Staff was really rude. Was hoping to pick up the new pair of Ralph Laurens and maybe some Maui Jims. Instead purchased nothing due to rude employees. Still looking for new sunglasses. I will be damned if I buy from them again though. Not going to happen.

I wish I could give them negative stars.when I bought shades as a gift, they sold me one with scratches on the glass which is invisible to naked eye and when I went back to return salesperson at the desk said he sees some scratches with magnifying glass. They are cheating people with double standards

Been searching for a particular set of glasses. Found them here on sale so I got 2. The guy was so helpful and friendly. Made me departing with my cash not as painful 😉

The help left room for improvement and the cost of Sunglasses are astronomical. Maybe that is just me?

Awesome sauce! So many people needing sunglasses that they had a queue of people outside waiting to get in (during the pandemic). Gazillion brands and styles to choose from!

Lots of selection and styles, prices moderate-to-high but lots of brand names. If you really want a good pair of sunglasses you could probably find it here.

They refuse returns saying your lenses are scratched even when they are not.

My husband and I both bought ray bans his case came with a cleaning cloth mine didn’t :( air conditioner was broken, there were 3 sales people 2/3 were great one looked very uninterested. I felt like I could have pulled a pretty women on her. Other than that they’re great glasses and the two others were great! They were hot as hell and pretty busy and kept up a good pace trying to help everyone. I really want my cleansing cloth :/

Best customer service ever! We stayed there for an hour picking out our sunglasses and they were very helpful! I love my glasses!

Extemely helpful and friendly staff, helped me order replacement parts instead of selling me new glasses, and sent me to another store that had what I was looking for when they didnt have it (offered to order them and have them shipped but I wanted them today)

Manager was rude. Great selection but didn’t have a great experience with the manager. We were determined to find glasses and after dealing with her we left empty handed.
