I was unable to go to the store in person but needed a recliner. The salesperson checked measurements for me. Did paperwork we could over the phone ad brought paperwork I had to sign to me. Thank you Dakota I love my new chair.

This was my second shopping at WG&R furniture. On my first excursion I went in to browse. I was in shock and awe when I seen how unique some of there Accent pieces and accessories are. I ended up that day with three pieces from the store. Witch led me to Labor day weekend special. I of course saw plenty of other things that I would have loved to take home and redecorate my place. With that big special that went on allowed me to now add three bigger pieces to my place! I LOVE how my new decor is going to look when Im all done. Horrible prices for cheaply made beds. I was searching for a nice bed, but all I saw was cheap particle board with laminate for high end retail prices. I would recommend buying at a discount store 1st a lot lower in prices and should your bed split or crack or just fall apart at least your not losing out on alot of money. 2nd thing that bothered me was why cant I just walk into a store look at their products make a well thought decision on a purchase before getting someone to buy it the moment I walked in the door it they were on me. 3rd issue I had dont ask how much money I am willing to spend its so tacky and for me as a customer obviously stepping into a furniture store I know what Im looking for the price in willing to spend and the prices you clearly mark is helpful I dont someone e to ask how much money I am willing to spend why does it matter and you shouldnt push the whole well I wouldnt wait to long they may not ne here in a couple weeks line haha the beds you showed were showcasee for a long time obviously not going anywhere.Whoever runs WG&R everywhere you need to drop the commissions thing the whole car salesman gig sucks and is annoying to customers, new training for all associates on edicate and mannerisms when speaking with customers or future potential buyers, give the customers time to look, feel out the product, and enjoy the experience if they start to leave then maybe approach them to be sure they sound what they were looking for or if you could assist on helping with any concerns like prices, finding different options if not in store, etc.

I worked with Marcia and the experience my husband and I had was absolutely WONDERFUL! very patient and friendly and helped us find good quality furniture for very affordable pricing . We told her our vision and she helped us deliver it in the most way. We are so grateful as we just relocated to fond du lac, wi and WG&R and Marcia has made shopping for our home so easy and pleasant . Highly recommended!!!!

We were searching for a rocker and this is the first place we looked. When shopping around there was only one other place that was cheaper. (Covid times...it will be 2 months till we receive it) Good selection!

With Covid finding a couch was near impossible! We recently moved and were in desperate need of a couch. After finding out that the store in Appleton had nothing in stock and would take months to come in I decided to take a look at the FDL store. I was quite surprised with what they had in stock and found one that I absolutely loved! Marcia helped me and we so helpful and sweet! I will always come to Marcia with any other furniture needs! I had an excellent experience! I worked with Sales Manager Lori Null. I visited the store twice within a months period and worked with her both times in looking for new recliner chairs. She was super helpful, patient, kind and gave excellent suggestions. She went out of her way to answer my questions, let me take samples of potential chair coverings home (after helping me choose samples as I sought her advice) to try with carpeting and other furnishings. Lori was not high pressure. It was apparent that she wanted me to make a good choice and be happy with my decision. She explained everything that I needed to know about sales, returns, delivery, the Protect All Plan, etc. I purchased two recliners and couldnt have been more satisfied with my customer experience. Lori is excellent at her job and as a customer I can clearly tell she truly enjoys her work. She finds joy in helping people!

Favorite furniture store!

I went in with my daughter a year ago and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful everyone was. I went today looking for a sofa. I explained my needs, higher seat,firmer sit. Lori was very helpful, ready to answer questions and help me find the right fit. I am glad I chose to go to wg&r. I will go back.

Point of sale terminal down very low inventory 6 months on order

Purchased a $1600.00 mattress about 2 weeks ago and was finally able to set it up 2 nights ago due to us setting up our new home. First night I slept on the mattress I went to bed at 2am after painting all day so didnt notice anything. Second night I slept on the bed I could not get comfortable and realized it was because my side of the mattress lacked support. The bottom half of my body sits higher then the top half of my body and my back is rounded due to the lack of support. We purchased this mattress because of the support it offered when we laid on it multiple times in the store, mind you a mattress that many people have laid on that still had support and was obviously broken in. I called the store and was transferred to a gentleman that handled their customer service. All he could tell me is that the mattress breaks down after laying on it...........IN 2 DAYS?????? I let him know my husband weighs more than I do and his side still has plenty of support and the one in the store that has been broken in still has plenty of support but yet the one spot on my side that I have laid on for 2 nights now is all of a sudden lacking support because of my impression??? I am 53 and 165, I think not. The customer service gentleman did not offer to make it right all he said was you can do a one time mattress re-select for a 10% fee. I dont want a different mattress I want the one I originally chose that is not defective!! I will tell you now, we have an entire home to furnish and I will be darned if we buy one more thing from WG&R furniture ever again. Shame on you!!!

Lori was great. She didnt pressure us and was very knowledgeable on the items we were looking at. The products at WG&R were very nice with fair price points, and the event with breakfast snacks and mugs was a nice addition. I would highly recommend working with Lori, and we will definitely look to go back for future furniture and bedroom needs.

I would recommend going and shopping thier. Sales team was informed on the products and they were not pushy. They have a big selection and good prices. I did go to the Oshkosh store but I picked up my product at the fond du Lac store very friendly at that store also.

Great experience! After being sold out of the couch I was originally looking at, Marcia showed me several options until I found a couch even better that the other one! The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and it will be delivered to me, and they can have your old couch picked up at the same time.

I bought a 5 piece set from here in 2012! My experience was very relaxed and I didnt feel pressured to change my want for Red Furniture because its a color not many carry well I got lucky they had a super comfy couch & loveseat and it wasnt anymore expensive than the other options I could have made! Although I lost the couches in a house fire, I didnt lose the coffee or end tables which I still am using today and they still look new. To my absolute amazement the tempered glass didnt even crack from the heat! I have recommended all who are in the market for furniture to check them out! You wont be disappointed!...

What a great day shopping at WG&R.. I was looking for clearance items and bought an area rug, 3 lamps, accent pieces and a fuzzy modern chair, all for $400.00. My sales associate, Jeff Spaulding wrote the text book on customer service. Our home remodel is coming together:)

The experiance in the store was plesant, however after spending 2400.00 and told I would get a call back by the end of day with a delivery time, after waiting 3 days called only to be told my sales person was out with a sick kid but they would call him at home to see what was going on and call right back waited another 24 hours no call back. Horrible follow up they got their sale and commissions and now they seem to lack even basic customer service skills.
