BEWARE!! I dont like writing bad reviews and Im really disappointed to have to write this one because I actually liked this place. I have had a couple of iPhone original screens replaced here and they did a good job. Two weeks ago I went to get an iPhone X screen replaced. Like the past, I chose to go with the original iPhone screen which is $180 as opposed to $100 for the lower end screen. I dont mind paying more for a better screen that is suppose to resemble the original iPhone screen and its suppose to better withstand drops. When I picked up my phone, I noticed the screen looked vastly different from my other screens. It looked much more grey and dim. After mentioning this the guy said he didnt see what I was talking about. Nonetheless, I paid and went on my way. Literally, with the first small drop from my office desk the screen broke!! This is within a week. Half of the screen went green! This left me convinced that I was ripped off. I paid for an original screen and was given a cheap low quality screen that broke within the first week. There goes $180 (plus tax). They have violated my trust and I am never coming here again.

Took my kids iPad here and the service and work were the best. Professionals at what they do they can replace mostly any phone screens, tables screens, I believe they work on pc or laptops as well. My old 7 generation screen was shattered and still functional but very dangerous to use. They charged me a great reasonable price which I was happy about. If the screen is in stock they can fix in a matter of hours. If not they’ll let you know when they receive and if it’s not to late take care of it that same day. I know where I will be coming back if I have any screen issue, check them out inside the shopping center right across in n out burger north of the 10 fwy on Sierra. Right next to the baskin robins ice cream store blue lettering that says IFx4U!

Last month I got my phone fixed. Its been working great except for the past week. My phone actually stopped cooperating today. I can see my screen perfectly. I just cant use the screen. I have the iPhone 6s but I dont think that has anything to do with my phone acting up. Im wondering if the one on Sierra in Fontana is still open like it says on Google.

Went here today because I was in a hurry to get my iPhone back screen fixed and I was heading back to my home state in Georgia and these guys got me in and out fast! The back screen on the iPhones 8+ normally takes a while and these guys got it fixed within a hour! I got my battery and charging port fixed as well. These guys are excellent at what they do and they customer service they provide is impeccable! The prices were amazing and unbeatable as well. I don’t know about the other locations but if I was a guessing man they probably have the cheapest prices around. I’ve called around in other states trying to get it fixed and this particular place has the best prices I’ve seen! I took my samsung tablet that wasnt charging anymore to get fixed, they said it was only the charging port and charged me $60 when I got home and connected 3 different chargers none of them was charging it still, it seems exactly the same as when I took it, I dont know if they did change the part or not but Im verry disappointed and hope they can fix that issue since I already paid and still nothing !***UPDATE***Soo I definitely went back and took my tablet and they were soo reassuring saying that they were going to take care of my tablet and to not worry about it .and if there wasnt a solution that they would refund my money which made me feel verry at ease knowing that these people were actually loyal with there work😊👍soo my tablet is working now 100% I dont know if they did something different this time but its perfect and Im Soo happy with there service I recommend them to everyone 🙂 they will make sure you get your items fixed ☺️

Horrible. This place is totally unprofessional. When I asked them to do a job they laughed in my face about the problem I was having. Then everyone in the place, even the workers, started laughing at me. They are very hard to work with and no refunds are available. Very unprofessional never coming here again plus uncomfortable environment.

I had my camera lens replaced and it was great. I went back to have the phone screen replaced for my phone and my wife. The screens that we had replaced cracked within days of having them replaced. My wifes phone cracked first and it wasnt dropped or anything. Now there is a crack on my phone across the middle and I havent dropped my phone either. Im not happy with the quality of the screens since they both cracked in less than a week.

At first when I got my phone from them the camera lens were dirty from the inside. They fixed it right away and my phone is perfect now. They did a great job.

I took my iPhone5 in for broken screen. Was repaired in less then an hour. Friendly service. About two weeks later. Charging port stopped working. Quoted me $50 for replacement. Which also fixed audio jack and speaker. Repaired while I waited. Actually stayed open past closing. Phone had issues. They worked at it until problem was fixed. Then said thanks for waiting and knocked 20% off for waiting. And gave me a free cord that worked. Very happy with service. Very happy with company.

I had one TINY scratch on my phone from my keys in my pocket and it is out of warranty because of that. LADYS BEWARE. I was inside the store when a FEMALE customer walked in. The two male employees pretended to be sweet and kind to her but as soon as she walked out the business doors they were laughing at her and shaming her physical and mental Appearance. She was a pretty normal person but they thought it would be funny to talk smack in front of all the other MALE customers. Have an issue with customer service? feel free to complain to the people in front of you because they will not give you contact information to any Higher Ups or any other management, they will proceed to email you about the issue them selfs pretending they are management.
