Linda in the drive thru pharmacy was so sweet and helpful while explaining how to do the covid test. Thank you Ms Linda for being so kind!
Made an appointment for COVID booster and flu shots for my parents. Both appointments were confirmed online and through text. They were turned away the day of the appointment and we’re rudely told to go to another cvs location.
I went to the store on Saturday May 1st to get a COVID shot. There was a small booth setup to administer these shots, but no customers could be seen. I asked if I could get a shot but was told I need an appointment. I went to the pharmacy to see if I can make an appointment and the lady behind the pharmacy counter called the Pharmacist. the Pharmacist told me they are 100% booked and they have no spare vaccines. I could come later and if someone missed they appointment I might be able to get it. She also said due to a lack of vaccines this would be their last day giving the vaccine. I decided to go online using my phone and check for appointments. While online I saw that almost every single appointment time slot was available. I was easily able to book the next time slot. I showed them my phone and was given the vaccine. I was asked to hang out around the store for a little while to make sure I have no adverse reaction. I did, and one thing I noticed was a lack of people getting the vaccine. I dont understand with all the hype on the news about this virus why she lied to me about not having the vaccine, when they had plenty. I have heard it is because they dont want to open a whole case if they dont think they will use it as they will have to throw it away. Im not sure if that is the reason or if the pharmacy lady didnt have access to see the appointment slots, whatever it was, she should have been honest about it and not look me in the eye and lie.
“Miss Maya” seems to really dislike her job. She was very rude. The manager (?) (guy with dark long hair in a collared shirt) was very friendly!
One of worst customer service I ever received. The drive through window staff on duty today has no clue about the value of people’s time . 45 minutes to 1 hour waiting in line and she turns us away claiming we are 20 minutes before our appointment time! Now still waiting in line and it’s past 30 minute of our scheduled time . Nonsense…
Drive through covid testing is a disaster. Waited in line for 30mins with only one car in front of me!
Pharmacy was proactive in engaging me as I walked up, even though they were working with another customer. Minimal information asked, and promptly took care of prescription. Very friendly, without wasting time chatting.Awesome proffesional experience.
Dirty, poorly stocked shelves.Self checkout doesnt work and no one working at the checkout. So I left the things I was trying to buy on the counter and walked out.I wasnt a business major but I think in order to make a profit you actually have to sell things and take money from people.
I’ve been in car line with only one car in front of me and I have been waiting 17 minutes. Now finally my turn. Ugh worst customer service always
Rude and do not know what they are doing! I was told that I couldnt fill a prescription, unless I had a medical card. I left and went to Sams club, and they had it filled in 15 minutes (without a medical card!!!!). I will NEVER return to CVS pharmacy! My complaint is with the pharmacy. The actual store is clean, well stocked, and I have never had any bad experiences with the store staff. They have always been friendly and helpful.
This cvs pharmacy is the worst. They simply do not bother to pick up the phone and this has happened to us 99% of the time.Totally inefficient pharmacy staff who are super confused doing what they are doing. Go to the pharmacy and see these confused zombies at work and then you will realize.
This pharmacy has always been awful but convenient with drive through. Now that they have all the Raleys and Bel Air customers...it’s a disaster! Rude and not enough staff to keep up with the demand!
The WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. They have now lost 3 medications. Doctors office will fax over authorizations and it disappears from their systems. I was told yesterday (after waiting in line for 26 minutes-used my stop watch) that a medication was ordered but it may or may not come in. WTheck?! Now what? “Well, you can wait and see or try another pharmacy.” That is the perfect way to describe this pharmacy...you might get your meds but you should really take your business elsewhere.
Not enough employees! Was told they had one person ahead of me and then I was on hold for 20 plus minutes. CVS get some more employees!! You make so much money.
This is my first and only (so far) google review. The pharmacy here is horrible. Go elsewhere.
Extremely poor service at this pharmacy. Everybody standing around in front of their computers. They act annoyed that you show up at the pharmacy window. It seems to take several attempts for them to fill a prescription. I dropped off the prescription and came back in few days, it is not ready, then I come back the next day, it is on backorder. Each time waiting anywhere to 15 to 30 minutes before you are acknowledged and helped. I go back in a more few days, no one find can it. Come in the forth time, it is finally ready. Then the pharmacist arrogantly questions you as to why the doctor changed your medication. Do I really want discuss my medical conditions in front of everyone waiting in line? I will no longer do business with CVS. I would rather go to the DMV than go to CVS. The DMV is better run and more efficient.
