A1 Service . Helpful Staff & left w my new phone & case !!!

On Friday aug 21st I went at 7pm and they close at 8pm the staff closed and locked the doors and would not let me in even tho they were not closed yet. The girl was very rude and gave me dirty looks aswell as the guys there.

Cricket wireless is a cool company but as for this store I wouldnt go there.they rip you off and all they try to do is get sales I had a problem with my old phone where I couldnt use it no more. so they got me to get a new number saying they were going to cancel my old number and they never canceled it so I got so double-charged. the guy wasnt even busy he could have canceled my old number smfh

Since the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by two cheerful individuals name Joelly and Haythem.I wasnt too sure about switching over from Verizon and going over to Cricket.However these two individuals explained the entire process to me and with non pressure approach attitude they had with me.It made it very inviting for me and my fiancé to sign up.I am very happy with my network and the customer service.Thank you.

THE STAFF IS LAZY THERE AND CLOSES 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE WENT MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY WOULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR US EVEN THOUGHT IT WAS NOT 8PM YET. THEY WERE ALL ON THEIR PHONES BEING RUDE AND WOULD NOT LET US IN AT 7:30PM WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 8PM!!

Those from 611 didnt help me I had to come to the Fontana store and they helped me very quickly, they should train the customer service 1800 better.
