Hello we went to best buy Audio Dept last week asking about backup camera and stereo to put in my husband Suburban truck so we talk to Edward very Smart guy he knew his stuff very freindly,Great Customer Service and of Course Stephan very Nice and he knew his stuff we was referral by a guy that work at best buy in Natomas he said go see Stephan and he did Awesome job I highly recommend both of them Edward and Stephan if you need a steroid or backup camera or sounds, speakers they do it all thank You both youll Rock we very happy two great guys they deserve a Raise keep them around thanks guys we Appreciate you two we will be back prices are reasonable

It was ok. They had what I wanted. And they honored the price match guarantee. Service was adequate. I asked a question about the item I was purchasing and they just looked at the box for answers. Which I had obviously already done. I will come back. Mostly because they are the only ones that sell certain items. And the price match is pretty awesome.

We went in looking for a GE Cafe Coffee Maker, on Sale $299.00. Associate ignored us, standing 1 foot away, wouldnt even make eye contact. We searched for a GE Cafe display, there was none. Big zero in that department.We then started looking for a BOSE item, we were not finding what we were looking for when an associate approached from that department asked if we were finding what we were looking for. I responded with a no and no.He was very helpful, walked us to another area up front to show us a system on display (couldnt help noticing three other associates standing together chit chatting, leaning on another display, thats now 4 associates not working, 1 very helpful one).The BOSE item we were looking for (DVD/CD/AM/FM, like the one we have at home) was not available.I left realizing why the internet showed this location a 2.5 star rating, sad.

I went to BestBuy to get myself an Apple Mac Book Air and a guy named KYLE helped me. He was very kind and patient and didn’t try to pressure or sell me things I didn’t want. He actually works for Apple so he was very knowledgeable about everything. As someone who doesn’t write reviews, I highly suggest asking for him to help you in any department.

I filed a complaint with the BBB.Please avoid this store.I am very disappointed. When needing more than 2 types of car audio install the Best Buy site says to call the store. When calling the store the recording says that they are not taking calls and have to go to the store. I went to the store and discussed the desired installation and accessories with one of the employees, they looked at the appointment and reviewed the listed services that I scheduled online, but somehow, as experienced as they are, not one person I spoke with, and there were 3 prior to the installation, said that I would need extra time for the third service. They all agreed to my reasoning that since they were installing what was scheduled that it wouldnt be a problem to have the third done while they were doing the installation. I arrived on the day and time of the installation and the tech person became irate because the third service was not scheduled and he was the only person.Then the tech left a significant gap in the face plate for the car audio. I showed pictures. The car audio came from Crutchfield and the Best Buy tech said nothing about the gap. The tech handled things very unprofessional, from his attitude through the very poor unprofessional quality of his work.Seldom do I advise not to support a business but this time Im advising the public to avoid this Best Buy based on my experiences. Which should never have happened because I spoke with very experienced staff.

Stephan and James are absolutely phenomenal to work with! Both are very knowledgeable! I decided to install my self and it have Best Buy so it. I ran into issues and james answered many questions over the phone for me. Once I was still having issues James offered to have me bring it in to take a look the module and see if he can guide me! We got a great deal on a washer and dryer set. I was so surprised. The guy that helped us was pretty awesome too! They price matched Lowes and gave me my military discount too! Im happy so far but I havent received the dryer yet. Its on back order everywhere we checked. And no one else but Best Buy would let us order it if they didnt have it in the warehouse, so that was cool! Ill update with pictures when it comes in.

Ive never been a fan of best buy since they have a habit of judging someone by appearance rather than what interest they have going into the store its definitely tiring and annoying. This is just a feeling I have every time I go in someone elses experience might be completely different from mine and for the stores sake I certainly hope so.

Excellent service! Mr K helped me and was absolutely awesome with Geaksquad. I went in hoping he could save my computer but I was right when I thought my hard drive crashed. It did. However he was able to check my back up external files and they were ok. I’m so grateful. Anyways he explained the cost of the repair Ava brand new computer and now I just have to decide which I want to do. Thank you Mr K. Your customer service Rocks!

Went in to trade my current phone and purchase another phone. I was immediately greeted and sent to speak with a representative named hannah in mobile sells. She was super informative and helped me to get rid of my current phone for a new one with no hiccups or confusion. She was awesome and very knowledgeable in her profession. Unfortunately they did not have my phone in stock but it wasnt an issue. Hannah got me all set up to go to another store which had it in stock and pickup my phone. Transaction was smooth and the small talk was a pleasure with her. If you are in the market for a new phone stop by and ask for her, I promise you wont be disappointed 👍

Ive been here a bunch over the years and really took it for granted being able to pop in and just grab what I need. I was reluctant to do curbside ordering but needed a new computer monitor and didnt want to deal with the mess Amazon shipping has been during the pandemic. I was surprised at how quick and easy Best Buy made the process. A few months later I did the in store pickup option when I needed to buy a monitor for my wifes new computer. Once again, everything was seamless.Also, I absolutely love the Autotech shop at this location. Weve had numerous great experiences getting alarms, stereos, and speakers installed by Brannon and James. Earlier in August, the battery died in my car and after we got the new one installed I noticed the subwoofer in the car wasnt powering on anymore. James was able to confirm that something crazy was going on with the unit and set up an appointment so Autotech could determine if the unit had failed or not. James was able to fix the subwoofer so we didnt even need to swap in a new one.

