I purchased a new iPhone 12 pro max at the N Main St Location. My Sales person was Alicia Redman, was fabulous. She took the time to walk me through my current plan, explained things to me. She was great. I would highly recommend this location in FDL and ask for Alicia, she is very professional. Highly Recommend if you need service or a new phone.

My new favorite US Cellular store!After verifying that an iPhone 6s we bought should work on my line I went into the corporate store on Johnson Street to ask them to place it on the account. After waiting over an hour with only 4 people ahead of me, sharing what I was there for and the agent to pull up my account he looked at it for a couple minute and said he could not place it on the account. I told him we verified that it should work and asked him why he was not able to add it? He said it would not work on their system. After leaving with my daughter just about in tears I called customer service to verify his findings and did a little research online.After hearing that the phone should work on the account I chose to go to the other US Cellular store on Main Street a privately-owned store and within 15 to 20 minutes Isaac placed the phone on my account and we were out the door.Truly satisfied and will not use the other store going forward.

Very good service from Hunter. I was at the Johnson street location and the guy there told me they don’t do plans. That’s a lie he just didn’t want to deal with me. He would have if I was interested in a new phone. My advice is to stay away from the store on Johnson and pioneer. Much better to go to the north Main Street location by Walgreens.

I have been to many different US Cellular locations, and this one is by far the best. The employees are courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Also, the wait time is less than other locations. I have to give a shout out to Hunter. He has helped me on at least 4 occasions . He always gives great advice on how to make the most of your plan! Thanks, Hunter!!

I have been to the store many times. Every time I have had any issues with my phone or service the employees at that particular store have been very helpful and curtious. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a cellular phone to not even waste their time with other stores or carriers. Go directly that US Cellular store. The only thing I can think of that is not good is the fact that usually there are only three employees working on a normal day. That sometimes make the wait to be assisted close to an hour.

I purchased a phone at the Agent store on Main st in Fond du lac, and the initial customer service was good, and then the more problems I was having with the phone the more the lack of customer service was. It seemed like the people who helped me at the Agent store werent concerned with really working with me or listening to my concerns. Having to go back there to return my phone to their inventory the man who was helping me was rude and not helpful at all, basically prolonging the process instead of just doing the transaction that US Cellular customer service/corporate informed him to do. Which having multiple interactions I finally called US Cellular customer service and was treated with the nicest and most understanding service. They advised me to resolve this solution at the Johnson st store and Angel and Sabrina did everything possible to help me and get me the phone that Im satisfied with. Those two were also very calm and understanding, even though the manager at the agent store made an unfriendly phone call to Angel. So, Thank you to the Johnson store I will be back!!

Forgot to get the girls name but she was extremely helpful. Unclogged my cache & helped with all my updates. She was great. I was there Thur. The 30th at about 11am. Thanks for the help.

I had ran my phone over on Easter..A bit of a mishap on the insurance portion.They where able to give me a loaner phone.Jenna Abitz helped me for like a month back and forth with insurance issues..She was the best..SO THANK YOU JENNA ya dont find good passinate employees like that that go above and beyond their expectations..

15 day old phone. Cant install memory card. Reader isnt functional. Also locks up playing games. For some reason now all updates require WiFi. Tryed to have my card reader problem solved because I didnt pay for insurance on the phone they wouldnt do anything but offer me a S4 . Told me I had to send in my phone to Samsung. They knew about the problem from and email from Samsung.
