Truly the worse pharmacy in town. If you call there they put you on hold and then turn around and hang up on you after 15 to 20 minutes. I had to reach the pharmacist for a very important prescription and they hung up on me 4 times after a long a wait each time. Dont even think to call the store manager hell tell you right upfront thats its the pharmacy and he has nothing to do with it.We have been trying for 4 days and nothing..Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!
Pharmacist was extremely rude. I had a prescription sent over and she refused to give it to me. Poor service all around. Will not be using them again.
Inefficient staff. Couldnt do a flu vaccine in one hour. Dont waste your time here.

This is the first time here. Staff was very nice. I gave it 1 star because I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes and it wasn’t ready for over 1 1/2 hours. I’ve never had an experience like that before. I have never waited more than 20 minutes at any pharmacy I’ve gone to.
Recently moved into the state and this Walgreens pharmacys customer service is literally the worst ever. The pharmacist was rude and condescendingand she overshadowed all the good about the techs that seem to work overtime to make up for her.
Wanted to move my prescriptions from Express scripts to this location.This for the eye drops. This pharmacy calculated that 10ml eye drop bottle would last me for 100 days. But Express scripts calculated correctly that it will last me only for 60 days. I tried to tell this to the pharmacist and they wont understand. I even told them my insurance covers it but they were not ready to listen. Very bad customer service
Atrociously bad prescription services. went to the pharmacy three times. they even signed off on the order, then when i arrived told me its not in stock, after telling me to wait there for an hour! Dont tell your doctors to send prescriptions to this place, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES!! crazy this place is still in business...
Nice store staff very polite. Havnt had any negative issues with staff. Heard a few customers whining about items sold out, but thats it.
If I could give them 0 stars. Went here yesterday to send money using Western Union and the guy at the counter was so rude, I told him I was sending money to my sister and brother on east coast and would like to make two transactions which I do on a monthly basis from this same place for last 3 months without issues and he said he wont do it, I asked for manager and he declined to call the manager and then said I have to leave or he will call cops, could not believe what just happened yesterday. The guy had colored his hair red just if the management wants to identify the guy to take some measures and improve customer service.
I was refused service to pick up my medications because I was in the drive thru area on my bicycle. For the past two years I have been picking up my meds via the bike due to the proximity of my home in Folsom.....ACCROSS the street. How stupid is that. The front entrance would not allow my bike in the store.
I had very good experience with them! Sarah, the manager of this store, she is knowledgeable with the walgreens app and with the digital coupons. She adviced how to use it and explained how its works. Definitely will shop there in a future. Cause it saves money with their grate weekly deals and coupons in their app.
If I can give negative stars, it would be negative 5. Every single time we have been to this place, it’s been a horrible experience. Our experiences include combination of the following: 1) prescription not ready after 24 hours 2) multiple trips to get meds from one prescription, the reason - the staff did not go through the entire list of meds on the prescription 3) extremely unprofessional staff. We wonder if we are getting the right medication. We now have changed the pharmacy to CVS even if it means we pay a bit more.
The store is ALWAYS clean and the employees are always nice.I dont KNOW where those other reviews were from employees that were unhappy..BUT MY EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN POSITIVE. SO.. WITH THAT BEING SAID THANK YOU WALGREENS FOR YOUR SERVICE IN OUR AREA!
Congratulations to the Walgreen’s pharmacist in Folsom, CA, on Bidwell Street who, not knowing anything about my recent bilateral sacroiliac joint fusion surgery, told my husband that I am an “addict and abusing pain medication”, you have lost my business. CVS, without insensitive judgement or a “treatment plan”, is filling my spine surgeon’s prescription for post-op pain medication and will receive my future business.
Pharmacist manager Bhavani refused to help out my mom when they completely screwed up her medication by deleting it. The manager has the authority to reverse the error but refuses to correct it, not caring about how much my mom will suffer from lack of her pain meds. It’s a power trip Pharmacist.

Never have an issue finding anything, but it looks like they only have two employees. Always see the same faces no matter what time I come in.
Dont like the pharmacist there. They are rude and not concerned with their clients.
