Bryan and Brittany provided us with he best customer service available. We went to a corporate store previously and they were only willing to do the bare minimum and they overcharged us on our monthly bill. When we came to this store they were able to lower our bill and back up our phones to make sure we did not lose any of our information. If you want excellent customer service then I recommend this store 100%. They will make sure that you are taken care of and they value each of their customers.

I never write negative reviews but my Experience with them is completely unacceptable. I went In in June to switch over from T-Mobile turned one phone in and had to wait for my other one as it needed to be ordered, no biggie. Well a day goes by and I get an email saying my order was canceled. Call the store ask what’s up they say it isn’t, I call sprint they say it is so I go back ask for a refund and they tell me I have to wait to see if the phone comes in they’ll call me. Well the day rolls In and no call. No one answered I keep trying and finally they let me know it shows up. I’m a little upset but again no worries I come in turn in My other phone and everything gets squared away for now. I come in again when I get my final bill because I’m unable to upload it myself. They take it send off the photos, I get an email confirmation and everything’s cool. WELL weeks go by and still no Visa cards so I start getting a bit worried so I give them a call they tell me they’ll call me back, they never do. Call again a few days later again we’ll call you back no call back so I finally make some time to come in and they of course aren’t busy as this store has very little foot traffic, I know this because I come in regularly trying to get this issue fixed, yet they never have time to answer the phone, they tell me I must’ve done something wrong, nope you guys submitted the bill for me, oh so and so must’ve done it they never do it right, nope you helped me, oh well it looks like we didn’t do it right it got denied so we have to submit it again. I’m of course upset because it’s literally a month and a half later and of course I no longer have this bill. So fast forward to now, it’s been about 5 months, my calls are never returned, I go in store and keep bring in bills which they never escalate and I am now $900 in debt to collections thank god for sprint customer service they are helping me resolve this but seriously If you’ve read all this I thank you and BEG you to please go to an actual sprint store, these people are helpful only in store when they are trying to sell you stuff. They don’t return calls, they blame each other and have made my first months with sprint a living hell.

Great experience with David Jenkins, the store manager. He had sick calls that day and did his best to give us good service. Hes very knowledgeable on all the devices and we left there feeling we made a good decision. He goes out of his way to make sure youre happy.

Went in yesterday. Yes the store is neat and clean. The salesperson seemed indifferent. I have,a new iPhone and wanted to transfer my service to the new phone. He said he WAS unable to transfer the contacts, data and pictures because the the Android phone and the iPhone are in compatible!!! I have to go to the Apple store in Victoria Gardens. THAT WAS A LIE!😠😠😠😠

Im not a regular customer to this location, but i recently upgraded my phone to the gs7 with them. They told me it would be in Saturday. When it wasnt, they said Monday. Again, it wasnt and they said Tuesday and that Id receive a call. Here it is Tuesday and yet no call. When i call it goes to their answering service about how theyre busy at the moment. Yesterday i kept getting that when i called so i drove to the store. They werent busy at all when i walked in. So theyre probably annoyed with people calling about the s7 shipment and not answering. I was satisfied with their service when i went in, but they need to be upfront and accurate about the time frame for the shipment. Im a truck driver and have been avoiding returning to work because they said it would be there sooner. If i had known the real time frame, Id have been able to go to work and return in a few days rather than not make any money at all.

I came in and was immediately greeted and asked how they could help me. I was just in to help my brother get a new phone, after watching the way the took care and explained everything my brother could think of to ask, I was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness the MGR David and the Asst. MGR Brett showed throughout our visit.. I ended up with a new phone too!! You wont be disappointed with the personal touch you get at this store.

This rating is for the location itself.I have had Sprint for several years and been a loyal customer.Upon trying to do an upgrade for my line and my wifes phone, we were given different information throughout the process. Which started to drag on over an hour and half.Nearing the end, our associate, to be fair was newer, was told by different coworkers that we would have to pay for this or that, then we wouldnt, then we would again.The message was misleading as they would tell us one thing, and then as we got closer to the end, then suddenly new charges would apply.We finally realigned our purchase to where it would make sense with all the new charges and whatnot, and then he came back to the desk and told us another charge would apply, so we left with no new phones, and a terrible customer service/sales experience to reflect on.This location should be retrained and given a new acting manager to make their team better

Today i went to this location and was helped by the store manager, and i want to say that if it wasnt for him i would of left Sprint today. Best experience by far. The people are really good & very nice great customer service, just sucks the survice sucks soooooo BAD ! The only reason I know theas people so well is because every month there is an issue with my bill and they have to fix it over the phone. Sprint should be better at this, every single month they mess up on my bill they never give me my money back they always tell me that they can only give me credit which is wrong because if they can take your money they should be able to give you your money back😠. Very unsatisfied with Sprint service the worst phone service Ive ever had my life but I have to keep it now otherwise Ill be charged an extremely stupid amount of money to cancel it I guess thats the only way they can keep their customers is to trap them into a contract but lie about everything in the beginning...😠

