Had excellent service with Nick Hurst/T-Mobile, Fond du Lac WI. Changing over from Verizon to T-Mobile was greatly sped up by working with this knowledgable and professional associate. Great first impression of our new T-Mobile service. Thank you thank you!
They were pretty busy and through the line quickly and accurately. Could have some kinda accenting when you spend over 1K in cash tho. Hopefully their service works as good at Sprint always did.
Even though the store was busy, the staff acknowledged everyone and signed you in explained there was a wait but would be with you as quick as possible. They were courteous, respectful and knowledgeable.
Place has no customer service waited over 2 hours and then the great excuse things happen really 2 hours of my life I can’t get back

I was lied to by them about getting free netflix with my new plan just for them to complete the sale. was very unsatisfied when their solution to the problem was to just simply add another line of service. i do not recommend ever going to this store if you want people who will honestly help you.would also be nice if they occasionally would answer their phone but never happens. shouldnt even have a phone number on google since your call will never be answeredafter a couple hours of trying to get through i finally got ahold of the manger named mike. who is completely unaware of the plans his store is selling.
Really rude young man answering the phone and at the door. He answered the phone talking to someone else before me, then said Sprint store Fond du lac. I asked him if this was the T-Mobile store to which he responded yeh whats up.....! Went to the store and was greeted before we reached the door. He asked if we had masks and we said no to which he said I cant let you in because we can could get sued. If you need to go to the store go up to the Oshkosh store, dont waste time going to this rude man. If your an employee and are genuinely concerned about catching covid because of health issues I would be happy to wear a mask but dont tell me a bologna story about getting sued!

Sprint/t mobile sent me upgrade offers went in and they charged me for my remaining months of my lease and then tried to charge me a huge down payment for my upgrade even though my credit limit was great. Then made me sit and wait for a long time to reinstate my lease because I didn’t want to pay the huge upgrade cost.
Nothing but problems since the switch. Extremely frustrated & disappointed, especially considering what I pay. Very unhappy.

Ive had issues with Sprint and this location before, but the company AND this location seem to be improving. The staff have been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I used to feel like a number here, but not any more. Very impressed lately.
Very dissatisfied. We are switching to Boost Mobile after 18yrs of service at Sprint. Dont ever buy insurance on phones. No one tells you that to access your insurance you will have $300 deductible. Thats for a phone thats 2yrs old and fair market value is $21.

I had a great in and out experience. They not only fixed my problem, but they also explained how I could prevent it from happening again and showed me how to fix. I would recommend this store to anybody who wants great customer service.

This might be the absolute worst Sprint store in existence. I go inside, and then enter my name into their stupid take a number kiosk. I mulled around up by the counter, browsed the overpriced accessories section, make direct eye contact with three of the five employees at the front counter, and then had a seat. No one says a single word to me. Five employees in the store only one of which was dealing with a, you guessed it, angry customer. I sit there completely invisible for 15 minutes, no one else in the entire store other than the angry lady. At that point I decided my time would be better spent opening a half-inch hole in the side of my head with a power drill, and left. Completely unacceptable.

Alexander Woodward is a true asset to the store and company. He was able to assist with our primary concern efficiently and with the perfect balance of friendliness. Alex offered to review our plan. He set us up w a similar priced plan, but with a new tablet. All lines are now unlimited, which our family needs for our line of work. Alex went the extra mile to find us the promo tablet at a different store since his FdL store was out of stock. I hope he stays w the FdL store for a long and successful time :)

I recommend making an appointment before going. Wait times can be high, but understandable when you think about how much the staff has to do when handling your accounts.

The customer service was awful! The man that set me up with my 2 phones and 2 iPads was a complete jerk! He ignored what he needed to do for me and was more concerned with an error that was made on his mothers phone.
All but one girl was very friendly and VERY helpful
Staff was good and offered options. Sprint is a joke. We save 100.00 and received 25.00 off acces.

Always want to take your phone to fix the problem. One doesnt ever learn anything with that format. They should give one the choice of fixing the problem for one, or walk the person through the process to fix the problem. Even if they dont know where to go right away to fix the problem the process of looking for the solution is also educational. Need to learn how to service the customer the way the customer wants.

They dont understand the word NO. If you purchase a phone they will ask you if you would like to purchase the insurance. Girl behind the counter asked me this. I said no. She went back to talk to manager. She came back and said that insurance was really important to have and asked me again and i said no. She went back and what seamed like forever she came back with her manager. The manager said he was required to tell me all over again the policy of not having insurance and if i decline now, i would not be able to purchase insurance in the future. I said no. He asked me again if i was sure about it..... i was getting very pissed off. After the 4th time of saying no they finaly gave up. Funny that my next trip into the store they tried selling me more insurance even tho supposedly i was not allowed to after denying it on my initial purchase. Dont trust these people.. they are liars.
All cell phone stores are a pain, but this one wasnt bad and they werent as pushy as others. Dre and Ryan were the best to work with.

I called the store today and the lady answered and asked if she could put me on a brief hold, I said, ok and waited. I waited 20 minutes and still no answer! Then today on sunday went over there at 530 and they closed as 5 when google says 6!!!
