Very helpful. There is a bit of a wait when you arrive. They also do not have very many phones in stick, due to the shortage of everything. I would try and order online first. Everyone in there helped me get the best deal and will help you place your phone screen on.

Had issues with an order attempted over the phone and online. Went in to this store to get it resolved. While there, this store took great care of me and managed to help me order my sons two phones. They mistakenly ordered one in 128Gb instead of my requested 256Gb. I returned to the store and was helped by Ericka. She corrected everything and made the entire process painless. Her level of service immediately reminded me that she had helped me during my last upgrades as well. By far she is the most courteous, helpful, and technology savvy Verizon associate Ive had the pleasure of being helped by.

She offered several different types of phones and allowed us to choose the best one for us. She took the time to help set up and transfer all information from the old phone to the new phone. Verizon made my day! I did not know they were now appointment only. The manager made the decision to still help me. He took my phone in the store, ran some tests and determined it was eligible for replacement under my warranty. I really appreciate the fine customer service that was given to me today. Awful customer service I have ever experienced, super disorganized store. The guy with the spikey hair says that there is a 1:1 ratio while he has 3 customers with him while having his mask half way on. It doesnt make sense if a family comes in all wanting a new phone and we have to go in 1 by 1 it doesnt make sense while at the same time theres a huge line out the door and only 2 people working. Awful service, awful organization, awful rules, awful employees except the security guard, hes the only nice one. Do not come in unless you want to wait hours

Worst place ever. Rude and impatient. Candace who by the way was not wearing gloves or a mask .acted extremely impatient and unprofessional.. For being in a company known for their customer service that i. have been a customer for over 20 years have never had to deal with such nonsense. She also acted like my husband^s phonev was contaminated. I would seriously look into her job performance and the way she inappropriately handles customers.

Quickest, easiest phone shopping experience ever. Ordered phones online via the Verizon app, received an e-mail when my order was ready for pick-up. Only had to wait a few minutes for someone to help as we wanted to have Verizon help with setting the phones up. The associate was super nice and didnt even laugh when I asked a dumb question. He was also very helpful in advising us about the bundles offered (wireless charger, phone case & protective glass). He even put the glass on the purchased iPhone in about 30 seconds...definitely a professional.

Always have great service here. My and my wifes Motorola Force phones both has batteries that were dying prematurely. Got Samsung Galaxy 9s as replacements, shipped to our house next day. Thank goodness for insurance.

The wait times can sometime be extreme. Ive waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone after being checked in. The staff is always nice and accommodating but Verizons policies can sometimes be inane. If you can get what you need online and do it yourself at home it is usually the best option.

I went to this store with questions regarding my Cloud content disappearing and technical question about my phone.The female rep came to help was cold, inpatient and bitter. I stopped her and asked are you having a bad day? You seem rough helping me. She told me to consult an I.T person via phone, which helped greatly with unbelievable kindness. The Managers attitude wasnt much better.Ill go to the other local store that trip over themselves to be professional and helpful.

Went in for an upgrade. I new what I wanted but had to ask for them to help me set it up. I am techie but I keep my phones forever and it just makes it easier for the Verizon sales rep to set my phone up for me since I am there and there is no line. I didnt buy any of the cases or screens because they are just simply overpriced. When paying about a thousand dollars for a phone you would hope for a little better service or just simply ask if I need help setting it up. To his credit he did get it going but could have been more clear about backing up options and things that someone should do when updating phones. I would go back there but make sure to ask them questions and engage.

I would never come here. I went in for new phone chargers. I ask the rep about my corporate account discount on accessories being 25%. She looked me right in the face and said, no, you only qualify for a 10% discount. I called Verizon to confirm, and I was told it was in fact 25%, if I order them through my Verizon. I know you male comission, but at least be honest with me.

Ive upgraded all 5 phones on my family plan, I keep going back to this store, I keep going back to get assisted by Timothy! Tim doesnt push on any products on us, we always get only what we need. If there is an issue with our account he fixes it, even is he needs to get on the phone with their customer service and argue on our behalf. Friendly staff every time Ive gone there!

The dumb blonde, Elise, or whatever, was very unprofessional when handling my case. I had purchased a phone there less than a year ago, and for the last couple weeks, the phone itself stopped working. I pay my bills on time and had no issue until recently, where I could not send or receive calls and texts. A gentleman there replaced the SIM card on my phone free of charge, then a week later, same issue. Explained to the girl what was going on and that the SIM card was already changed. She had a hard time not knowing how to log me into their system, and put in another SIM card despite me telling her that wasnt the cause. Clearly, she didnt know how to listen. She even asked me why I had purchased a pre-paid phone and why I didnt go for a normal plan, which is none of her business and she had no right to ask me that. I told her money doesnt grow on trees like they think, and she told me to just go to Walmart to buy a cheaper phone there. I never in my life had been so insulted when dealing with a phone company. The store had another issue of not being able to order me a replacement, as their excuse was their system was down. So I left and got a phone through Sprint :) Worst Verizon experience ever.

Sales rep that help was a rip. I just came in for an upgrade and was told i had all these special offers/ promotions to see a $400 bill later. And i couldnt take anything back even if they were unopened. O was also told about the screen protecter that there was a reall for the S9s and that they would call me once the new ones were in that covered the full screen. Went into Verizon to find out that was BS too. Done buying for the Verzions stores and sticking to Costco.

I started my day today by searching online Verizon Prepaid Plans & Sim Cards, and I found out that this Retailer provides these services. I called them and a gentlemen by the name of Juan assisted me. I asked if he had any sim cards in stock and he said yea. I told him I would be there in an hour and when I showed up he greeted me. He helped me out quickly by activating my Verizon phone and adding service to it. I was in there for 15 min max from the moment I walked in and walked out. I am truly pleased with the service provided by Juan and happy that I got the unlimited plan by Verizon wireless. I highly recommned this location for friendly customer service. The service provided to me was unique so dont expect to walk in and out of there in 15 min or less every time you go. Check google for peak hours and try to go when the peak is at its very low or call to make an appointment if possible. I hope this was helpful.

I saw the bad reviews but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but for what I read in the other reviews I had the same bad experience with Tim. Not only did he not understand what I was initially talking about even thought its their product, but he totally made us feel stupid because we didnt want to change our contract even thought we would save ourselves a big $2 dollars a month!! Really horrible customer service, no patience and careless about our needs.

This used to be my go to vzw store. Associates were always nice, courteous, and helpful. After this experience I will never be going back. This woman didnt give 2 shits about anything coming out of my mouth and was more ready to refer me to the 800 customer service number. In fact she did say that she couldnt help me and said I would need to call them. Her demeanour and lack of customer service ability just proves this location has gone to crap. I hope someone reads this, as Ive been a vzw customer for the past 12 years and this was by far the worst scenario Ive ever encountered.

Brought my dad here to take care of a issue with Verizon regarding upgrading. one of the sales associate Tim was rude and getting frustrated that he tossed that iPad they carry around on the counter out of frustration. His excuse of it is that hes getting frustrated. When working with customers theres way to deal with it and thats not acceptable at all. No wonder they have bad reviews.
