having the front desk page someone twice. Then it took another 20 minutes and 2 sales people to find the items, as what I was needing was in the bridal registry section and only on display. Annoyingly, there were only 4-5 other customers in the store. Absolutely poor management!

Returned item previously purchased and didnt have receipt. Customer service have me an in-store credit. Transaction was quick with no problems.

I come to Bed Bath and Beyond about once a year to grab something unique they may carry that Im not sure where else to find. I am not a fan of the layout of this store. I think its just they way BB&B organizes their merchandise. There are little cul de sacs of merchandise stacked to the ceiling all around the store. It just feels cluttered even though everything is organized. Maybe its just overwhelming because of how much stuff they have or maybe it just feels cramped... Im not sure.Ive bought a vacuum here and its the best vacuum Ive ever owned. The price was in-line with everywhere else, so they dont seem to price-gouge.

I have noticed a slide in the Folsom store appearance over the last couple of times Ive been there, but yesterday was the worst. I went July 6 at about 3:30, and I was surprised by how bad it was. It didnt feel like a normal BB&B at all. The bathroom was filthy, the store was messy and missing stock in sections, and the service line was long. The checkers were polite but stressed. They were clearly understaffed, but it was only a summer weekday.

Store is often packed with lots of merch in a small space, normally this would be a big turn off for me but I have always had good customer service here.
