This warehouse furniture store is run with a HomeTown attitude. Theres no glitz or slick salespersons. What you see is what you get. It appears to me that they are there to sell good quality furniture at a fair price. All warranty issues are handled by them in house and they take care of it. Found a small couch and chaise there for a good price compared to other discount furniture store and was able to hold it for 2 weeks for (at least) 10% down! Called a couple days ahead for pickup with a trailer and it was smooth and couch came securely wrapped and padded. Weird hours though so call ahead of time if you are traveling outside FDL. Thanks!

Its cash and carry furniture and mattresses. We had been shopping for weeks for a double reclining loveseat/ couch. Everyone would say they could order the item then it was delivery up to 18 weeks. My husband and I went in on a Saturday and bought a Queen set. We were told it would arrive the coming Tuesday. No call from them I went in on Wednesday and the guy told me he wasn’t sure but might have another truck coming Friday. 11 days after purchase no call or update at all my husband goes in and the guy says,” what am I supposed to tell you?”Um a call would be nice. It’s now day 13 and still no mattress!

Went Box Drop today and got a new mattress and a adjustable base got it delivered and setup at a great price. So if you’re looking a bed go see these people they are great

Great deals and very friendly and helpful staff! I went several times and they let me look around without ever pressuring me to buy anything. We ended up getting a great deal on a mattress and box spring. I dont need any now, but the couches are good deals as well, so I may be back for one of those in the future.

Went there thinking that the discount price for a queen set for 150.00 Well it is for a very plain mattress. After looking for another mattress the guy there(I can’t remember his name) was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and which one would be best for me. He gave me a discount on top of the discount and honored another discount for military. I am very impressed!! The mattress I bought is amazing and I sleep like a dream. I recommend, if you need a mattress stop by box drop you won’t be disappointed.

Really hate to ever leave a bad rating unless its really deserved. My husband & I seen an ad pop up online for this new mattress outlet, so we decided to check it out since we were on the market for a new mattress. We stopped in and were greeted by a guy other than Ron. (Dont recall his name off hand). Anyways, we took a look around and the man gave us a spiel about the different items and how they kept a little bit in stock. The mattress we were looking at, the one next to it he had claimed to have just sold the floor model before we got in. He then persisted to continually tell us we had been in the store before, even though we had not and told him that. Which was odd but whatever I guess. My husband ended up having to work, so we came back a few days later to pick up the mattress we were interested in. This time greeted by Ron. We found out right away the mattress sold. Was offered the floor model but for hauling purposes and being used we passed. So my husband mentioned if they got another in, to let him know as wed rather pick up in person then risk any possible shipping issues/damaged item. They were running a sale at the time, so Ron put down he would honor the sale when the mattress came in. It was mentioned it would be about a week. Ron was really nice. After a week went by, I called up to see if I could come get the mattress. Said they open at 11am, I ended up calling between 11:06 - 11:10am. No answer and went to voicemail. I waited and tried again, finally getting an answer and I noticed it was the other guy again. I mentioned how I tried calling and just wanted to see if I could pickup the mattress and this was when things got odd. First, he in a not so pleasant way tried saying he did answer the phone and I just didnt hear him... Even though it went to full voicemail. He then went on to say that they dont keep that mattress in stock and they only had the one because it was an accidental ship. Then he was saying he wouldnt honor the discount Ron said we could have unless we came in that very day and paid for the mattress, even after I told him what Ron told us. He still in a snotty way refused. He began telling stuff completely different then what he originally told us and what Ron told us. After that, I told him Id have to talk to my husband because we were being told different things now then what was originally said. My husband got home from work and I told him everything that was said. We tried to calling and it was as if he either blocked my number or forwarded my call. So my husband decided we would go talk to him in person to see what was going on. We walked in, and my husband asked about the mattress. The guy then went off and accused us of shopping around or shopping prices, something like that. And we asked him what he was talking about because that wasnt true and he then said well some people do. After that whole scenario my husband asked about the mattress again and the guy had a different story then what he told me earlier on the phone. He then tried saying the only reason they had that mattress was because someone ordered it, they were in the process of moving and didnt want it to go to the wrong address. He then said they dont sell the floor models so Ron couldnt have done that. And when I mentioned he told me a different story on the phone, he had nothing to say and changed the subject. I then asked why he sold the floor model of the bed next to the one we wanted and he turned around and said oh, well thats the only one we do. He just continued on with the various stories. My husband could easily tell he was making stuff up and was not happy. We just ended up deciding to go elsewhere because of all that. Definitely not a way to treat people. Not professional at all. Have no problem paying more to get treated decent.

I really loved this place. I was assisted by Bill, who was very helpful and informative. Responded because of an add on Facebook. After trying out multiple beds we did decide to go with a more expensive one. But honestly, not sorry at all! This bed is A-mazing! I have not slept this well in I dont know how long. Also getting the bed was no hassle. Bill was easy to work with when it came to payments and broke them down for us. He had a very quick response when the bed arrived at the store and was easy to get a hold of when we picked it up. So thankfully to have found this place!

Went there because of a craigslist ad saying they had sectionals starting at $500. Cheapest one I saw was $690. Went to WGR downtown right afterwards and found a fantastic sectional with a warranty for $600. Not sure about their mattresses, wasnt shopping for one. The salesman did seem friendly though, didnt seem all pushy like some other places.
