I had a very bad experience today at this shop. I don’t usually rate anybody, but this situation made me want to rate them. I took two computers and was promised to get a call the next day and said if they open up the computer they would charge the diagnostic fee and if they don’t open it that they wouldn’t charge the fee. The next day came, and did not get a call from them so I decided to call them and they never answered the phone calls. I decided to go and see what was going on with my computers. When I got there the employee was rude and while explaining to us that they haven’t had time to look at it, he was playing with a computer and made us feel ignored. We asked him by when he would have time to look at it and he said until Friday. When he said Until Friday I refused his services because of the way he was talking to me and it was a long time for me to wait. I told him to give me back my computers and he refused to give it back and that I had to pay him $45. I said no! Why do I have to pay when he did not even diagnosed it? He refused to give me the two computers and he went to call his boss and kicked me out of the shop. I told them I was going to call the police, so I did call the police. When the police came, they came out and stated that they did diagnosed a computer. I believe that while we were calling the police they opened it and made a quick diagnose, because before the police came they had stated they had not worked on it. I ended up paying the $45 and he had to return both computers back to me. This is the worst experience I ever had. They have very bad customer service, unprofessional, and liars. If I were you, I would not trust this shop at all!Thanks to everyone.

Id like to rate my experience at this shop with 5 stars! (Actually, thats what Im doing now). I purchased a desktop computer at a very reasonable price and the machine is working just fine. I got more than I expected. Good service. Nice people. The IT guy is very smart. He has the genius-type looking. Very funny too. I highly recommend this shop.

I’m not sure if staff or management changed because all of the great reviews are nothing compared to the service I’m receiving. I dropped off my laptop about a month ago now because the whole laptop got bent and dinged. Screen was not broken, touchscreen worked, keypad and keyboard worked, no blackout on screen just the casing was super messed up. They took about two weeks to repair it which was fine cause I know they have to order parts etc etc but I never got a call saying my laptop was ready, then when I went to go pick it up the screen was popped out a little bit so I gently applied pressure and the screen cracked. I payed to have the screen replaced and another week later when I went to pick up the laptop, the screen looked extremely cheap, they didn’t bother to ask me what type of quality I would like the new screen to be or nothing. My mistake I guess for thinking they were going to replace the screen with a similar one. Upon turning on the laptop, the touch screen was off, if I pressed one side the cruiser would appear elsewhere. The keyboard wouldn’t light up or respond. I left my laptop again for a couple more days and until now it’s not ready. The last I heard from them, the problem is the keyboard not connecting to windows system, they’re going to reset it but all my pictures, files etc should be intact. Just the programs will be deleted. I’ve been extremely patient with them but I pay bills, manage work, and do online schooling from my laptop so to say I’m a little overwhelmed and a bit irritated at this point is an understatement.Customer service is pleasant, they’re not rude whatsoever. Just hard to get a hold of, and the service so far hasn’t been great. I’ll change my rating, after I receive my laptop with no important files erased like they said.

DONT GO HERE they don’t call back, they gave me back a different phone and since I have not seen my phone. They lie to their customers saying the shop is closed and they will move ur device to different places without your permission DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Extremely satisfied with the service I got here with my laptop. It did not want to turn on at all and not only was it fixed but I got my computer restored and worked like it was new. It also Did not take long to get my laptop fix it was done within one day.
