Great place to shop! They have just about whatever you want there! The hunting section has been updated and is much larger now. Easier to see everything. The register lines move fast so there isnt a lot of waiting and the staff is great at helping you find what you need.

They werent able to service my car, but that didnt deter them from making sure I would have a wonderful day. I told them the situation with my car and they gave me a quick education on what I must do. This is a great location and they wont do you wrong. Logan was very helpful.

We love going to fleet between usually finding what we need and the friendly atmosphere its a fun place to shop! My kids love all the stuff they have from little trucks to outdoor equipment!

I love the gun counter. Bought a few major pieces of equipment that failed very prematurely (one 3 times within the first month) and they were of no help. Told me it was the manufacturers problem.

Good fleet farm. Decent selection

Fond du lac fleet farm has been declining since theyve undergone new management. They cant keep shelves stocked and everything is constantly backordered until its not. Then its in stock for one morning and its bought up immediately. Absolutely awful since the new management/owners.

5 stars for customer service in automotive and pickup, but -3 stars since no mask policy for employees or guests. Compared to Oconomowoc store, this one is outdated (much like its clientele).

Poorly stocked. Move everything around so much people that work there dont e where anything is!

My husband loves your store!! He lives for your ads in the action advertiser. But there haven’t been any ads in the last month! Why would you stop them?I called your store to ask but I got transferred back to the recording 4 times!! So I guess you don’t talk to people anymore. Sad we’ve spent a LOT of money in your store over the years!!Fortunately, Lowe’s& other stores carry Milwaukee tools. Guess we’ll move on.Your ads were the highlight of his Sunday!! He had a stroke 7 years ago and although he can’t read or write he lives thumbing through your ads. I’m sad for him but glad for me now I don’t have to buy anymore tools . If he doesn’t see them he doesn’t want them. Good for me not so good for you!!

Like Fleet Farm, however, their prices have increased considerably. Fond du Lac needs to build a New Fleet Farm, old one is too small and very old.

Ordered online for pickup. Went to front desk where they sent me to the yard. Someone was waiting and loaded my purchase. Fast and efficient.

My husband needed a lift JackHad to get a bigger one than he needed cause this fleet farm didnt have the size he neededAnd we were in need of one right away. Price was good.

Went here because Menards didnt have what I needed to finish the job. These guys didnt have it but told me their store 30 miles away did so I was able to get what I needed.

Do you not buy paint from here. Bought paint for bathroom and kitchen on 6/26/21 went to paint the kitchen on 7/13/21it was like concrete in the bottom of the Ken took it back they mixed up a new can of paint opened it on 7/15/21to attempt to paint the kitchen again and it was like concrete in the bottom of the can. When I took it back they told me that there had been a truckload of paint that froze and that is likely what happened. Asked for a $20 gift card for wasting 2 attempts at painting and return trips to store, manager declined! Go to Menards where they treat their customers much better!!!

I asked the first employee that I found where the Wahl animal clippers were located. She contacted an employee by walkie-talkie. That employee told her the correct row, and waited for me to arrive! She showed me the horse and dog clippers, read the packages with me, and gave me all of the info I needed. This was a very quick, and pleasant, trip! Thank-you!!

I always grab my spray paint for my crafting or my bird seed whenever hubby needs to make a Fleet Farm run. The selection is good and prices are reasonable.

Went in today and another customer was talking about their animal fine. Gave her an idea on a product and the employee/manager was so dam rude that I didnt know what I was talking about. She was the expert well she isnt in the livestock field. Never coming back to this store again will go someplace else for my livestock needs like TSC.

There was one cashier open....4 of us were in line waiting behind the individual checking out while three employees stood up at customer service laughing about something - not sure why but it didnt look good from a customer standpoint.

Poor experience, was given the incorrect product for an online pickup. Manager contacted me back and stated they would put the correct product on hold. When I returned to the store no one knew what I was talking about and no item was on hold for me. Absolutely disappointed in the service, specifically after speaking to a manager. I will take my business to other retailers going forward.

I got some work done on my car and when I paid for it, they charged me less than the price they quoted me because it didnt take them as much time as they thought it would. Im definitely taking my car there from now on!

If you want fishing gear its a good store, but are often out of hardware, tools, etc.

I ordered a sled, after using it twice i realized it was the wrong one. They wouldnt take it back or even make it right. In fact the toolbar behind the desk told me to sell it on fond buy and sell after I let him know that if they didnt make that mistake we wouldnt be in this position.

They have the aisles marked. Hard to find a worker to help you or guide you to the correct aisle. But I dont go often enough.( Its like the grocery store). Huge parking lot. Lots of handicapped parking stalls

Few lanes open. Dont restock shelves. This place is sad. Usually end up not having what I need.

Im from the south and I have to say this is a country boys store. A very large inventory from tires, clothing and cold weather gear to you name it. I spent an hour looking around and didnt see everything. If youve never been in a Fleet Farm store its a must see to appreciate all they offer. Thanks for the great experience!

Has been my go-to store since I moved to Fond du Lac since 2006. Theyve always got what you need (except for ammunition, but nobody has that now days) and at hard to beat prices. And the additional 4cents off pr gallon with every recipt is always plus.

Easy to maneuver through store and find everything in the end. Very helpful service from employees, which was not very easy to find them n when I had questions and found myself searching for them more than I had hoped...

Website showed they had 5 of the items I was looking for, so I drove a half an hour. The fella went into the back for 5 minutes and came back and said the items were on a truck delivered but wasnt unloaded and gave me a sorry. Not the first time.

Needed a small cooler for refrigeration of meds during travel

Helpful customer service and warehouse employees, plus good sale prices. Bought a dehumidifier that was on sale. There werent any left on the shelf. Customer service sent me to the warehouse. The service time was fast including the warehouse. And bonus, I didnt have to load in and out of the cart.

Dont have a sign that says masks required & then the store clerks dont even where them properly. One of the reasons I do not wear a mask.

Really have bad inventory problems.

A little disappointed that I couldnt find everything I was searching for and couldnt find anybody to help me out.
