Its an ok famous footwear. Not to many selections. They did have wide nikes but the styles werent that nice. The buy one get one half off is a good deal, but again, the stores werent limited compared to others.

Polite cashiers and clean store

Management has got to train the employees to call help to the front when there are plenty of customers at the register. One of the quickest ways to lose a sale is to have customers unnecessarily waiting at the register, ready to pay, and only one employee is checking out. Its even more disheartening when other employees are near the register straightening product instead of jumping in and assisting. Once corrected this would easily be a 3-4 star establishment.

Good prices and good selections. The employees are friendly and provide good customer service. While we were checking out, the employee ringing us up told us if we went on to their website we can sign up for a 15% off coupon that we could use immediately, which we did. Isnt that awesome? Yes, it is!!!

Best sneaker store Ive ever been too. Tons of pumas, nikes, and adidas. Super friendly and helpful staff. I bought the wrong size sneakers and was able to exchange no problem. Come check these guys out!!

FFO (Famous Footwear Outlet) is an OK place. You can shop shoes, and try on different items, but the place does not have any variety, if you know what I mean. The staff is iffy, sometimes helpful and bright, but sometimes they dont greet you at the door like most of the FFOs do. I rate this 4.6 stars overall.
