Went today around 2pm, even checked if it was opened online, I got there and it was closed. Need to update their schedule if they aren’t going to be there wasting people’s gas.

Always go at night for my cravings and the girls that work there never disappoint me. Best customer service! After coming here for the first time a couple years go I would never go to a regular la michoacana again. Definitely recommend their prices are really worth it!!!!!!

Good customer service. Horrible banana split. They are frugal on the condiments. The vanilla ice cream was either old, or it was not real ice cream.

They serve Crepes, Flavored Water, Ice Cream and a whole list of other things. I ordered a Crepe with everything including carmal and a choice of ice cream. The crepe came with 2 crepes, bananas, strawberries, carmal, whipped cream and ice cream for $6.50. It was super delicious and could be shared with 2 people. Will be going back again

I came here because of the good reviews and was disappointed. I got two single scoop ice creams and they barely put any ice cream in them it was literally half the cup and it was $2.50 . I also got a mangoniada and it as well had barely any ice cream in it and the candy in it was rock hard I couldn’t even bite it . And the ice cream flavors weren’t even good. I was very disappointed.

Worst michoacana ever. Just went and asked for a mangoneada and it wasn’t even full to the top how most are . Full of pure chamoy, no ice cream like ??? My sisters ordered a single scoop that doesn’t even look like a single scoop such a rip off!

Great prices and everything tastes great! Customer service is above and beyond. This locations has customizable crepes at a great price. The duro preparado is the best in the area only for 5.50. Todo esta delicious!

The lady who works here is always super nice. This place has almost any kind of dessert you’ll want and the best part is that they close late😍. I constantly get their Agua de lemon con pepino Y Fresas con crema. Anything you get here will not disappoint.

A little smaller than other la michoacanas Ive been to but they still have a lot of variety to choose from. Parking sucks we were lucky someone was leaving and we were able to park otherwise you have to be looking around for a parking spot.

These girls are loud, unprofessional and they give a horrible customer service . Esquite no flavor, they didn’t have corn and the jarrito it looks like dirty water, no flavor at all and they stayed in the back laughing and talking loud smh.

Past by to check it out I got 2 corn in a cup and wanted to try there champurrado and it was DISGUSTING ! It moved like Jello it was so thick and sweet i couldnt just walk out the door with it. So I asked the cashier girl i could switch it out shes says why is it to thick I said yes and it doesnt taste good and shes like thats how we make it. Which was not true. If u can change the way its made I will go back.

We went to get some paletas at this Michoacán store. We waited like 10 minutes in line but those 10 minutes me and my niece were sweating like we were in a sweat lodge. It was so horrible and hot. All the doors closed 30 or 40 people all sweating. I dont know how the owner can live with himself living all the little kids without air conditioning. No lie the store was hotter inside than a 90 degree day outside. We asked for the air to be turned on and they said no because the paletas Freezers cool the store enough. Maybe for the workers not for the people seating or waiting in line.

This ice cream shop is very unique and it has its own parking in the back the two young ladies working the counter were very courteous and very attentive since we never been there before .love this place going back

Help was pleasant, service was fast, and ice cream was delicious. The mango y chamoy ice cream, however, was not nearly as good as the Last Michoacana Premium that I used to go to in Chicago. The chamoy wasnt at all spicy here and is was very icy. Its still ok, just not awesome. Hopefully someplace else makes awesome!

I used love this place but they dont make the ice cream the same anymore. They dont carry the mexican yellow vanilla which its the only reason i came here. They have some white vanilla and they told me its the same but its not. I tasted it and its a different flavor. Once they told me they had it in the back but they didnt want to take it out. I asked again today and they told me they stopped making the yellow vanilla. Also, their pistacho its not as good, they used to use full size pistachos now its just small grinded pieces. I probably wont get ice cream here anymore.
