The service is always helpful. They always have the knowledge of current games. And know which of those games will fit my play style. Sometimes inventory is lacking, but orders come in quick.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. I love coming here to browse and see what new goodies they have! Lots of games, gift cards and collectibles. They are also pretty good about having Pokemon cards.

Horrible service they made us wait outside and I didn’t even get what I ordered. They also only take card so when I came in there with cash thinking it was like a regular store they tell me that I cannot get what I ordered because I’m paying with cash this is something I should’ve been told before coming all the way down to the store. By the time I was able to come back with a card they had closed and said there was nothing they could do.They need to seriously work on their customer service and I’m never buying anything from this dump ever again

I came here once with my 9 year old son who has autism and he was really excited about his game, so he was getting a little loud, jumping and hand-flapping. I explained to the clerk that he was really excited. He looked at my son and said, “I get it, buddy. I have have autism, too”. It was really sweet and warmed my heart to know GameStop hires people regardless of disabilities. Not to mention, the clerk was very friendly and helpful prior to that encounter, and every experience since then, has been great regardless of who was helping me.

Knowledgeable workers. However the used games that are new may be a bot overpriced. For example COD Black Ops 4 and Red Dead 2 should not cost $40 is they are used.

Always seem to have to wait for service. Usually one person on the phone while another is checking people out. Staff is friendly, but by not having enough people working the staff being so helpful and talkative often makes the wait longer. Id like them to keep the same level of helpfulness, but more workers.

I have been going to this GameStop location for 16 Years and it has been my preferred choice for where to buy my video games since that copy of Legend of Zelda Majoras Mask. I will continue to use this store through the Nintendo Switch and the PS5 and beyond. The manager, Jeremiah, and his team have always been great, I have never had a bad experience at this location.

The people are great and I find more interesting things here than I do at other game stores.

Very rude staff that don’t play games,they say I can refund something on the phone but then don’t let me. They don’t hire actuall good staff, some are nice ones that play games others that don’t know what a Xbox looks like are dumb and don’t know what they are talking about and make it a very bad place.

My 12 year old received a Sony VR headset for Christmas. She had invited a friend to play with her. After making sure the area in front of the TV entertainment center was cleared, and a demonstration how the VR headset is used. It was time for her friend to use the VR head set. Both me and my daughter coached the young girl. Not even five minutes into the game, the friend was leaning forward. Then fall head first into the TV entertainment center and hit her head hard. The friend had slammed her chin onto the second shelf of the entertainment center and busted her chin open. It all took a few seconds to happen. Spent the afternoon in the Emergency with the friend recieving 10 stitches. Parents do not buy VR headsets for your children. Extremely dangerous.Game Stop rocks....my daughter did not want the VR heads set and had no interest playing it. I call GameStop and explained what happened. The VR head set was broken from the fall, and a going girl was injured. both my daughter and I don’t want this game in our home. The manager demonstrated empathy and said they will return it for full refund. I was expecting a restocking fee I was expecting a lot of things but not this. ...... GameStop in Folsom on EAst Bidwell are my Rockstars.....

The staff are good for conversations but the casheers are slow and their buy backs are an absolute insult. They but a game for $1.25 from you then sell it for $15. Dont fall victim to that.
