Pointing out helpful information, patient, very kind, and more than welcoming. Incredibly deserving of a 10* review. Don’t want to go anywhere else now!

These guys did a great job on my indian passport renewal application. They guided me on how notarization works here and that it doesn’t have to be on each document separately. Would definitely recommend their services!

Kimberly and Dave helped me by quickly boxing heavy parts in two separate boxes and shipping them back to vendor for a refund. The Amazon.com vendor received both boxes in 3-days (on same day) and my refund was received next day.

Such a great place! Everyone here is so kind and gives great service. One day I was having a rough morning and the second I walked in the door, the staff made me feel so welcome and turned my mood around in a second. Great place to take packages for mailing, with many options (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS etc). Staff very friendly and know their stuff. Will be definitely use them to ship packages when in the area.

They must have a new Livescan person in there, and they grossly overestimate his performance speed. My wife and I were second in-line and told we would be up in 15-20 min. We let them know we were in a hurry now, but could easily come back in a few hours. No, no, it was only going to be 15-20 minutes. Are you sure? Yes! We gave them our drivers license and filled out the paper work. 60 minutes later I complained and was rudely told by the scanner that it wasnt his fault. 85 minutes later we began the 30-45 minute process. In addition to not getting any more of my business I felt the need to share my bad experience with others. As the former President Bush said, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you cant get fooled again.

Very disappointed in the surcharge they wanted me to pay to mail a box from them. the box was a flat rate $16, and they wanted me to pay $25.52... Whereas, my local PacMail guy in El dorado Hills charges me $16.70... a 70 cent surcharge i get (since i didnt have to go to the post office.. but not $10!!!

They are very friendly and helpful with packing and labeling boxes. I go here anytime I can and try to avoid the post office as much as possible.