Helpful, knowledgeable sales people. We needed a dryer ASAP. We checked Lowes first. They didnt have what we needed in stock. Best Buy sales associate Chris Wilson was very helpful and found us a dryer, and it will be delivered in 2 days. We got it at the same price as Lowes. Next time I will go to Best Buy as my first choice.

Sales agent for expensive phone I was fairly knowledgeable but not very helpful unless prodded. Never discussed benefits of different models. Or features of one I bought. Other sales people on the floor were much better steering me to the right accessories . Didnt even put screen shield on my phone like they have in the past.

Thought we were at a quality type business. Purchased a appliance with delivery and install that sales man confirmed all good to go before leaving store. Day of delivery they cancelled at last hour of window of delivery time and said that could only deliver on Saturday,4 days later, which was not and option for us. Asked for Friday delivery and of course they said no.had to cancell order after 3 hours on phone talking to 4 different people who could really care less. Wouldnt even give a single star but only way to post here. Terrible customer service

I went to Best Buy specifically to resolve an issue I had with my iPhone. I wouldve gone to the Apple store but because of COVID, Apple stores are indefinitely closed in California. The issue I had was one of my rear cameras was malfunctioning. My flash was also not working if I was trying to turn it on through the control center. However, my zoomed-in camera lens (the 2x lens) was working and flash would work if accessed through a third-party app. I tried everything before going to Best Buy -- I did both a soft and hard reset of my phone, I massaged the area around my camera as per the advice of some online forums, etc. Nothing worked so I scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad.For what its worth, Geek Squad is prompt and efficient. If you schedule an appointment, they check you in and get started at the time of your appointment. The person that helped me was very kind. However, thats about the extent of my positive experience with Geek Squad. I told the man that helped me VERY specifically what my problem was. He said it might just be a camera replacement problem that would cost $80. I was very hopeful! But then, instead of cracking into my phone and replacing my camera, he ran a diagnostic test that Apple provides. The diagnostic test said that both my rear cameras AND my front facing camera AND my face recognition function had failed. How is that possible? Less than half an hour prior all but one of those functions were working?Well, the man told me that I would have to send my phone in to Apple and that it would cost a whopping $550 dollars to repair it. He was very honest and told me that it would be a better option to just wait and upgrade my phone or trade it in. And I understand that this is probably all Apple/Best Buy trained him to do so I am not blaming him whatsoever. However, I was super upset because I had walked into the store with only one problematic camera, and was leaving with three. Luckily, I restarted my phone later that night and my 2x lens and front lens were back to normal. But what gives? How is it that I went in with only one problem and came out with more?Fortunately I was able to fix my camera by going to an unaffiliated phone repair shop. They were extremely helpful and said I would just need a camera replacement. Got my camera fixed in only 20 minutes and it only cost me $150.TLDR: The Geek Squad customer service is good, but the actual fixing-your-technology element (aka the most important part of the service) leaves MUCH to be desired.

Geek squad replaced my laptop battery in 20 minutes at a reasonable price.I liked having an appointment instead of wasting time in line. We still had to wait in line a few minutes (thats why 4 stars and not 5 stars). They should have a dedicated check in line or even better, be able to check in online once we arrive via app.

Employees who greet you upon entering are standoffish and awkward. They look like they’re scared every person who walks past them is going to take their lunch money. I asked for a mask and attempted to exchange pleasantries while I put it on and all I got back was “are you mad at somebody here?” It was bewildering and inexplicable. I felt very unwelcome. The lady who rang up my purchase was helpful. She was a professional and worked with me to get me on my way.

Was very disappointed with your staff, especially at the check out register. The girl was extremely slow. Even when the wait line grew, she had to be asked to call for help. While this was happening, employees were standing and chatting at the front door instead of concentrating on their specific job in the store. Seems like your retail staff has deteroiated over the past year.

I think best buy is the last best place to check out electronics.. to try them, to feel them before buying. Go in the evening to get someone to explain to you all those tv models. Samsung makes great TVs but too many models to understand without someone explaining. I got a good help today with which I am pleasantly surprised. I am also happy to see several good headphone models. I bought two.

While their selection of items and sales personnel are first rate, Best Buy Folsom customer service by phone is a non-starter. It is literally impossible to reach the store by phone and speak to someone you interacted with, and if you need to speak to a Geek Squad person, fuggetaboutit. They lead you through all the prompts and you never get a human. Ive tried for days. The only way I could get through the guy I wanted to buy my washer and dryer through was by email, which he checks only twice a day. Yes. We bought a number of high ticket items from them. But its sad that we cant get our questions answered when we are not standing in front of a Best Buy salesperson.

Its your standard Best Buy, but unfortunately many PC parts and accessories are out due to COVID. While that is an acceptable excuse, their website saying that they have items in stock in store when in fact they do not is unacceptable.Had to ask 3 people for help to find an item, because the first 2 had no idea where it was and didnt seem willing to help find it, just a go ask that guy over there by that stand. When I finally got a guy who knew what I was looking for, it wasnt on the shelf. He didnt want to check the back, but I insisted. It was not in the back, and he said it would be best for me to just order it online. I could have not gone through the whole fiasco if the website had just been correct about the stock. Unfortunate.
