The girl cashier was SO EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! I cannot believe that this company has people like her representing their business!!!!

We were able to fill up with gas, hence the 1 star. Tall skinny cashier was rude and argumentative. You really should do a better job screening your employees if they are working with the public.

Seriously, why are the workers here so happy and friendly? Im from out of town but when Im visiting my brother in Folsom I stop here for gas and a soda. The workers are always very nice and the place is kept clean. Great prices on gas and its quick to go in and out. Great job, everyone. Ill be stopping here again!!!!

My go to gas station, as its a convenient location for me and some of the cheapest gas in town, with rarely ever a line. If you shop at Ralphs you can save up to an additional $0.50 a gallon depending on the amount of groceries purchased. Its also a great spot to fill up a boat on your way to Folsom Lake.

I just discovered the gas pumps are out of service today on 7/30. There were no signs posted on why or for how long. My gas light had been on all day and aisle 1 is on my way back home so I saved the stop for last. As I pulled up all pumps were blocked off except 3 that were still accessible nearest the store instead of just filling up I went to go ask the attendant if I am allowed to still fill up and why they were taped off after walking up the doors were locked and the attendants were avoiding my waves and eye contact. Eventually one walked up (I assume the manager as she was in a different color shirt) and started yelling at me to “go away” because “ were closed, look at the sign”. I asked respectfully and kindly if I could still get gas because I didn’t need into the store and was yelled at again by the attendant. Very disappointed in the decrease in organization, quality, and hospitality in the company that Raley’s has chosen to partner with.

This is the second time I was cheated out of money. I realize its only $3 but its the second time. I wont go back again.

Seriously RUDE cashier just now. Pretty sure the guy hates his job, or he wouldn’t be such a jerk. Won’t be back again. Paying customer treated as if I were inconveniencing him. Gave me an eyeroll when I asked if I could have my 8 items in a bag( because clearly I can’t hold onto them at once walking to vehicle) I’ll definitely tell any friend or family member not to shop there for anything they forgot at grocery store (like I did)

Gave 1 star because I actually was able to fuel up my car, but the cashier was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever met. First, she was upset because I wanted to pay with a $100 bill because she had “just counted out her drawer.” I explained that my SUV with a 26 gallon tank was on E and that there would t be much change left over. She rolled her eyes, took my money and told me “You’d better be right!” I was. The total was a little over $90. But when I went back in to get change she complained that I didn’t stop the pump right on $90 and that by going over she was going to have to recount her drawer. Mind you, this was at 10:30 at night, and they don’t close until 11. Nit my fault she counted her drawer early. I’ll never come here again.

Been coming here for years, but will no longer be coming. Totally unprofessional. Travis is a grade A d-bag and clearly lacks any common sense, courtesy, and should not be dealing with customers.

Come here at least 3 times a week for gas.. cashiers are always rude especially the skinny guy. The skinny tall guy screamed at me today for asking him to turn air on to fill my tires after pumping gas. If there is a number for corporate please let me know so I can formally complain.

Discounted gas with purchases at Raley’s. Convenience store with snacks, soda, water, beer, ice, etc.

I dont know what has happened to this place! Everytime I go in there recently Im treated so rudely. It was never like this before? Ive been going there for at least 10 years and Im seriously only going if I have to!
