Liar, they told me that my trade in is valued 570 with Verizon and then they gave me a trade in paper for a fake Costco address and sent me a gift card for $132. I called Verizon and reported the trade in phone as stolen. I think the person who did this is named Sabrina. Such a liar.

Costco has great values for bulk purchases. Know that they are popular so parking and crowds are to be expected. I wish they had a Express lane for quick pickups as only half of the registers are usually open so checkout can take between 15-25 mins on a weekend.

Service is decent enough, but if Im being honest, Id go to Sams Club 10 out of 10 times. The promos there are much better. (Most of the time anyway.)

Great place to buy a new smartphone and get a new phone plan. Because its in a Costco you usually get some perks you usually dont get in the normal stores where you purchase phones. The only negative is the dont have as big of selection the normal cell phone stores has.

I did NOT enjoy the food at this Costco this time.The hot dogs were Lukewarm and so was the Pizza.The Manager needs to make sure the Employees are keeping up with the temperature of ALL the FOOD, before they make people sick!!No bueno!!

Looking for survielance cameras. Very little details available as to clarity, night vision, interferance causing blurred vision etc. I couldnt pick my own face out on the cheaper units. Not enough to see a perpetrator, l want to be able to identify them. Still looking!!

I had an appt to buy tires for our 2004 lexus rx 330. I made the appointment last week for today. When we came in the told us they did not have our tires on stock. I told the clerk they already knew what kind of suv we were bringing in well in advance so they should have had tires in stock. He agreed and was more patient than i was. Costco has very serious customer services issues. I ended up buying tires at a different competitor.
