This Starbucks is the worst the hours are never accurate and one particular employee is so unbelievably rude esp the fat balding one is he is aggressive for no reason just disrespectful. I highly suggest going to the Starbucks up the street by Sierra and Slover.

It’s a Starbucks, what else can you say. This particular location is pretty slow. I’m also frequently disappointed with the taste of their cold brew (more bitterness than you’d expect from a cold brew, more like iced coffee than cold brew).

Very nice Starbucks. I like that its roomy and there is space. One of the nicest ones Ive been to as well. Its very clean. The staff is really polite and nice. Service is prompt as well. Theyre selection seems to be quite more than the other locations as well. It is kind of hidden, but not hard to spot. But its a nice place to sit and talk, or to do homework. Try it out.

Slow service. wasn’t greeted at all. waiting a while just for someone to come take my order. the person that came in after me also was waiting a long time for anyone to come take his order. none of the workers looked like they were in any rush. saw my pastry sitting on the back counter for a while before she walked over and called it out.

Worst Starbucks. I decided to completely switch over to Dunkin donuts because of this place.

The worst Starbucks you could go to. They consistently make my drink wrong even when they try to remake it. I use to work at a different starbucks so I can confidantly say they are not doing it right.

Nice ambient, quiet in the early morning, especially if you are trying before going to the gym, the location is a bit tricky to get there but it is a nice place to enjoy yourself with friends.

Went through and the ice machine is broken, next time they need post a sign before they have us wait more than 30 minutes in line! I will not return to this location.

The staff is rude! The lady that manages this store is awesome! But when shes not there the staff is rude and condescending. I asked for light creme and I think thepurposely put in light coffee. ITS. OSTLY CREME ON MY COFFEE!! And I cant go back because Im late.. I asked for sugar in the side and a stir stick. Instead of telling me theyre out of stir sticka tbe idiot hands me a stopper... REALLY?!! What idiot has ever stirred coffee with a stopper. I handed it back and said I asked for a stir stick. She said thats all we have.... Really!? You dont have straws?? Idiot hands me a straw.. Worst human being. I hope she gets fired because that type of customer service will make you lose business. MY COFFEE BARELY HAS COFFEE IN IT!!

There was at least 8 people inside the store.. The drive thru window was wrapped around the building at 5:50 a.m not one sign posted and not one person came out and told us that they dont open till 6:30

This Starbucks in South Rialto respects diversity and has diverse people as employees, who are mostly friendly (with one exception) to all kinds of people. Customization of drinks are easy to obtain exactly what you want. Love this place.

Waited in a long line that took forever to order and then I ordered a hot hazelnut latte and they didn’t put coffee in it literally got hot milk with hazelnut syrup. 😡

Except to get youre order messed up if its busy they will charge you twice for one drink and just give you one

Standard Starbucks, could be a bit roomier considering how busy it gets. The interior is quite nice and the employees were quick and got my order right despite it being a little weird. Overall my experience was about in line with everything I expect from Starbucks.

Placed an online order. It was not ready when I got here, nor had they even started my order. The customer service was very poor. I went to the door to pick up the order and waited 10 minutes for someone to attend me. Just to tell me that my order was not even started. They tried to say I went to the wrong Starbucks but I always go to the same one

I ordered a venti drink with light ice. I received a tall. When I told them about the mix up they just added my drink to a venti cup and added more ice and no liquid. . I could not even put my straw in the cup because it was packed with ice.

The baristas were friendly. They made our drinks very quickly. We are not coffee people but wanted something warm for the rainy evening and she was able to recommend drinks after listening to our likes and preferences. The place was clean with plenty of seating and they had a good clearance section of merchandise.

Whoever brews coffee in the morning needs to USE MORE COFFEE GROUNDS!!!! The past week the coffee has been extremely watered down. 2$ for a black coffee and they cant even brew it correctly.
