Great service beats price. Though they did not have the oven bake element we desperately needed on Christmas Eve, they helped me find a store that did. Whats a few bucks more to have some one there to save Christmas at home or any other appliance crisis?

Sold me a part for FIFTEEN times more than Amazon was charging. EXACT same part number and brand. This is the reason local part stores are dying. No record was given because I paid cash. It was so overpriced I almost didnt have enough cash on me, and I brought enough to buy several units.