Ive been a Sprint customer for many years but my overall satisfaction was almost irrevocably ruined by one employee who tried to take advantage of me and my wife by outright lying to us in order to increase a sale when we were renewing our contract.We were about to end service due to the dishonesty when we met Brian at our local store (not the one we went to renew at) and he was able to help straighten it all out (along with customer phone support).A year later I had a hardware issue with my phone and Brian directed me to the tech he thought was my best hope (at another store even). He did well by me again; the tech took care of everything in less than an hour.We stayed satisfied customers for another two years. When we decided to get new phones and change our plan, we knew where to go. Brian was awesome as always but we also got great help from Vanessa and Allysa who gave us good advice and installed our new screen protectors perfectly.Thanks so much to this team. I highly recommend them for great service and after purchase support.

Recently visited 3 sprints stores and landed myself in fontana looking for help with my device issues. The staff was very knowledgeable and funny. One of the girls was having issues with it so they called the manager over. He started working on it fixed the issue at hand in 5 seconds. He definitely knows what he is doing. Will be back this weekend with my family for more things. Would recommend comming here if you want things taken care of. Thanks again

My experience with this store was nothing short of disaster... Let me explain. My wife and I were referred to them by a friend telling us of the deals Sprint was giving to change from our carrier to them. It all sounded good at first with us turning in our phones and getting the new iphone 7 phone and they (Sprint) paying off to our carrier on the balance we still owed on our phones we were turning in. This is where the nightmare begins.We turned in our phones with the understanding that they (Sprint) would pay off our phones from our carrier. After submitting our forms we were told that it would take about 3 weeks or so to have that done. We agreed as we had time before our new bill from our old carrier was due. After 30 days or more passed we still have not had our phones paid by Sprint and now our bill had become pass due. We contacted the store and they told us we could contact Sprint and deal with them as they are not a Corporate store and that they dont handle that as only Sprint could. So they gave us the number to call to check status of our refund of our phones. The number they gave was a number for machine answering only. Could not talk to anyone live. We called the store back again and they were too busy and for us to call back later. AGAIN, NOT THEIR PROBLEM, CALL SPRINT. With our bill coming up on nearly 30 days late we were panicking as we dont want a 30 day late on our credit. After calling several numbers trying to talk to someone live we got the phone number of the rebate dept for Sprint. They told us that our rebate in approved and in process but not available till after the 25th of November. This is not going to work for us as our bill becomes 30 day late on the 23rd of November. The rebate dept of Sprint was understanding of our situation and willing to help us. They said they would expedite the rebates for us and should have it in 5-6 business days. But what I found out was shocking! What we were told at the Sprint store was we were given a trade in value of each phone. The trade in value was to be used towards accessories and if we dont use it we will loose it. We asked if the trade in value could be used towards our bill and they said no. If we dont use it we will lose it. So we used the trade in value to get screen protectors and cases and etc. So, ok we used it. After talking with the Sprint rebate Dept confirming the amount of rebate to pay off our phones we were told we were not getting the whole amount of the balance owed on our phones. Come to find out that the amount of the trade in value of each phone purchased that amount was deleted from the amount owed on the phones turned. Example: Trade in value of 200.00 used for accessories is subtracted from the pay off amount (650.00) needed to pay my former carrier. So Sprint will only pay the $400 left and I am to pay the difference. The people at the Sprint store kept saying we dont use the trade in value we loose it. WE asked if the trade in value could be used to pay the balance to our other carrier and we were told NO! They lied!!! According to the Sprint rebate dept we could have used the amount to pay the phone balance owed. Because of the lies we were told and acting on their advice we are now having to pay over $700 to our other carrier after Sprint rebates the amount they will pay. Of coarse, having knowing all this at the beginning we would not have switched to Sprint. This store miss-represented Sprint and lied to us just to make the sale. I and my wife are totally upset do to all the lies we were told by the representatives of this store. WE dont want anybody else to get screwed as we did and please beware of the following:1- Be sure to ask questions2- know what the process is as how long will it take3- Beware of the trade in value and how it is to be used. If you dont get the accessories you will get full amount of the pay off of your phones being traded in (up to $650.00 per line)4- If it sounds too good to be true....it usually is!I WILL NEVER REFER ANYBODY TO THIS STORE. NEW CUSTOMERSBEWARE.............

My family and I had a great experience at this store. David the manager was especially helpful. He helped to lower our bill. His staff at the store explained the pros and cons of each phone we were interested in. In the end we left with new phones and a lower bill not to mention the free gifts we recieved from sprint. ( t.v, vr headset, tablet, and google home)They didnt try to sell is most expensive accessories. They sold us what was good even if it cost less. I cant say enough about the staff at this store. They were all helpful and courteous.
