Nice clean store. Its a smaller Costco than Ive been to. Was surprised at all they were out of understanding the shortages etc. Paper bowls??Had my own bags cashier just threw stuff in cart. Shake my head, didnt understand that but I bagged when I got to car because I have a ways to drive and used my insulated COSTCO bags.

Though I avoid weekends, went Sunday afternoon when very busy. Asked a staff person (who was unloading frozen food cart) where a product was. Very animated, cheerfully told me exact spot. Obviously a happy, dedicated employee. Was in and out at a very reasonable time.

One of the best Costcos we visited. Several pumps at the gas stations for faster service including diesel. Bright and clean with very friendly employees!

I bought hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol for my wedding here. A friend advised me that Costco accepts alcohol returns(looking back now it was likely in another state). I bought way more alcohol than I knew I needed, and I was buying nothing but alcohol. Before paying I asked the cashier, Maritza A., what Costcos return policy was. She advised me it was 90 days for anything, great.Fast forward 5 days and I go to return the unused alcohol with receipt in hand. I was told by returns dept. worker that CA law doesnt allow alcohol returns. I then spoke with the Manager Gwen and told her that if I had gotten the correct information from their cashier I would not have bought so much extra alcohol. She was rude, said that the cashiers should know the policy and there was nothing else she can do. She said next time ask for a supervisor or manager if I have any return type questions. In other words dont trust the response of other employees, you may be stuck eating that expense. Gwen never said she was going to retrain any employees. I asked her if there was anything she could do to make this right. She stepped away to talk with her boss, came back and said best we can do is a pizza.Sorry, thats not enough.

Love Costco but every time I go I always go over my budget but its not their fault.

One of the cleanest locations! Professional staff! The store is well stocked. I recommend going out of your way to experience a better Costco experience. Gas station is one of the better ones, with more pumps and diesel also available. This store never disappoints me.Recently experienced the Optical department and was pleasantly surprised. Great selection, greater service, greatest prices. Definitely recommended. The initial account creation and insurance verification may take a little time, but thats a one-time thing.

No Turkeys yet .So i guess ham it is .Pretty crowded. Had to be careful about what you buy so it would notSpoil fast .

It’s the Holidays at Costco. I know it seems a bit early but I think after the year we’ve all had it’s nice to see a bit of cheer. High five to all the staff cleaning carts and trying to make this store extra clean and safe for families to shop and find great deals for the holidays.

They made my day at Costco Today!!! I cant thank Julie (Membership) and (Supervisor/Manager) Gwen enough. I have been frustrated with Costco (my favorite store of all time) for over a year now due to some issues with online customer care and they worked together to go above and beyond to resolve my issues. I look forward to returning over and over to spend my hard earned money there. Everything else was awesome too!

We have been members for ages and while we go for the great selection, quality products, and good prices, we stay for the high caliber customer service. We had a return last Saturday and not only did the Costco in Folsom make that easy, they made it right. They were kind, helpful, and above all they treated us like valued members and we are truly appreciative.

Costco itself is great but this one is insanely busy almost all hours often filled with rude, self-interested Folsomites. Early morning or near closing are the best times. Gas station is large with many lanes. Nice that the store has self-check out now too if you have enough self-restraint to grab just a few items.

As welcoming, clean and comfortable as the other Costco stores. The employees are super nice, and easy to talk to. Great place to get a membership.

Love my Costco! Hoping they get a bigger selection of items at some point. Bakery is crazy good.

This location gets really crowded on Saturdays and theyre hit & miss keeping up their inventory during the week. Checkout lines are fast and theyre very helpful up front. The prices at this location are just a bit higher than most because of the location in relation to Broadstone.

Its Costco. Its magical. Not sure why Im rating this... I guess I love the fact that I can buy a ridiculously large watermelon and toilet paper for days here, and I can mill about looking at things I dont need while its 100 degrees outside. In all seriousness, the staff here has always been friendly to me, and I have more luck with finding what I need here versus at other Costcos in the area.

I spend more time here than at any other grocery store. Their selection of organic and gluten free products is awesome. I’m here weekly and there is always plenty of parking and only a few minutes wait for checking out.During the spring, we usually buy tomato plants, gardening soil and flowers.If we are out of time, the chicken fettuccini and rotisserie chicken are great alternatives for a great meal.The kids can’t get enough of Costco pizza so we also visit the food court.On the way out, we always stop and get gas too. Best gas around and the best price. We have also purchased tires and car batteries.Can’t say enough good things about Costco. I’m hooked.

Picked up the last 5 of these Cypress trees. They guys were great helping me load them up. Where else can you buy food, home goods and living trees? Haha..

Even though it was pretty crowded we still got in and out fast. Only needed a couple things though.

Crowded big box store. Very popular just not my favorite place to shop. Seemed to be out of a lot of items we typically buy.

Found everything I wanted, everything was easy to find, samples were good, and the lines were fast. No problems here! Highly recommended!

Big Box shopping on steroids. Thats our Cost Co. you might need a flatbed to push your ways through the isles and toward checkout, but youll only need two small paper napkins to reach the car, gingerly spread the napkins across your lap and sink your teeth into the best $1.63 meal youve ever had. One large steamed polish dog with abundant relishs and an ice cold drink to splash on your face while you look over the shopping receipt and realize what you spent.

Friendly, easy to make a return, and very helpful when your child is using crutches they’ll find you a wheelchair.Foodcourt inside is inside so great during hot days.Always well stocked.

I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the warehouse and the helpful staff.

Great customer service from the membership side to the food court. I forgot my card and needed access to purchase a router for the house. The clerk printed a temporary card and got me going right away in a very kind efficient manner. The food court added a little extra strawberries to my frozen yogurt as well.

