Great service at a great price. Plus willing to work with customers to figure out there needs and help to design a system that fits there needs. I liked being able to sit down and talk about what components I really wanted and then we figured out the game plan to build the system that I wanted.. Did I end up building more then I really needed sure but I wanted to do it right the first time and not have to screw around with it for a long time. I loved the system that they helped me design and build. They are also the only ones I let work on my computer and have let work on my computers for the last 20+years. I have an older Dell laptop that the keyboard stopped working and keys were malfunctioning. I took it in and was immediately greeted with knowledge and options. Although its old. I chose to have it repaired. The cost was super reasonable, especially for the process that was required to fix it. He ordered a new keyboard for me and I had it back and fully functioning in 2 weeks. You wont be disappointed in the assistance you get and despite being very busy, they stayed in touch with updates. Great help from Linda (owners wife) this morning. I had an issue that turned out to be malware (or the start of a virus on my computer) she was SO super helpful! She walked me right through it. It is perfect that they are local so you can trust them! I had my computer fixed there a few months ago, worked great since then and I love that I can call and just get a little help when I need it...without being nickel and dimed to death for help. I want to respond to a recent poor review, since I was a witness to the situation. First of all, I was not an employee. I was a customer that one of the employees was working with. It is a very small store, and when 5 young guys walk in, it was a little intimidating.....with a lot of equipment accessible. (you just dont know who you can trust these days). The other employee told these young men, that the other employee was the expert at computer parts and that he would have to help them. The other employee told one of them, that if you want to look at anything, she would help, that they should not try to get the parts off the shelf themselves. (which he tried to do twice). After a bit, the other guys left the store and one stayed and was asked if there was anything she could help with. He said not right now and left. They were there not more than 5-8 min. (not 20 min.).Now my review. My computer indicated Disk Full....I called F1 and Marlend agreed an external drive would be my best option. He transferred a ton of files. When I came to pickup, he took the time to show me where the transferred files were and how to transfer to the external drive along with some other tips. Thanks Marlend!

I can’t say enough about my first time experience with F1! I took my MacBook in with storage issues and they fixed my problem along with updated my laptop with the newest software very efficiently in a few days. The part that I love most about F1 is that it is a small and extremely trustworthy business. The staff is super friendly and they bring lots of knowledge & over 30 years experience. The wonderful customer service however is what stood out in my book. Marlend, the owner continuously kept me in the loop via text and phone calls as to what was going on with my laptop and when it came time to pay for my fixed laptop Marlend sat down and explained everything to me.....plus he went above and beyond and added a new photo viewer so I could view my trail camera photos for hunting purposes a lot easier. Marlend was very helpful with my Macbook Pro. I unfortunately spilled coffee all over it and he was helpful and proactive in getting the issue fixed. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a computer parts store. We walked into the store and got yelled at for having 5 people in the store at once. Afterwards, we were instantly told not to look around and that we had to ask someone to look at parts. I waited for about 20 minutes standing in the doorway, and the 3 workers who were there would not acknowledge me. All of my friends were considering buying computer parts but we decided that we will take our business elsewhere. Terrible employees.

We called them last minute on a Saturday morning, to see if he could clean out (dust removal) of two of our towers. He said bring them in, no problem; and had them done in under an hour!! when ever possible, will bring our computer needs to them!

They are really expensive and had an attitude with me. And they could not even fix my problem that i went to them for.

Finding an actually fair, skilled and honest IT person seems to be one of the toughest tasks out there! I never would take something that holds so much personal information to anyone I couldnt trust or to big box services as you never know who is really working on your machine. Marlend and Linda are good people that really know what they are doing. I took a chance taking my box to F1 because whatever root virus was causing me so much problems eluded myself any IT person I knew. I am extremely glad I took that chance! Marlend fixed it up right. I will be taking my computers to F1 System and buying future components/computers from now on. Forget shopping around they will treat you right and make sure you get what you need and want.

Oh my god had the worst time ever trying to buy the simplest parts. the guy there wanted nothing to do with me or the sales, he then shooed me away and said he was not going to sell me anything, the female staff were nice and amazing but he ruined the entire experience, furthermore the place reaks of cat urine and overloads of air freshener. never going there again, heard other bad things from other people too.

I recently worked with F1 to build a system for photo and video editing. I knew that the system I needed to make my workflow fast and efficient would need to be custom built and I also knew, from past experience, that Marlend would have the knowledge to help me get the system I needed. This is the third system Ive bought from F1 in 20 years and Ive been happy every time. Marlend listened to what my requirements were and put together a number of options and explained all the pros and cons of each component choice. Ive had my new system for over a month now and it has sped up my workflow immensely.

First! My computer died and a friend referred me to F1. Marlend spent hours trying to find out the problem and gave me the verdict. Read my review from a yr ago when I 1st upgraded my computer to an Intel Skylake Ci7 6th gen system from the Haswell technology. Recently upgrade again to an Intel Kabylake Ci7 7th gen cpu and MB w/ all other components still usable. I wanted fast, honest and professional services which F1 provided again. They were able to transfer my data without any problems. No reason to go anywhere else for your computer needs.
