I lOVE shopping at the WinCo in Folsom the staff and fellow shoppers are friendly. Ive been shopping here for multiple years Ive become close and am on name to name bases with the majority of the day and night staff. The prices here are almost unbeatable the produce is always fresh and neatly displayed. The isle floors are clean the and shelves are well stocked with products from A-Z. I like deli department its always clean the staff is eager to help and there food always fresh tasty and can be ordered upon request. I highly recommend this store. I am always satisfied and always leave with a smile on my face and sometimes make new friendships with new staff or a fellow shopper. I will continue to shop here as long as there open😁

WinCo foods is very clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful and friendly and know their store. Costumer service will help with many services. The bathrooms are clean and checked frequently.Great to go shopping where you can find fresh vegetables, fruits, bin foods, meat, dairy, fish and fast food like fresh fried chicken, salads, potato wedges, sandwiches. There are too many things to mention!You can even buy containers of different kinds of spices, honeys, that you can bottle yourself, grind fresh the nuts and and select other sauces.They have bins with bags to fill for nuts, flours,candy, noodles, salt, tea, beans and dog/cat/bird foods, so many things. You can pick up a pizza and drinks to go. Bags of Ice, special plants and firewood and a Bakery.They even have many things for your kitchen, picnics, hats, gifts. Special holiday items. I love this place, the prices for items are lower than other stores.One way they can keep prices low is that WinCo does not take credit cards but they will take debit cards, local checks and of course cash.

Every time I do shop at my neighborhood WinCo, it’s always clean, stocks many items I frequently purchase, and employees are friendly. They have a wide selection of items and prices are great. The only negative I have is that it’s always so crowded.

Hands down your best stop for grocery shopping! They have everything you need at unbeatable prices! I like to go early in the morning because any other time can definitely get out of control with the lines! I’m not the only one out there looking for the best deals around! The winco brand food is also cheaper and just as good as everything else. Some even better! I love the winco fresh sliced lunch meat! Cheap and delicious! All spices in bulk! So much easier and so much cheaper!

Is the pandemic over? Because employees and customers were walking around mask less. I was there for thirty minutes and saw no less than 10 people without masks. Not saying I want to stay in a mask forever - because I absolutely do not. But can we wait until everyone has been given the opportunity to get fully vaccinated? WinCo clearly does not have the safety of their shoppers in mind, and todays visit confirmed for me that it still is not safe to take my 8 month old grocery shopping.

For what it is (discount warehouse-type store), its not bad. Decent selection, pretty clean for the most part, and I like their 2 1/2 aisle section with seasonal items. Some really good deals in that section. Not a lot of screaming kids when I went on a Tuesday morning.

WinCos Food prices are competitive and normally beats those of other grocery stores including the other W grocery store. You dont need coupons or super complicated rebate apps to get the lowest prices on the same great quality food. WinCo constantly shops the other grocery stores in order to maintain lower if not the lowest price in the marketplace.

The employees are always friendly to greet people and make sure things stay clean. They always have stories when we wanna stop and talk about things. My boyfriend and I love to come at night when people arent as around. And they enjoy us alot. Constant flow of products, and even will stock products if you ask!

Wonderful experience this afternoon. Found everything I was looking for. The isles were stocked and well faced. It was really busy but the cashier was very kind and cheerful. I even had to tell her that I had left my card at home and needed to run home and get it. She was so understanding and explained what they would do for me so I could run home and grab it. I will be shopping here from now on.

The most dirtiest and right when you walk in boy does it smell like Fish that has been sitting out in the sun for days,, I had heard this from others until I witnessed this for myself.. straight up NASTY

The all around best place to do all your groceries shopping. Everytime I come here, yes it is a bit crowded, thats because its the best! Everyone comes to Winco for the awesome deals that slash grocery store chains prices by half! Their ground beef is always fresh and the chicken I buy in bulk and freeze and amazingly it comes fresh when I thaw it, it last my family and I the whole month. All the cashiers are always friendly and its nice to be greeted by a smile on everyones faces. The workers look like they genuinely enjoy being there and helping all of us there getting the entire months worth in one trip. I live out of the area and I purposely drive out of my way to get the deals that they offer here. Im talking hundreds in savings in one trip. So if you enjoy feeding your family all month with having it spill into to next month then please start shopping here or continue shopping here because this place is the best.It will remain my one stop shop for my family.

Well, the entry line is for maintaining safe distances, be patient we the doorkeeper. The five-ten minute wait is worth it. Clean store, good prices, awesome staff, if they werent stocking shelves, they were cleaning. No toilet paper or lysol products today.