Costco is a well known establishment that nearly everyone has experienced. Costco Folsom has always been well organized, clean and well staffed.this time I didnt even have to wait in line to check out!If you havent already, I would suggest the Costco card if you buy stuff from there and/or you have a Costco gas station near you. The percentage back will quickly off set the extra $60 per year.

Best Costco in the region. It gets really busy, but people are not as rude in this store as other Costcos in the Sacramento area. It is best to come here late on a weekday to avoid the massive crowds. They always have great seasonal items offered at the right times.

Fights break out at the gas area. Its because the attendants arent watching people who are cutting people off to get in front of people.When you call to speak to Management, they dont pick up the phone.

Not requiring masks if youre vacced, but they arent checking. Usually busy. But checkouts adequately staffed, so just a bit of traffic getting around the store.

Just wasted over an hour of my time trying to buy a pizza. No one could give an accurate time frame for service, still telling people 5 and 10 minutes, while at least 15 people stand in line waiting for 45 - 90 minutes for whole pies. And the entire time they were still serving slices to everyone who walked up and putting more in the window. Building an order for 10 pizzas to a guy who hadnt showed up while 3 people who have placed phone order sat and waited in the lobby. Finally got fed up and ask for a refund to which the manager responds, you know things get busy. Yeah of course they do but maybe teach people how to better prioritize orders or as a manager offer customers some sort of consolation other than just making them waste all their time for no reason at all.

Costco has some great deals

Always an enjoyable walk through a Costco store. Always something new to see and taste. Prices are lower than many stores for the same product. But this is probably because the package quantities are larger. Currently they have specials on weed herbicides, lawn products, and outdoor items.

I prefer this location for its ease of parking and getting in and out without traffic jams. I forgot the eggs again because the fridge doesnt jump out to me and when you frequent a few different locations and the layout is different one from another is bound to happen.

This store is extremely busy every time Ive been. Even though its at times hard to get around the store due to number of shoppers, store is kept clean and staff is helpful. We go out of our own community to use this store because our local store doesnt carry the product we find at this store consistently.

Its your standard Costco. Friendly staff, has a good rotation of products, and is usually super busy. They are starting to stock a really good variety of keto friendly products which is great.

They have a larger variety of organics and quality products compared to Sams Club. Their gas prices are very competitive.Their policies concerning Covid-19 were originally in line with the science but now they completely ignore all logic and reason and abide by our recalled governors extended emergency powers guidelines...

Costco gas is awesome! But this place doesnt have one! I always plan my trips so that I stop by Costco to have rest and to have gas! Not here! Such a bummer.

While parking and trying to fill up on gas can be a problem, Costco has a wide range of products at quite reasonable prices. This location can be reached via two different freeways. You can even get some cheap and filling food court items if youre feeling hungry.

Great place, grateful for it truly, not their fault its a societal issue, half the staff work and are friendly, the other half think this is their social playground and use being offended to not work as hard as others. Just a bummer because people just want to get great prices, mind their own business.... there is plenty of space for all to enjoy! But nobody is perfect and sometimes its a total bummer having to cater to the loneliness of others in such a crowded space. Most employess great,some employees, its wIlL yOU bE mY fRieNd? No I work 3 jobs, have a schedule, and am not rude by not being your best friend in the middle of a busy crowd; thank you

Went 2 gas station. Lot of cars. Still low prices...4 stars couse dumb people trying to make there mind n slow at the pump...not Costco fault.

Found what I was looking for. Good prices and service as usual. Parking lot tends to be pretty full. Wait at gas station wasnt too bad this time, but can be long. Busy place.

Awesome. Found a new bread called Croissant Toast. Great for sandwiches, toast, French toast, grilled cheese. Light and airy.

Everybody loves Costco. Now they have self-checkout. It was a little hectic but I think theyll get it figured out and it will be nice.

This places designed to save you money NOT design give you a pleasant buying experience. I wish they used larger labelling on where items are located. Everything else about the store is convenient its large and nice.

I love having the self check out option, makes it even faster to get out. But as a credit to their cashiers they really move through those lines. It may look like a million people are inside when you get to the parking lot, but I rarely stand in line at the checkouts longer than 10 mins

So thankful for Costco! Great prices, quality food, and products in big quantities! Love it! Nice people there too!

Costco Folsom is a great place to shop! The employees are helpful, kind and very friendly. They have great selection and observe COVID regulations. The flower selection there is great!

This is one of the nicest Costcos I have ever been to. It trumps most of the ones in Southern CA and its up there with the one in Reno NV. The reason why? They implemented self check out for both the store and the deli. Its awesome. Good wine selection too.

I just went for gas at 5 pm on a tuesday and there was not much of a wait, perhaps 10 seconds. You do need to have a costco membership to get the gas. This location carries diesel as well as regular unleaded.

I loved shopping at Costco. I love that the groceries are reasonably priced. I normally buy the same items on my shopping trips like zucchini, eggs, grilled chicken, roast beef.

I loved the clean floors. The self checkout for the food court is something I have not seen in other stores so that was pretty neat. Customer service was very good, everyone was polite from the start to the end of shopping trip. Keep up the good work.

Costco has more products and varieties of items. Prices are reasonable. But, Costco warehouses prices are cheaper than ordering online and through instacart. If you are ordering through instacart by any chance then make sure the shopper gets the right items. If they don’t find the right product that you ordered then the shopper substitute it for the similar product. Make sure to check your shopping list once you have placed your order through Instacart. Because Costco and instacart both are different entities.
