My daughter had just moved into her dorm and started her first year of college when she was plagued with two weeks of persistent and dreaded blue screen disasters. Microsoft tried but failed to resolve the dilemma. Called up the company to inquire on a repair for my laptop. Its a bit of an older model (2015) HP beats audio laptop. No fuss about how old it was or trying upsell me on a newer model. Found out i needed a new harddrive. Three hours later i get a call that the harddrive is installed the new copy of windows 10 is installed and its ready to be picked up. All for less than what it would have cost me to buy a new drive and copy of windows 10, and i got the bonus of a solid state drive to boot. Will definitely be bringing my business here when i need computer repairs.

Mauricio is a computer god. I took my 6yr old computer to geek squad because my power button didnt work. They said they couldnt fix it that I need to buy a new computer. Checked around the Rancho/Fontana area and everyone wanted two or three days just to check my computer. I called Mauricio and he was on his way back from out of town but he said that he would check it out as soon as he got home. He called me as soon as he was home and I took my computer to him. He said that the clips holding the power button were broken but it was an easy fix. I had my computer back and working an hour later. I definitely highly recommend calling him.

PC Specialist saved our family’s memories! I had an embarrassingly outdated desktop PC, and like many people - with the ease of laptops and tablets we never used our desktop much. However, there were thousands of photos on my PC spanning over a decade; my sons first years, my wedding photos, vacations, etc. I knew the PC was likely on its way out so I had begun transferring photos to flash drives when I quickly realized I had WAY more pics/video than I thought (and I obviously had no tech knowledge trying to transfer that many photos to flash drives 😂). I wasn’t able to get back to transferring the data for a few months and when I went to turn my PC on it wouldn’t power up! I immediately panicked! I thought for sure I had lost irreplaceable memories forever. This was on New Year’s Eve, right before we left on a trip, and I was a mess thinking that time was of the essence and there was no way I’d get my PC into someone for diagnostic for at least a week. I called PC Specialist that day and they (thankfully!!) were able to take my PC that day. They contacted me the next day with an update...my hard drive was nearly completely shot. They assured me they would do everything they could to save my photos. They got to work transferring and recovering my data, and thankfully were able to transfer not only my photos but all of the data contained on my PC. This was all complete within one working day and to my shock was done for a very reasonable cost, I knew data recovery is work intensive and expected to pay much more - but truthfully you can’t put a price on memories! I was able to have piece of mind knowing that I hadn’t lost something irreplaceable. Mauricio was professional and respectful and fully understood what it meant to me to save these photos and he even gave me tips and advice for data storage and backup for my next PC.

When I called to set up the appointment he explained his services and prices to me very thoroughly and simply. My MAC desktop is like dinosaur age old and I brought it to Mauricio to wipe it completely out and install a newer operating system. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to install the latest OS (because it’s so old) but was able to reinstall the OS that it was using. He was done in a couple of hours! I’m back up and running and my MAC works like a charm! Will definitely use this service again if I need it and refer him to my friends and business associates!