Best customer service everI’ve been going to this store since the time it opened way back whenThey make it a point to hire the nicest employees ! They always greet you with a a smile! Never seen this in any other store period.
Worst pharmacy in town. The manager is a complete imbecile. Apparently they dont take management classes in the Pharmacology school because she hasnt figured out that when your busuness traffic increases (due to Bel Air closing their pharmacy) you need to plus up your staff to accomodate the increase demand. Seems simple, right? Well these incompetent fools couldnt manage a lemonade stand, they just dont have it upstairs. They are not smart enough to effectively manage this pharmacy. Just try to call the pharmacy to request a simple medication update and youll sit on hold for 30 minutes while they tend to customers with complete disregard for who was actually waiting the longest (phone vs counter vs drive-thru). If you have a regular medication that you need filled monthly, stay miles away from this joke show, they will have you stressed and and frustrated every month because they love charging different prices for the same medication each month, forgetting to order your medication on time, trying to force you to buy generics (even if you are willing to pay extra cash for brand medication) that their corporate overlords are pushing (because of backroom deals with drugs manufacturers) and oh yeah, dont forget the long wait you will inevitably suffer though each visit due to their failure to properly staff the pharmacy. Save yourself the headache and buy your medication ANYWHERE else.
TLDR: Dont expect the management at this location to be helpful or nice at the register.Had a bad encounter with the store manager who refused to be helpful with coupons that were not coming up on their system even though their own CVS ad advertised to find these exact coupons in the Sunday paper. He acted like I was bothering him by asking if he could figure out how to make the coupons work since their own CVS ad said they accepted these coupons. At one point, I asked if he could cancel the transaction so that I could take a look at which coupons from their own CVS app was not coming through. He held onto the receipt like I was going to take it for some stupid reason. WHY would I take it? Im near-sighted, so I looked him dead in the eye and told him I wasnt going to take it and that I just wanted to look at it. He eventually realized that their system was not cooperating for some reason with the Sunday newspaper coupons, and overrided it, but by that point, I was so upset about how I was treated during the whole process that I refused to complete the purchase and just left. When I got home, I immediately called their CVS customer service number and they gave my contact info to the district manager who oversees this store. That district manager called me a day later, but was not sincere at all in his apology for my experience and seemed more interested in defending his managers actions and CVSs glitchy system. He did acknowledge that his manager couldve been more tactful in handling my situation, but that was about it. He did not ask for my return business or a second chance at shopping at that location again. I dont plan on doing that anyways! This store has a fully stocked inventory for a reason! People dont shop here because of the terrible management. At most, people probably just pick up their meds here.
The people at the registers are outgoing and helpful. Very much so wanted to make my visit there satisfying.
The female pharmacist is rude! I would give Tanya 5+ stars, however, shes always kind, helpful and professional. We are tired of the constant problems regarding our medications. Its also been very frustrating to call and the person on the phone doesnt speak English well enough to answer a simple question. Medication is a serious issue and when you cannot communicate in a professional manner you are in the wrong profession! As a nurse, this can lead to serious mistakes and Ive taken home someone elses RX!
Best customer service EVER MY GO TO STORE! The first review was rude most likely made by someone with a chip on their shoulder. I cannot say just how wonderful the people here are and their store is ALWAYS clean as is their employees.
Good selection and prices. Pharmacy employees could be more knowledgeable and helpful.
Good customer service—pre scheduled my flu shot so I got my meds and shot quickly. Transferred all my prescriptions here.
There is white lady and she is damn racist. worst CVS for anyone who tries to save money
Excellent customer service they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you
CVS folsom ca. east bidwell. Parmacy tech had dirty hands and dressed poorly, he looked like he worked on his car. His hands were shakey. He did well on explaining insuranceThe pharmacists dont want to talk to you, which is lawful, they say the briefest info. As an RN, I know, so buyer beware. In comparing costs Walmart was less, and would break down an RX, if you didnt want all of it.Their lines are sometimes the length of an isle.
Huge store. Pamela is the best!
Allways on time and great courteous people in the pharmacy
Good staff, good service.
Awesome!!!!!
