I just left the print center for this spot, and what a mess. I did all of the required things signed in and so forth. Finally when they call my name a client who was already helped ran in and said his name was mine. Cut me off and everything. So I went to the front and to try to state the ordeal that I was skipped over, none of the employees looked like they wanted to be bothered. I spent 5 min trying to get someone’s attention and then finally when I did I had the attendant answer rudely to me that if it was my name I should have came and that did it for me. I always come to this place for my printing needs but I’ll just find another place. Lack of customer service and little to no knowledge on how to handle a busy period. This place is good if there is no one in line but if it’s busy forget about it, they won’t enforce anything.

I recently had an experience with office max that I never had in the past. OfficeMax or (office Depot) was always a location I went to for all my business/personal needs. However due to a disappointing experience and lack of customer service from the manager/ supervisor on duty I am not sure I will return. I was in to buy a computer desk and I was exited because all the Realspace Magellan L-Shaped Desk & Hutch were on sale. When I went to purchase the rep. let me know that the offer had expire. I kept calm and let him know all the other offers for the same model ended on 1/2/21. After we took a walk back and he saw that what I said was true he began to research and then told me that the specific model i wanted was actually a different model number. Honestly, as a customer its not my problem if the associates and manager do not complete a check to make sure all rollbacks have been updated. There is also no excuse during this times as the store activity has been low due to the current pandemic. I been in the store multiple times this year and never seen it when an associate or a manager was not free. Most managers on duty would have honored that was posted on the item as its there mistake. They (manager/associate) just apologized for the confusion. I dont believe this is the correct solution. I hope OfficeMax reaches out to me to work out a solution.

I often come this store to get printing jobs. Prices are fair and “sometimes” you are attended by nice crews. Its well organized and big parking space for convenient. This store offers nice discounted items to catch.

Unfortunately I have to frequent this location since its closest to my business. Problem one, your manager was yelling at an associate right in front of me which I thought highly unprofessional. Im here every 4-6 weeks buying ink, not once has one of those employees EVER been aware of the current promotions, they have ads in front of their faces, flyers on the shelves, ad on the door, but when I bring up the promotion they look dumbfounded and act as though I have caused them some great inconvenience. Some of these employees have gone as far as to argue with me over promotions that they have flyers plastered all over the store for. I think more time should be spent making these employees aware of the current promotions.**update**completely satisfied. After the service I received a few days ago, I did a survey and left a review. The store manager, Danny, emailed and apologized for what had happened. When I went back yesterday, Danny provided great service as did the associate that was there the other day. Im very impressed at this turn around. They went above and beyond to help me out with what I needed. Although the printer I had in mind was not in stock, they were able to recommend a different one that seems to be working great for me. Its such a relief to see that my concerns from my last visit were addressed, it really shows an effort and that you care about your customersThank you!

Got there around 9 a.m. to print 10 pages in color for an Anatomy class. Went really well. Really fast and the guy working there was cool and professional. Plugged in my USB drive and presto print. I will come again. 😃 each colored page about .68 or .70 cents.Printing section really good to go

Store personnel are friendly and helpful. I especially like the copying service young man (sorry, cant remember his name); hes always SO helpful with my projects. I highly recommend using there email system when for their copying services. Theres ample parking and the location is easy to access. I would have given 5 stars but they have been out if stock on my HP printer ink on a few visits.

We had an opportunity to speak with Aprile, the general manager. She was so helpful and nice. She really knows about printers/copiers. She definitely helped us to purchase the best one for my small business. I applaud your team. We went in and looked around, then went to compare prices at another store. We walked right back into our Fontana Office Max and were very pleased with the total service we received from everyone we encountered.Im loving my Office Max..😀😀😀😀😀

This new system of self printing and full service with minimum amount but checking virtual, is just a big mess horrible customer service now not one can help you with out pay before. And take long time to return the deposit amount when you are printing self service

I had to print out emailed PDFs, fill out, and fax back. They were set up to make all that extremely easy and cost efficient. I even got 20 percent off with my rewards card.

Do not shop here.. after one of their cashiers failed to discourage me from returning an item because I didnt have my receipt on me she told me I couldnt use my passport card because it had to be a state issued id??? Not only was she ignorant but she was very discriminating towards me probably because i was Hispanic, the manager whom was in the office with 2 other employees was too busy to come out and resolve my issue apperantly until I became inpatient.. Ignorance will never get you out of a minimum wage job.

Went to Office Max in Fontana to buy some boxes. They were out of all the common box sizes I needed. I did find 1 that would work. As I turned the corner a girl was stocking shelves and had a box she was throwing away that would work, I offered to pay for it and she said no it was fine I could have it. I was so grateful I decided I should buy something else. I found a usb charger/ extension cord for about $25 a little pricey but I felt good about the store (at the moment) as I walked to the register to by the box and and extension cord another girl told me I could not have the box. I explained to her that they didnt have the box I was looking for and out of every box that was close. She said she would get in trouble for allowing me to have the box. I gave her everything back and left the store.

When I walked in and went to the printing center I was never greeted by anyone. I waited in line for 10mins while more people lined up behind me and I was still never greeted or acknowledged. No one ever told me they would be right with me, no one apologized for the wait. There were only 2 people in the printing center, the guy employee was helping a woman with her flyers and the woman was doing something with the printers, but they both looked annoyed and looked like they did not want to be there, the girl who was not working with anyone directly could have looked up and acknowledged all of us customers waiting in line to let us know they would be right with us but her and the guy employee made every attempt to avoid eye contact in our direction. Seemed like there was tension going on with the employees or something. Finally another employee came to help from another department but for some reason he started to help the people from the back of the line first ? Which didnt make sense, once he helped me he started handing me part of my order that I needed printed, he told me the rest was still printing, I stood in front of the register so that I could pay for my order, and the guy employee who was from the printer center saw me and had a facial expression of that showed he was bothered I was standing there and pointed at the guy who was from the other dept and said hes helping you over there. He gave me the impression he did not want to help me at all. So I asked him, is there a register over there where my orders being printed? he said no. I said okay, Im just trying to pay for my order, and he said oh okay and charged me for my order, but the whole time he was so bothered that he had to help me. After he charged me he gave me my receipt he did not say thank you or have a nice day he did not say any sort of parting greeting. It just seems like this store is unorganized, and has very unhappy employees. I will not be returning here to purchase anything anymore this was by far the worst customer experience Ive ever had.

This place is usually busy especially on the weekends they move pretty fast have a courteous staff and there are other surrounding businesses and restaurants to utilize in your down time its also next door to a Costco and Starbucks and Petco