We shop here all the time. Prices are fair. Just watch the sizes and compare by ounces not package pricing. For example, they sell 13 oz package of name brand cereal, vs a 16 oz package of the same brand in another store.They have restrooms in the back of the store. Fairly clean when I visited, but could have been cleaner, perhaps it was close to a scheduled cleaning. (Giving them the benefit of doubt.)Only gripe I have with this store is at the self-serve check out registers. Several times, many machines arent working, and there are the jerks who think that 15 items or less dont apply to a full shopping cart. The clerks monitoring the self-serve registers NEVER say anything to these idiots! Im not sure why they feel its perfectly fine to let one person inconvenience 10-20 other people in line.Their produce is fresh and lasts. Weve never had an issue with any produce weve purchased, unlike some other stores. They also have a small organic produce section, towards the back of the store.They have ALMOST enough handicapped parking spaces, unlike Walmart who could use at least another 20 or so.Staff are pleasant and will even take their time to help you find a particular product.Seasonal items on pallets sit outside the entrance on pallets. Pumpkins, plant pots, firewood, orchids, etc, depends on the season.Just inside the store is a stand with cleaning wipes for your baskets. Great service, when available... They often run out, especially during cold and flu season when theyre needed the most.I recommend this store.

We were just looking for a certain flavor of a certain brand of cat food we had been all over four Walmarts and then we went to Winco nobody had that particular flavor of cat food but that means that it was a manufacturer issue not ordering issue I like WinCo theyre great store. Cant fault WinCo for being out of that one flavor

This store has some of the best vegetables and fruit in the area in regards to price and quality. The store is always clean and shelves well stocked. We come by here when we are in Folsom for these reasons even though it is a bit out of way. Staff is very friendly here and always try to help you out.

Love this location better than any of the others. Always clean and has products that we need at the best price. I go out of my way to come here as I live near Sac State. The staff are always helpful and this is the only Winco that carries Protien2O drinks. Very satisfied customer!

I had to walk out due to maskless shoppers. I asked the manager if the policy has been rescinded. He said no. I then asked why 4 employees walked past 2 guys not wearing masks. Instead of making a direct request a muted service announcement was given over the stores sound system. So, it was ignored or not heard and the 2 guys continue to be maskless. I had to leave without making a purchase.

As always, their pizza 8s great. The store was not too busy, so social distancing wasnt a problem. Friendly and courteous staff.

Great well lit parking, very ADA friendly, the mobility impaired carts were fully charged and ready to go for folks. The aisles are clean, organized the the staff are friendly and professional. Registers were tended and the wait was minimal. They have their organic well labeled and the nectarines and bananas are looking delish. Their fruit and vegetables selection is vast and fresh. Found my avocados and beyond beef. In and out with great value and savings.

LOW Prices, high value, good produce, deli, hot food sections in addition to the usual grocery items. Specialty bulk items for foods, spices, coffee, and sweets. Store brand equal to brand name items in taste. Only issue, you need to find one near you.

Never thought I would be racially profiled in a store I love so much> However it happened! I promise my family and I will never refer family or friends here again. Other consumers have stated its happened to them and I never wanted to believe it. After being told that all seafood had to be walked to the front; I tested it in 3 locations. This is the only one that did this along with the other actions of the employees. Totally sadden by Wincos actions and response. Keep in mind; this is an Employee owed and Operated Store. What kind of employees are you hiring?

WinCo in Folsom - favorite supermarket in town for prices for sure. BUT, I also very much dig the variety of foods, especially the meats as they are not just the same American blah that you could have had in the 1960s and stuck in your CrockPot to boil.Add the spice aisles (outstanding Mexican, very good Asian) and you can cook like an international chef every night of the week even in the suburbs.I also like the grab and go sangwiches and salads for work days.Only issue there are the WinCo baggers. I always seem to get a chatty one that is not really good at the job...

Hands down the best grocery store for your money. There are all sorts of deals at WinCo without sacrificing quality. Remember, theres no atmosphere and very little organic food, so dont expect to find that here if youre into that sort of thing. You have to pay a premium for that. They have a wide variety of products, so youll never have to go on a wild goose chase searching for a specific item. The customer service is a little blah, but never rude. We like going here and Costco for our bulk shopping. Pro tip: Go early in the morning to avoid the crowds.

Yes it is a self serve grocery, but you can get help when you need it. The employees will answer your questions and/or take you to the item you may be hunting for. They also have some European products not found at your local American store. Their seasonal items are in abundance for holidays, etc. It is the place to go when you want products that will sale for 20 to 30% more at Raleys, Safeway and whatever stores. They are first rate and they have Cloverleaf milk products, too.

I love this store but they don’t take credit cards. I left my debit card at home by accident and went to WinCo. Had a full basket of groceries and didn’t know about the credit card policy until I was paying at the register. The lady looked super peeved about it even tho it’s not super obvious that they don’t take them. I was pretty embarrassed and had to leave my groceries and go home. I asked if they could hold them and was told they would. When I arrived 30 minutes later they had all been put back. I was told they can’t hold groceries. Ugh....

As with any large grocery store they have a wide range of products. They have a great selection of fruits and veggies. They have bulk foods, and CAT/dog food. They have a small selection of vegan and organic foods. Their prices are about the same as Walmart and considerably cheaper than any other grocery store around.

The girl at deli was very polite when i ordered tenders and wedges. When i got to the registers, my card was having issues so the cashier called customer service. The worker was really patient and understanding. This experience made me feel welcome and i hope to continue shopping there.

It’s not conveniently close to my house so I only shop there every other month, but I maximize my shopping when I go. The unit prices are great and lots of great buys. Love to buy the cake mixes and everything that Costco does not sell.
